the parents will be facing up to 20 years behind bars. 50 people have been charge, including multiple college athletic coaches, a school administerrer, and they claim to have successfully serviced over 800 clients who paid him tens and tens of thousands and inso some cases millions of dollars. unbelievable. why? i guess foror status and braggig rights to tell their friends their privileged children got into the best schools, even though in reality they weren't good enough academically or athleteically to do so. they stumped on the futures of other people. there's only so many spots at each school. kids whoal had to work for everything, kids who put in the time academically or athletically talking about thousands and thousands of hours, studying, training, and earning their grades or a position in their sport.
10:03 pm
kids who spent all of the time on and off of the field to better themselves and enrich the school with hair incredible athletic i ability. kids who played sports competitively. most kids now focus on one sport since about the time they are seven. i know. because i've lived through it. if found guilty, those in the scandal are the new faces of greed, corruption, and selfishness. even fake news cnn don lemon summed it up like this this. >> this is an american that can be deeply unfair. if you have money, you can buy anything. just about everything is for sale. including integrity for sale. a lot of people have reasons to believe them. system is rigged against them. this is what donald trump tapped into.

bureaucrats that we've been telling you about for two years. those that were involved in rigging clinton's investigation to remain the democrat candidate, those trying to alter the impact on the election with russian lies they knew were lies but they disseminated them anyway all while persecuting the trump company for something he never did or his company never did. i'lls let congressman nunes gie you a preview of the attractions. >> we continue to work on the house intelligence committee. we will be making several criminal referrals. we hope that the justice department will take these up. >> when is that going to be happen? when are the criminal referrals going to be made? >> i guess guess sometime in thefection two, three, four weeks. >> sean: what is going to happen
10:09 pm
should be major. it is not just senator nunes. senator lindsey graham has reopened the senate investigation into the fisa scandal. we stillal have the inspector general's report as it relates tona inspector general horowitz, and thanks to the courage of congressman collins of georgia the full transcript of the testimony. we learned yesterday and learning more today that it was obama's department of justice actually directing the fbi not to charge hillary clinton with the standard in the law which was gross negligence. according to letha paige we had multiple conversations about charging gross negligence and the justice department's assessment was that it was constitutionally vague, really? so they did not feel they could
10:10 pm
bring that charge. they needed a new standard. congress pan radcliffe asked quote you are making it sound like it was the department that told you you are not going to charge gross negligence which is in the statute because the prosecutors were telling you we're notot going to. paige said that's correct. it was headed by attorney general lynch. yes, the same attorney general that met days before the decision on a tarmac in phoenix with bill clinton supposedly 45 minutes talking about grandchildren. this was in the final days of the investigation. the same person that asked james comey, don't call this an investigation. we call it a matter. really? that was an investigation. should have been. the same person who reports directly to barack obama. tonight we now add a very important new component to the
10:11 pm
entire deep state issue. what did barack obama know and when did he know it? this now takes it straight to the former president and the oval office, barack obama. thanks to paige, we also know that the top fbi investigation, her boyfriend, viewed the investigation into trump russia collusion. that was the influence policy that we knew they talked about. and they join the russian investigation in order to build the case to impugn and potentially impeach the dually elected new president of the united states assuming that all their work in theni release of l of those lies and all of that propaganda and the dossier they disseminated to influence the american people before the vote in 2016. only problem here is there was collusion. it wasn't trump russian collusion. according to paige, the fbi had absolutely no evidence after they started an investigation after exonerating hillary.
10:12 pm
it began in july of 2016. trump russia collusion. by the way, they went through may of the next year. they found no evidence. this is before bob mueller was ever appointed. they found nothing. here we are 665 days later into what is mueller's intensive investigation, still zero signs of collusion. rand paul said today this should never happen to an american president in the country. this is the biggest abuse of power corruption scandal that we've ever seen. also the conclusion of the house intel committee, devin nunes' committee. the bipartisan senate investigation. no russia collusion. for months some people they've been trying to tell me mueller is a good and honorable person. he served the country, sempri
10:13 pm
fi. why would he hire a former collin toy lawyer? you have to wonderan if mueller has paid attention to all of the abuse of power. soon we'll know the answer. it is not a good sign that mueller appoints a guy like andrew wiseman. remember enron and the accounting case. tens of thousands of people lost their job. this guy withheld evidence. then he put four executives in jail for a full year. that was over turned by the fifth circuit. why would -- why would he ever be hired by mueller?
10:14 pm
and today liberals aren't going to be happy until paul manafort dies in jail. he was sentenced to more prison time for the second case he was involved in. none of them, we now have two cases. nothing to do with collusion whatsoever. here's his attorney earlier tea. listen to this. nice little protesters and resistance in the background. >> jackson conceded that there was no evidence of any russian collusion in the case. that makes two courts. two courts have ruled no evidence and any collusion with russia. [chanting liar] >> part number two. very sad, very sad day for such a callous, harsh incentive that's totally unnecessary. >> sean: we should know the judge in the manafort case is pushing back saying the russia investigation is not yet over.
10:15 pm
okay. if you know to know the best time that mueller is not going to find any russia collusion, then look no further than the cowardly schiff himself. schiff is busy on the network msnbc shifting the narratives when asked a simple question about his previous claims that he had evidence of collusion. look at my pal, my friend who uses my name to raise money. here's the cowardly schiff. >> two years ago until you point out until the present day there's ample evidence of collusion. whether that evidence amounts to proof beyond a reasonable doubt in criminal conspiracy, we would have to wait for bob mueller to determine it. iter is still my view the best evidence of the president's complicity as a general matter is the fact that he's been so deceptive about all of the context time after time.
10:16 pm
>> sean: the cowardly schiff is trying to shift the conversation away from collusion. look at this. >> if there's insufficient evidence in the mueller report and we're not able to produce sufficient evidence in our own investigation, that ends the inquiry. there maybe grounds for removal for office and grounds for indictment after he leaves office that the congress discovers. one of the issues that we're looking at which at the mueller report may not cover is whether the russians were laundering money through the trump organization. our predominant concern is was the president and is the president compromised by a foreign power. >> sean: right. if there's no collusion, his committee is now going to spend -- threesp years in this. this started in july of 2016. they will just keep investigating trump until the end of time. we're going to investigate what he did in nursery school before it is said and done. we're hoping to find fig.
10:17 pm
their rage is beyond the pail. this is dangerous to the country what they have done. this is an abuse of power. it will be exposed. a lot of credit to congressman collins in georgia. last week we got the orr testimony. and the fisa warrant itself. my question is simple: now do we have to go back right to hillary clinton if, in fact, the doj rigged c that from the get go? >> there's two questions the public deserves an answer to. did they short circuit the hillary clinton investigation because they wanted her to win, and they knew if they charged her she might lose? and did they start the russia investigation against trump as
10:18 pm
an insurance policy in case he did win. those are the two questions that i'll try to get you answers to. >> sean: also mr. is michael horowitz and john hoover. >> right. there's three people going to look at this. horowitz is going to look at the fisa abuse. did the doj correctly get the warrant against carter paige. i think they corruptly got a warrant against carter paige. that should scare every person. you have the u.s. attorney acting ashe a quasi mueller when itit comes to all things doj and fbi. i think we need a special counsel to look at the potential crimes by the department of justice and fbi regarding the collin tin e-mail -- clinton investigation. the congress and me are going to call them all against the
10:19 pm
committee. did they taint the clinton e-mail investigation because they are afraid if they indicted her she would lose an election they wanted her to win. you are going to get answers to that the best i can give them to you. >> sean: that was brought to a higher level. does she need her text and e-mails? does she need to be put under oath? whatat information did she giveo the former president of the united states? what did obama know and when did he know it as to all of this. >> here's the question that i've got: why would you decide not to charge her before you even talk to her? the point is it seems to me they were going to make sure it didn't go too far. that the department of justice underh loretta lynch was never going to let the e-mail investigation go too far. before they talked to her, apparently they decided not to charge her.
10:20 pm
when they did talk to her, they talked to her without being under oath. they gave a lot of people immunity in the clinton e-mail investigation for no good reason. what i think happened. i think the clinton e-mail investigation was short circuited because they didn't want to compromise her ability to win the election. they started the beginning of the russian investigation before he won as an insurance policy in case he did win. >> sean: here's another problem. this is why releasing the fisa which i believe, -- i don't know why the president hasn't signed off. i guessss that's forthcoming. >> he might. >> sean: i hope he did. in bruce orr's testimony, we thought we knew. now we know. he warned everybody in 2016. hillary paid for it. it is tainted. nobody hasor verified it. nobody has corroborated it.
10:21 pm
christopher steele hates donald trump and has an agenda. christopher steele if anyone said they verified it, we know it is not true. steele in c great britain said e didn't know if it was true himself. they couldn't have verified it. but it used it for fisa warrants. >> it goes deeper than that. bruce is telling the head of the investigation you can't rely on the dossier because the guy who hated -- guy who created it hates trump.d they asked for a warrant for different occasions. here's what paige said, without the dossier, we would have never gotten the warrant. >> sean: mckay said that? >> it gets worse. after trump wins, comey gives him a copy of the dossier saying we want you to know this is out there. we can't verify any of it. it is the same document they
10:22 pm
gave to the court under oath. >> sean: comey signed off on the dossier and the warrant in october 2016 before donald trump was sworn in january 2017. it is unverified. >> how could that be? we don't know if it is true or not. >> sean: because they were setting him up. >> because they were maybe setting him up. >> sean: thank you, senator. when we come back, we have breaking news. what congressman ocasio-cortez did. laura trump weighs in on the democrats impeachment of sessions. bill de blasio doesn't like me. and he said so. straight ahead.
