10:00 pm
is going up they are but a little early to do this but coming next in nine seconds. >> sean: if you want a real surprise, you are doing "hannity" with a couple of drinks. >> tucker: i hope i can do that. i want to be your fill in guy someday, serious. >> sean: okay, done. >> sean: thanks, tucker, great show, welcome to "hannity". breaking tonight, john solomon, we have major evidence of election collusion in 2016, real evidence to back it up, this collusion with hillary clinton and top ukrainian government official that wanted her elected. we will have all the details coming up with john solomon. but before we get to the top story, ask yourself a couple of questions, will this be investigated for three years? two by mueller and one by the fbi, and it mueller's case, that merry band of democratic donors? while the mainstream media even cover what i a damning story
10:01 pm
with tapes? we will not hold our breath, that story and much more tonight. we first turn our attention to "hannity watch", the crop of democratic hopefuls. democrats pushing to give 16-year-olds the right to vote, you you can't drink till you're 21, to stack the supreme court so they get enough justices that think their way and will legislate from the bench and proposing an end to the electoral college. now what is happening, we will break it down. this is a scary attempt by politicians to centralize power and control the lives of you, we, the american people. and right now, it is the party line among almost all the radical democrats running to be president in 2020. a blatant, dramatic frightening attempt to alter america in ways unrecognizable, forever destroy the greatest
10:02 pm
economic creation system in the history of mankind. now, last night during the friendly interview, so-called comedian jimmy kimmel, our old friend, senator kamala harris became the latest democratic candidate to express support for an end to the electoral college. take a look. >> senator warren, elizabeth warren had a town hall last night and she said she thinks we should do away with electoral colleges. do you agree with that? >> i think that it is open to discussion. i mean, there is no question that the popular vote has been diminished in terms of making the final decision about who the is president of the united states and we need to deal with that. so i'm open to the discussion. >> sean: now senator harris, elizabeth warren, kristen gillibrand, and many democrats h support an end to the constitutional process by which we have always elected the president of the united states. so why is b this a big deal? we turn quickly to a "hannity" history lesson on the electoral college to give you an open explanation. when our constitution was drafted in 1787, the framers of
10:03 pm
the constitution, they sought tn rectify what was a very challenging conundrum. how do you create a limited, central government strong enough to defend its people against serious threats but decentralized enough to prevent consolidation and subsequent abuse of power? the result was a constitution filled with checks, balances, shared power between the individual states and the federal government. the electoral college is a product of this system, givingta the states the power to conduct elections and choose the president. as a result, each state holds some power in determining the executive branch. let me explain. without the electoral college,ow and our framers knew this, small areas with dense populations, in other words, new york, new jersey, illinois, california, would monopolize the keys to the white house. and look at how all four of those states have been destroyed by the people in those stateso that elected liberal socialist politicians.
10:04 pm
everywhere else, in other words, all of red america, pretty much antotally would be ignored. don't take it from me. listen to what obama's former campaign manager had to say about this. take a listen. >> from a campaign manager's standpoint when i ran president obama's campaign, we would never go to a small state if there was no electoral college. you will go to the major markets, you would not go to iowa, montana, new hampshire. i think any proposal about getting rid of the electoral college,i i understand the concern and the concern is real that we've had two presidents get elected without winning a popular vote, but i agree with charlie. that is not going to happen. >> sean: in other words, power would be totally consolidated. thisis scenario, the framers, te founders, feared the most. one of the reasons the court of thomas jefferson, he hated cities, writing they are harmful to the morals, the health and liberty of man. he was smart, way ahead of his time. and for hundreds of years, the
10:05 pm
electoral college played an integral role decentralizing power of the central government, keeping the united states united. would those red states stick around and be in the united states if they kept losing to new york, new jersey, california and illinois? i tend to think not. democrats don't share the values of our framers. they want power for themselves, and they want it at all cost. that is why every major proposal is now pushing begins and ends with their power and a centralized federal government that they control. government-run health care, a complete takeover of the health care industry, yes, run by the state. kamaland harris and others, they want to end all private health care. that impacts 200 million americans. i thought they were pro-choice. government-run education. now they are going to add pre-k eand college education. they haven't done a better enough job with kindergarten through 12th grade. and they will have government consolidation of all guns and gun laws. government-run clean energy
10:06 pm
through the government takeover of the energy sector. in other words, they will take it over. no more oil and gas, proposal for ten years or we will die. government-run universal income, government paid retirement, government paid for vacation, government-sponsored healthy food.me the 2020 candidates even want government to control means of production. in other words, the socialist green new deal, they proposed they will tell you how to run your business. government promises for everything and for everybody, you will never have a worry in the world, but you also give up all of your freedom. and all of the wealth creation systems we have built up to this point in our history. we will explain how even the poorest in america have it so much better than so many other people around the globe.n a mini monologue detailing this
10:07 pm
destruction, what do social later in the program, something we will actually do the math and tell you how much your paycheck the democrats want to take. it is pretty close to 100%. if the democrats get their way, this country as we know it, it is going to be over. it is done. it will not be the united states of america as we know it. first, we turn the "hannity watch" on the mueller which i didn't get to breaking news. another sign of the probe is in its final stage, special counsel attorney filed an extension for the court filing related to the paul manafort case because they were too busy with "the price of other work." maybe they are writing a report after nearly three years. today, president trump says he wants to report to be available for all s americans. take a listen. >> let it come out. let people see it. that's up to the attorney general. we have a very good attorney general. man.s a highly respected we will see what happens. i want to see the report.
10:08 pm
you know who wants to see it? with tens of millions of people that love the fact that this is the greatest economy that we have ever had. i know nothing about it. i know he is conflicted. and i know his best friend is comey, who is a bad cop. and i know there are other things, obviously, you know, i had a business transaction with him that i have reported many times that you people don't talk about. i had a nasty business transaction with him and other things. i know he put 13 highly conflicted and very angry, i called them angry democrats, in. with all of that said, i look forward to seeing the report. >> sean: here is the ironic thing, thanks to democrats after the impeachment of bill clinton, the president has no say whatsoever in the decision whether to make the findings public. the attorney general and only the attorney general will decide. tonight as we wait the mueller report, and want to get back to
10:09 pm
how this began. this is important because people to absorb exactly what this is all predicated on. according to then-lead fbi investigator peter strzok and top lawyer lisa page, after nine months of an fbi investigation beginning in july of 2016, they found no evidence of trump-russia collusion. nine months before mueller. so after the president rightlyly fired comey, which comeyl, acknowledges the president has the right to do for any reason or no reason at all, than the deputy ag, rod rosenstein, he appointed the special counsel, his friend, robert mueller, to continue the fbi's investigation into so-called collusion. remember jeff sessions recused himself. now mueller's mandate was as follows, investigate "any links and/or coordination between the russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of president donald trump." and this part that everyone seems to forget. "any matters that arose or may
10:10 pm
tarise directly from the investigation." now we have seen robert mueller prosecute various trump associates for process crime. reese mueller prosecute paul manafort for crimes that have nothing to do with his timc with trump, russia collusion, and you work for the trump campaign. we watch mueller a troll farm filled with people who will never be extradited and tried in the united states to face justice. and russian intel people. they will never be tried. they will never be extradited. but oddly enough, we have not seen mueller prosecute matters that arose from or involving democrats or clinton allies. and the mueller investigationmcr into whether the clinton campaign used money and used and funneled that money to a spy, christopher steele, who hated donald trump, who then colluded with russia in the development of the dirty dossier. we know that dossier is filled with russian lies and ukrainian lies and total propaganda.
10:11 pm
where's the mueller investigation into fisa to be as? after all, it's clear and compelling and incontrovertible evidence that a trump campaign associate was spied on by federal officials, the bulk of the information in the fisa application was that hillary bought and paid for russian dossier. by the way, they never told the court that hillary paid for it. where'sha the mueller investigation into the coordination and the effort of the state department to use the clinton bought and paid for russian dossier to take down donald trump, who they wish didn't rode the election? where's the mueller investigation into uranium ura? a member that? russians in the united states because we had an fbi agent in there. they were reporting bribery, kickbacks, money laundering, all sorts of racketeering. bill clinton at the time took a massive payment from a russian bank related to uranium one and met with vladimir putin and
10:12 pm
russia. we know the clinton foundation raked in about $145 million from uranium one executives. we know hillary clinton as secretary of state, she was one of a number of people signing off on the deal, the uranium one deal. that's right, giving 20% of america's uranium to russia and britain, by the way, the foundational material for nuclear weapons and we don'tou have enough on our own. we import uranium. where's the mueller investigation into this new story which we now get to tonight from john solomon?o we know tonight that a high-ranking government official in ukraine actively tried to benefit the clintonti campaign n 2016 -- this is breaking tonight according to solomon -- ukraine's top prosecutor has opened a criminal probe into whether senior law enforcement officials in that country tried ffto sway the u.s. election, influence our election, to help hillary clinton win. a tape recording released by a
10:13 pm
member of the ukrainian parliament captured an official talking about leaking paul manafort of official records in the middle of thehe 2016 election for the stated purpose f to help hillary clint. the ukrainian court even ruled the leak was an improper effort to influence the american election. that's not all. according to this report by john solomon, you ukraine's top prosecutor accused the u.s. embassy of interfering and corruption prosecution inside the country, including one probe into the alleged misuse of an american aid. a letter service from a senior member of congress for secretary pompeo accusing the current u.s. ambassador in kiev badmouthing the trump administration. this is exactly what mark meadows was talking about tuesday on this show. where's the mueller investigation into these matters? after all, it's already under investigation in the country of ukraine. there is a tape recording that has all this information. where's equal justice under our laws? where's equal application of our
10:14 pm
laws? there was no trump-russia collusion, as we now know from the fbi told us after nine months. then of course, the house intel committee told us on the senate intel committee told us, and as congressman nunes pointed out many years ago -- by the way, 2014, among many people to do this, russian interference, he told us, is a real threat. he warned us in 2014. not to the trump campaign, instead, by the way, power-obsessed clinton to may have been the most susceptible. that is where the real collusion ends up being. this week, big news, we learned that former obama white house counsel greg craig may soon be facing charges linked to mueller's probe. oh, may be a little equal justice. here withe. the full report, "te hill"'s john solomon, also former u.s. attorney joe digenova, former assistant attorney general, victoria toensing. john solomon gets a lead
10:15 pm
building with his story. i want to get to the tape recordingll released by a member of the ukrainian parliament. let's talk about the tape recording. >> we don't know much about it.d it is floating around ukraine. we know the general prosecutor of ukraine, our equivalent of the attorney general, came on our show this morning as ofor te following. there's enough evidence for me to open up a criminal investigation into the illicit effort by a ukrainian try to influence the united states elections in favor of hillary clinton. that's a profound statement coming from the top law-enforcement official in ukraine. why is it important? there is a court in ukraine that has concluded that ukrainian officials leaked paul manafort's financial records to try to sway the u.s. election. if you hadn't heard anything about that in the american press, that ruling occurred recently. a parliamentary member comes out and says, i have a tape of the law enforcement officials saying they did it specifically to help hillary clinton. that becomes the foundation of the ukrainian investigation. >> sean: you talk to people that are this tape, correct?
10:16 pm
speak of the prosecutor was offered the tape and said it was important enough on good enough evidence to warrant opening the investigation. so the tape, the court ruling, top prosecutor in ukraine says there was a foreign power, us, ukraine, trying to influence the u.s. election to help hillary clinton. that is the news today. >> sean: let me get a joe digenova. sorry, joe, she's the better house. victoria, let's start with you. we listed all the things that mueller has an investigative and should have investigated and you were instrumental in getting the uranium on fbi spy that knew all the bribery, extortion, kickbacks, money laundering that was going on as it relates to the uranium deal and the money kicked back to the contents. as you look at what mueller never investigated, your thoughts? >> guys who else was not ever contacted? me or my client, doug campbell. that is john huber, who jeff sessions said was supposed
10:17 pm
to be investigating uranium one. we all accepted long ago, sean, that mueller was not going to investigate anything that was on -- how could he, when -- i agree with the president, 15 angry democrats are nuts prosecution team. that was going to have to come owith a new attorney general, d god bless bill barr, he's there, and i trust him to open a grand jury into that matter. >> sean: joe, look at the big picture. we know the same people that rake the investigation into hillary, even james baker, the top fbi lawyer under james comey wanted to indict her under the espionage act, then the same players, the investigator for nine months, finds nothing. but we do find evidence of russia collusion and russia influence our election, and it'l hillary bought and paid for a dossier. had reporters spreading it, before the campaign, "the washington post," david corn, michael isikoff. influencing the election.
10:18 pm
then we have of course the fisa. how is it possible, with all that evidence and none that has serviced so far interim pipe ani russia collusion, that mueller can look in the mirror and say that this isp a fair investigation and we have equal justice under the law? >> i do not know how it can be called a fair investigation for that very reason. it is quite obvious that there were crimes committed by people associated with the clinton campaign, with the democratic national committee, with fusion gps, and other people. those things, for all intents and purposes, for all that we know, have been ignored. they were certainly ignored by mueller at they have been ignored thus far by the department of justice, as victoria said, nobody knows what john huber has done or is doing. most of us think that when jeff sessions appointed him, it was a head fake. sean, here's the thing that's really changing. now we know that not only was
10:19 pm
the russian collusion to refute fusion gps and through the mi6 guy and all that, but now we know that the ukrainian officials were deeply involved in trying to help hillary clinton through this and we also now know that the current united states ambassadoa ambassador, has badmouthed the president of the united states to ukrainian officials, and has told them not to listen or worry about trump policy because he is going to be impeached. this woman needs to be called home to the united states for consultation immediately. >> sean: we know now with the new transcripts, joe, i want tot ask you and everybody else. the transcripts, we know john huber, horwitz, i don't know anything about this new attorney general, if you will do his job or not. we do know certainly, we know everybody was worried about the dossier by bruce ohr in 2016.
10:20 pm
they can't verify something that is unverifiable. when the author of the dossier says, i don't know if it's true, how can the fbi ever verify it but use it as a fisa application, presenting it as truth and not even telling the court she paid for it? >> is a profound question that goes to the heart of whether the fbi and justice department are doing their jobs correctly. let's talk about a double standard that is so apparent today. the second we have a dossier floating around the cia, fbi, all these guys ran up to the hill and couldn't wait to tell the gang of eight, there might be a russian collusion thing going on, foreign power, ukraine comes forward and admits theyer have evidence that they have tampered in the election, i can't find a lawmaker that was contacted by the cia, fbi, anyone, to alert them. >> sean: where is this going? i want to ask joe and victoria. victoria, you first. >> i think we have to get more

information. i know that john will be giving you morest information, more stories in the very near future about this. this v is a disgrace and guess what? when we come back again another day, i will tell you how hillary planted when she was secretary of state and promoted all these women to eastern europe posts so that they could run the flag when she was running for president. >> sean: we will haveni a test, transcripts, fisa warrants, 302s, gang of eight, so much coming that backs up everything we reported for you to speak of to all open up finally and we will have ail nicer second partf it by calling home the united states ambassador to ukraine, marie jovanovich, for consultations and to answer a slew of questions about her conduct an assault on the president of the united states. >> sean: while the new attorney general do his job? >> yes, he will.
