jillian: a person claiming to be missing boy turns out to be a full grown man. dna results revealing timothy pitzen is no were to be found. rob: in cleveland, ohio in medina county that man has had a run-in with the law before. >> reporter: good morning, shocking twist, so heartbreaking to learn the news it wasn't the little boy, we feel for his family. i'm in brunswick hills in cleveland. where the suspect, brian renee is originally from. he was last arrested in brunswick, spent a year in prison, just got out in early march, march 7th is when he was released from prison. brian renee is from the dynamics criminal history dating back to 2013.

police in brunswick hills say in august 2017 he convinced a realtor he could afford a $400,000 model home. investigators say he came back the next day, broke into the home, held a huge party and caused thousands of dollars in damage to the home. he was sentenced to 18 months behind bars and was just released from prison on march 7th. in addition to his conviction of burglary and vandalism he was convicted of passing bad checks in 2015. we spoke with his brother jonathan last night who says he has not spoken to his brother in four years. he says his brother has had mental and criminal issues since he was a kid. he has no idea why he would impersonate this little boy but is so far sorry for the family. the family did speak after finding out this wasn't true. >> we know that you are somewhere out there and we will never stop looking for you. it is devastating, like

the folks back home don't take kindly to outsiders coming in telling us how to shape policy. they make decisions that are fit for georgia's needs and i felt i needed to say something. tried to be respectful and polite. i appreciate her right to exercise her first amendment but you come barging in you got to be ready for somebody else to exercise your first amendment rights. jillian: what did you make of her response? >> we are not going to agree on much of anything. i want to make the point crystal clear that this is georgia. we put georgians first. governor kemp promised to put georgians first. that's what we try to do in the legislature every day. we put our district 1st and put georgians first. her response to me was polite, but we were not going to agree regardless what i said. rob: i assume you're in support of the heartbeat bill, correct?

>> absolutely. i said this since i ran for office. i'm unapologetic and unwavering to protect life and i am committed to that. rob: working to prevent abortions for any fetus you can determine a heartbeat, that happens at some point around six weeks from what we understand. when we look at the polls on this, look at gallup poll from last year and it says most americans support abortion within the first trimester, when you get to the second trimester a drop dramatically. the bill you're trying to push through might be a bit controversial and a majority of people in your state do not support this. what do you say to that? >> i mentioned the people who elected me in my district. there are 180 house district in georgia, people that elected me back home overwhelmingly support this bill.
