growing after the teen turned out to be a 23 year old with a criminal record. brian rini has been charged with making false statement to federal agents after d.n.a. test showed it was not pitzen. >> they identified themselves to him as f.b.i. agents, they administered miranda warnings and warned him lying to a federal agent is violation of federal law. he again repeated that he was timothy pitzen. law enforcement confronted him with d.n.a. results and at that point, the person immediately stated he was not timothy pitzen. >> this former criminal own brother is blasting him for giving the pitzen family false hope. >> i'd tell the family i'm sorry for what he's done. for him, i wouldn't speak to him. i hope he gets help. i hope he goes to prison for this, at least an institution.
