coordinated with russia in effort to influence the presidential election and bill bar is still working with bob mueller on this, this is one of his biggest projects. if he was mister presenting bob mueller wouldn't mueller say something about it? >> of course. bar has a great reputation and a lot of integrity and he's not going to miss describe a report that will become public anyway but what we may start to see is democrats try to pivot to the last hope which is the subject of obstruction. bar said there was no obstruction. that was a correct analysis based on the fact the president has the right to hire and fire executive appointed offices and also obstruction has always been a crime of fabricating evidence or suppressing evidence or improperly influencing witnesses. these elements have never been

crystallized in this scenario so the collusion there is no obstruction is something that will get pushed back on but ultimately he is correct in his legal analysis. shannon: you wonder why all the people for so long have been very clear in stating we have evidence of collusion in plain sight, why aren't they coming forward? >> we are finding out there wasn't a criminal conspiracy. maybe there was a meeting in trump tower where one campaign wanted to see if there was opposition research on the other. that happens every day in every election. it's not a crime. >> mueller doesn't think that is anywhere near collusion or would have said so after this exhaustive 2-year investigation. you have nunez talking about eight criminal referrals to the doj looking into the trump investigation, the fisa warrants, there are eight names we are expecting. who do you think these names

could be? >> i think there will be more than eight names. in some instances your describing the global leak investigation. there were leaks all over the place especially in early months of the investigation by mueller and we've seen in cases if doj really wants to push a leak investigation get to the bottom of it. years ago it happened with scooter libby, andrew mccabe was involved in leaking and that leak was ultimately investigated and found to have established he was lying in connection with an internal doj investigation. the names we will see are the ones we have been hearing all along. i think there should and will be a focus, the fisa application where it appears there was important information left out. was that an intentional omission or misrepresentation? they will look at that and things like peter heather nauert he and lisa page, they and fbi people at a high level were
