because it was in the newspaper. with coming out with exhibit after exhibit after exhibit. checks and balances are not working. and they see that there is opposition research and dishonest lying. and used by the fbi to get a warrant. but where is the fisa court? but the fisa judge and the government the charges they have no say whatsoever which brings me back to this pathetic joke of a report, 400 pages of what?

brought the convictions no collusion or conspiracy or collaboration. nothing. they had to know there was no collusion. so my question to you ladies and gentlemen,, why did he wait? they asked this question several weeks ago. why did he wait? to tell the attorney general of the united states there was no collusion? all the dark cloud hanging over the presidency, the demagogues of propaganda, news reporters, analyst on television. phony reporters "washington times", "new york times times", collusion. collusion. collusion. he knew there was no collusion. why did he allow that to happen? why did he wait? the second half of the report.

volume two. one of the other reasons he did not take the subpoena go through all the courts to force the president of the united states to testify in front of a grand jury was because not only he knew he had nothing he wanted to trap the president and that didn't go very well with the supreme court justices in would be obvious to those men and women on the court. why would you question the president at all? in front of a grand jury? video? anything if you already knew there was no collusion. why word you try to trick the president of the united states with conflicting public statements? why word you try to take out a president of the united states? i don't care who the president is. why would you take out a sitting president when you knew kennedy and president-elect trump and president trump had nothing to do with colluding with the russians. all the crap on the news programs was false.

why would you wait? you wanted the damage you did not want to undermine the impeachment. you knew the democrats might win and you like to the media attention with the attacks on the president. i cannot think of another reason. you load up your staff with obama and clinton supporters and donors. i cannot think of another reason why you would sit on such crucial information collusion for maybe a year or a year and a half for longer and then demand to trick the president of the united states to interview him in person then leak information. somebody did to the media about the questions you might ask. and then obstruction you are trying to trick the president of the united states where you? you are trying to get him removed from office. exactly what you were doing. he did not bite the hook.

he said no. give me the questions in writing this should be a lesson for all of you this is why we have a judicial system. this is why prosecutors don't get to decide if somebody is exonerated. this is not the soviet union. the fact of the matter is we have checks and balances with our courts. a bill of rights. due process, presumption of the dissents one - - perception of innocence a prosecutor always accept here is to make their case in the courtroom. may be a challenge the witnesses are challenged the witnesses are cross-examined. there is a jury that observes and a judge that oversees and rules of evidence in all kinds of standards required to

protect the defendant. to protect the defendant so how is the president protected? even though there is no collusion how is he protected from mueller? he is not. he is not. you have a rogue prosecutor who makes these allegations and writes essentially a long op-ed for "the new york times" and puts in the report i can remember the independent counsel existed i represented the attorney general in the iran-contra matter in the justice department. we had the right to provide a reply to the report before it can be released. because that is even a modicum of justice the people are accused they have to be able to defend themselves even not if in the courtroom with a bogus report system to the

president's lawyers putting out a report that is not part of the official report. in one word got out not leaked but just routine that the president's lawyers some information was shared with them about the soon to be released report did you hear meet the press that runs five times a day every day collusion that's collusion. that having lightweights on tv that think they know what they are talking about further that is the minimum you do to allow an american citizen who was also president some information about what will be said about him. they don't have to wait for jerrold nadler or the democratic party media to get the information.
