"fox and friends first" continues on wednesday right now. good morning, you are watching "fox and friends first" on wednesday morning. jillian: thank you for starting your day with us. let's get to this fox news alert. fbi agents on the ground in sri lanka hunting terrorists behind his architect. todd: we are getting new information painting a dark picture of who the islamic militants are. live in the country's capital city, the latest on the investigation. >> reporter: yes, the death toll has risen to 359 in the suicide bombings in sri lanka. new details continuing to emerge all the time.

the government believes one of the attackers studied in the united kingdom and australia before returning to sri lanka. new footage has emerged showing one of the suicide bombers at one of the hotels just before he. himself up. we don't know about the authenticity of that. isis has claimed responsibility for the effect. certainly the government has said there must to be international support behind this. the attacks are so well coordinated and it must be can significant fun together continues investigations, it says it is relying on foreign assistance and in the us the united states is at the forefront of helping the investigation. >> the us government is providing help with the fbi unit down here. we are getting a lot of assistance.

smoke? todd: the underage one. jillian: starbucks is causing a stir, to install needle disposal boxes inside bathrooms. they have oregon up in 25 markets across the country. todd: the move is to protect the employees who clean those bathrooms but what do customers think? i took to the street to find out. starbucks has a new policy putting needle disposal boxes in its locations. do you think that is a good idea or bad idea? >> needle disposal boxes? i would say no. i don't know how sanitary that is. a bad idea. people do drugs in the bathroom, they shouldn't be doing drugs in the bathroom. todd: is that a good idea or bad idea? you answered it. >> a bad example of everything people should stop doing.

people that elicits a visceral reaction. a lot of people think why would it not be common sense to ask a citizenship question on the census? what is going to be interesting in the court arguments on this, it will come down to less on the policy question and more the process and how the commerce secretary came about adding this question to the census, the history of it, the citizenship question was asked on the census until 1950 and then it was asked to some people but not everyone so as a historical basis, you have opponents that are concerned about the impact of undercounting and federal accounting.
