engagement we second-guess them from the comfort of our living room or some office in d.c.? that has got to stop. anyway, we will never be the destroy-trump media mob. let not your hearts be troubled and laura ingraham in houston tonight, laura. >> laura: hannity, i was watching you and they cannot h drop their barr obsession. we have to call it the barr crawl or something, all new barr scene for them. i mean, it is, i was actually laughing but i'm crying what's happening at the border but i'm laughing at their barr crawl okay? >> sean: i like the name, but i will tell you this. this is pretty entertaining. they will never stop. by the way, donald trump still is a billionaire and has a 757. a lot of big buildings. a lot of economic success. i'm sorry, atlantic city or anybody.y. well, big breaking news. >> laura: again, anything to avoid talking about how to make
11:01 pm
the lives of the american people better. that is what i say. that is actually hard, by getting leaked transcripts fromh the irs is not as hard. you had a fantastic show. you are on a roll. >> sean: big time texas, you well, come back and see us. >> laura: all right, we are "hannity" and "the ingraham angle," this is a fox news alert. as immigration crisis gets even more dire by the minute, there is good news. that is a rarity out of and the ninth circuit court of appeals in california, they havl just ruled the last hour and a half at the trump administration policies sending asylum-seekers back to mexico waiting out their time period before the immigration hearing can actually stay in effect. in other words that policy can continue. now, this is a temporary release from the district court restriction, but that is definitely a good sign for securing the border and
11:02 pm
everything that we need. and now, onto the border of insanity. t that is the focus of tonight's angle. the reaction to last night's show from del rio border sector was so overwhelming that we couldn't let it go.. now, we brought you video you had not seen before. along the rio grande river at the natural barrier in the mexico and united states, we saw immigrants illegal immigrants jumping into the river from the mexico side with full knowledge that nearby border patrol would jump in and rescue them. >> they are getting ready to cross. so what will you do here? >> he's in the water and the baby, he's got the device on. this is terrifying. a man separated, now you have an
11:03 pm
man separated from his baby. the baby is crying on the other boat, and border patrol is left to fish him out of the river. we don't want to become, it is a daily struggle these guys have but you can't leave an infant in the water struggling. you cannot leave babies in the water. >> laura: it was terrifying but a ferry service is exactly what the border patrol has become.ngca now, the legals may be indigent and only what they can fit in a grocery bag, but they are extremely well-informed of the loopholes and absurd enforcement restrictions. and now, they are taking advantage of all the loopholes with the help of the cartels who, get this, are paid handsomely by the illegals to help transport them across mexico and right into the hands of our border patrol. now, here you see people cheering on the shoreline after this man is pulled onto the
11:04 pm
boat. >> who is that kid? he's got a little kid. amigos. >> yeah, amigos. >> laura: i spoke with the migrants and they come as i said with little to nothing and along with their children who are innocent pawns in all of this. and the sadness and the fear in their eyes come i will not forget. but everyone i spoke to everyone already has a place int the united states to go. [speaking spanish] >> laura: not just maryland. ]speaking spanish]
11:05 pm
>> laura: well, i told that particular migrant, we had a little moment of levity. but the politicians have been downplaying this for political reasons. we all know that. they are lying to you. this is a national problem. it's not just a border state problem. one of the more illuminating moments from yesterday was the border patrol processing center. now, they didn't let us bring cameras into the area where actually processing illegal immigrants for privacy and other concern, but they are taking to this processing center after picked up in the rio grande. inside, they are separated into categories. family units, single adult males, and unaccompanied minors. now, the families i spoke with told me they paid the cartel up to $12,000 for passage. but guess what, the money in most cases came from relatives or friends already in the u.s. it gets better. most of them are illegals too.
11:06 pm
you heard that right.lr our system is so screwed up that it permits illegals living here now to finance the trips of other illegals to want to comeme and join them. oh, and it gets worse. >> we have folks who come in and literally within 45 minutess they are in a delivery room. that was just a week ago. >> laura: wait a second delivering children? >> delivering children. we will apprehend them they will be eight or nine months pregnant and they will be in labor and we make the arrest him by the time we get to the emergency room they are delivering 30 to 45 minutes. >> laura: guess who picks up the cost of the hospital? we all do. taxpayers in the united states are subsidizing the enormous cost of health care for illegal immigrants, their children and their birth ones here. now, i found out today in 2018 alone, the health system in texas the largest health care i provider in the lone star state reported almost half a billion
11:07 pm
dollars in losses due to unpaid medical bills. they basically had to write it all off. of course, since they don't get paid and they are not authorized, by the way, to ask patients about immigration status, ultimately the cost isis eventually passed on to, well you guessed it, americans. so i ask you, how is any of this acceptable? we have u.s. vets who still can't get the timely treatment they need yet illegal immigrants are allowed to use emergency rooms as their primary care centers free of charge. it is obscene, and it is unfair. but you still think it's an emergency, right? well, tonight we learn from the sources and rio grande valley sector that they are being completely overrun by unprecedented numbers of illegal aliens and asylum seekers. over the past week and this stunned me, 10,000 illegal
11:08 pm
aliens were apprehended by border patrol. those are the ones apprehended.n and that made it one of the highest weekly totals ever seen in the history of the sector. new numbers for the month of april are coming out tomorrow. and sources are telling us that they could be the highest on record. my friends, this is a complete and total travesty. we spent trillions of dollars in iraq and afghanistan defending other people's borders. and we have allowed our own borders to just become meaningless. any politician who says this isn't a crisis or refuses to be part of a real solution should retire or be retired. and that is the angle. all right, joining us now in mcallen, texas, a reporter missed dramatic video of 200 illegals apprehended in one mass group last night. this happened to a nearby
11:09 pm
sullivan city overwhelming border patrol they are and kgb tea reporter sydney hernandez sydney tell us about illegal immigrants last night, where they mostly adults, families or a mix? l >> sydney: laura, thank you for having me on. it was definitely a mix and a lovely family units units with small children in effect one was breastfeeding her toddler there. an infant, really and a lot of men with children. then you have single adults, men and women. you even had an elderly womanf and we had to separate her and have her sit down on an ice chest because that's all there was, very, very weak, very dehydrated and extremely hot in the rio grande valley.he the agents are providing undocumented immigrants with water for some time traveling for days on end and suffering from dehydration definitely. >> laura: sydney i was shocked and the processing center in del rio pat -- illegal pass center.
11:10 pm
how many people at one time the border patrol agents train in enforcement and processing but not in these numbers? they are donating their own baby clothes when they are kids grow out of their clothes, border patrol agents are actually bringing in close for these and degenerate illegals who made it to the border. that in and of itself is contrary to the negative depictions that we see in some outlets of the border patrol agents. i know you have seen what i saw which is an enormous amount of compassion under very difficult circumstances. >> sydney: well, here is the rio grande valley and the sector is the busiest sector for illegal smuggling for narcotics right here. the agents are very well trained in this area to be able to pick up on that. but the issue that they are seeing and we are seeing firsthand is when they are being bringing in groups hundreds and hundreds. you saw in that video 200.
11:11 pm
and a group of 400 in the same area. whenever they are tending to the large family units, that is exactly when they see the drugs coming in or those runners. those people who don't want to be caught. >> laura: sydney, it is all planned. you see the spotters on the hillside down in eagle pass. you see the spotters giving the thumbs up, signaling to each other. we heard the whole thing, it is done, planned out, coordinated and a diversion by the cartel. sydney, the video you shot was absolutely shocking in itselfne and i appreciate you joining us in such a remote place you had to be on skype. but it is just fine. thank you for joining us. when you look, by the way come along the video that we just showed you, and additional arrests made this weekend, it iy shocking that still politicians and mostly democrats insist there is no border crisis. or that donald trump choreograph the whole thing.ha
11:12 pm
in just three days. border patrol arrested a man wanted for murder and two predators. joining me now brandon judd the border patrol council and senior fellow at the hoover institute brandon, there are reports tonight of the ice regulations that would permit local law enforcement to make ice arrest in sanctuary cities. another piece of good news with the ninth circuit ruling. how do you deal with this? >> brandon: this is a game changer and what we see right now, the trump administration thing if congress will not step up to the plate and if they will not help, i will put you behind me and i will do what i need to do with the authority that i have. the protection program to have these migrants go back to mexico to wait for asylum hearing, to allow local officials to do the job that is necessary in sanctuary cities. this is a game changer and this is going to allow us to secure the border.
11:13 pm
this will be that one thing to send the message across the world that if you cross the borders illegally, we are going to take action and that is what will drive the numbers down. >> laura: we saw the video and victor just popped up on the screen and might not have seen it where you were but i was interviewing the border crossers and she had, there it is, she had a piece of cardboard that they took out of a black plastic bag and it was an address in maryland. they come they are ready to go. they know they will be released within 24 hours almost all of them are and they go right to common area where taken by bus and they have money gram wiring money from sponsors or illegal immigrants or citizens or residents. they money gram for money and take the bus and they are good to go and then they are here. that is how it is working. >> victor: you are describing the life and the county.
11:14 pm
on my avenue people are here illegally. we have all sorts of homes you are discussing. it is not going to change, laura until we change the moralle calculus and you can call us racist but the fact of the matter is, it's not a moral thing to come into another country illegally. it is not a moral thing to reside in another country illegally. it is not a moral thing to be exempt on 500 sanctuary cities.. for employers it's not immoral to hire someone to drive down wages. for the mexican and central american governments that get 60 billion in remittance is a moral act by exporting capital as if they are to be exploited and then send you back to profit. that is not moral for ethic tribunal to say you know what i want as many simulated constituents as i can to enhance my political residence. the democratic progressive movement who basically says, i can't went on the issues and i want to alter the demography of
11:15 pm
the united states and flip states.og it is in a moral. >> laura: so you laid out the moral calculus but brandon you have to translate on policy.or victor is right. none of this is more when we have as many problems still in the united states that we have to deal with.gh our own people, education health care, veteran's needs an so forth. but the policies have to change. jared kushner met with senate leaders today on capitol hill. they will push for increasing legal merit-based immigration adjust downward on the chain migration i believe so the number of illegal immigrants will be the same. that is nice for the business sector, but what about the enforcement? that is where the rubber meets the road, is it not? a >> brandon: you are looking at people like stephen miller in the white house that are coming up with these policies like the npp, like potentially giving virtual agents the abilities to do incredible interviews right when people cross the border illegally. these are the things, these are the policy issues the president is saying, i will use the
11:16 pm
authority that i have to do what i need to do to secure the border. and when you saw all of these things that you witnessed firsthand in del rio, i voluntarily deployed to be there right now.se i've been in the processing center the last couple of days. i processed personally everyno single individual and already know exactly where they are going in the united states. they already paid their passage to get where they are going and we are going to walk them out the door. they know this which is that magnet. >> laura: it is like, brandon and victor, this is a perversey sick situation. it is nothing sicker than the u.s. actually enriching the cartel. that is how crazy it is. our policies are making the cartel more lethal and richer every single day by this. this circle of we will catch you and rescue you because that's what we do, we bring you here release you and years later maybe we try to find you and deport you out of the country. meanwhile, the cartels get richer and richer.
11:17 pm
it is a sick scenario, victor last word. >> victor: that is why you are angry because you know that gets you a charge humanitarian or something. you know if you come into the country without passport, you are detained. if you use a fake name, it is a felony. if you go to a ship on a mexican beach, you would be in jail. the asymmetry that gets citizens angry because it destroys the notion of citizenship. there is no citizenship if this happens. you are just a resident equal to a citizen. it destroys the whole western idea of rights and responsibility. >> laura: yeah, well, and all sickeningly routine. the numbers that will come out tomorrow are going to shock the conscious, i promise you that. panel, thank you so much. coming up the president's taxes well, they leaked out, part of it fbi caught in a spy leak, ano devin nunes up next. don't go anywhere. it fbi caught, it fbi caught,

>> laura: "new york times" is hyping, what i shall come a big story tonight based on printouts from mr. trump's irs tax transcripts from 1985, in 1994 all the way to '94 large loss of interest. the question is how did they
11:22 pm
obtain the records? joining me now devin nunes ranking member of intel committee, and former whitewater deputy council sol wisenberg does any of this matter, a big shock that you "new york times" is desperate to bring up 30-year-old losses in atlantic city, i guess.ma but does any of this matter? how did they get tax transcripts do you think? >> sol: two different questions but i suppose it matters to some people but is but is anybody surprised donald trump lost a lot of money in the '80s '90s and may not be congruent with what he said he made or lost? i don't think so. but i do think you put your finger on the real news here. once again, something was leaked that shouldn't be leaked. according to that story, the times said they got the tax documents from somebody who had
11:23 pm
legal access to them. that doesn't tell us someone from the government illegally leaked them or somebody for mr. trump violated professional confidential relations. but either way, it is unfortunate. >> laura: congressman nunez come i have to get to anothere. point. we had a big piece today, a big push by some in congress and to hold barr into contempt. this was for his refusal told appear in the senate committee. "washington post" wrote the piece and trump administration in contempt of congress. previous administration with overseers but mr. trump just say no approach meaning effective oversight may not come for years down the road. pointing to that and steve mnuchin not wanting to testify i guess, additionally on tax matters and so forth. >> devin: well, i've got news for them about this, okay? i don't think that they want barr to testify. they did not want him to show up that's why they did what they
11:24 pm
did. here that is why they did what they did. they knew if they made the requirement so ridiculous, we will not have the attorney general of the united states come to congress and to be questioned by staff. it is ridiculous.ld i think this was all designed just so that they could eat kentucky fried chicken when in fact, it the attorney general did not show up. >> laura: sol, they are obsessed with bill barr. they are obsessed and i have a couple of theories. i think it is really hard when someone like barr where you testifying, i would be really nervous and afraid, but if you are up against bill barr and trying to make barr a nefarious terrible person but it's a lot smarter than these people. he is just a lot smarter than a lot of these folks. i think they were mad mueller did not deliver and now they are mad i think barr in most cases t got the better of them. but they are kind of stuck here on this bill barr hill and can't seem to jump off of it or get off of it.
11:25 pm
>> sol: it's more than that. they are stuck on the hill because he is legitimate. he is effective and has a tremendous amount of gravitas and he is a member of president trump's cabinet. so they must destroy him. he is effective. he is a man of the law. he is trying to restore integrity to the doj and be a proper and effective and loyal attorney general. and they can't have that. he must be destroyed. anyone who is not completely on their team must be destroyed. i said this the other night about rod rosenstein. when they thought rod rosenstei was protecting mueller, he was their golden boy. now that they see, he's just really an honest arbiter were trying to be, and they see him as aligned with barr, he must be destroyed too. they leak an article about him saying i can land the plane. that is what it's all about destroying anyone who is not with them. >> laura: all right, just when
11:26 pm
he thought, guys, the fbi might have turned a corner and would not be playing politics anymore especially how they treated the trump campaign in 2016, thisis happens. >> do you believe they are engaging and spying when following fbi investigative policies and procedures? >> well, that is not the term i would use. there are lots of people that have different colloquial phrases, and i believe the fbi is engaged in the investigative activity and part of investigative and activity surveillance activity in different shapes and sizes.ac >> laura: congressman nunes the deep state was exposed in 2016. we will learn a lot more, but now this semantic game whether or not they spied on the trump campaign, what is going on here with chris wray? >> devin: plain and simple to any normal american but ica believe what the fbi director is trying to do, his position only needs to be nonpartisan.
11:27 pm
he's there for ten years, he's got eight years left. i think what he's trying to do is try to not to get in the headlines. shame on the senators for trying to put the fbi director in the middle of this. look, i wish they would just call spying for what it is spying. but look, the real facts have to come out in this case. what we are trying to get to the bottom of is, how many spies were involved spying on the trump campaign. and that's what we try to get answers to in congress and every day that goes by, i think we get the answer that becomes more and more people were doing spying. and what the director is trying to say, he's trying to say was it legal or illegal? >> laura: sol, do you think they would call it spying, let's say someone in the republican campaign, george w. bush, fbi surveying the obama campaign in 2008? do you think they would be calling it surveillance or spying?bi
11:28 pm
i do have a feeling they would call it spying. >> sol: they would not have trouble calling it spying but keep in mind what general barr said. this is a definitional thing. i'm not saying it was wrong if it was properly predicated. it might be perfectly legitimate spying. but let's call it what it is. when you send someone under false pretense as to the presidential campaign of the opposing party, you are spying on them, pure and simple. >> laura: this is ridiculouses this entire conversation. great conversation, guys, think as much. signs that texas could turn democratic in 2020..ic president trump and the reelection, is that a nightmare if it actually happened? up next, why democrats could be the one actually in for a rude awakening. raymond arroyo is here from texas and he has all the details. into action...

institute. i asked jones why democrats believe they can flip texas for the first time since the 1970s. >> demographics are changing and in fact, it is becoming bluer with less angle and morere population. and also donald trump who is a real liability for texas and the republicans. more latinos and more asian-americans and more people moving from the north here. and the transformation onor politics causing them to go a little more democratic.th does texas go blue in 2020? >> i don't think texas will go blue in 2020 and less joe biden is the candidate. >> raymond: it will be a pivotal election in 2020 not just for texans but the entire nation. it looks like the demographics of the suburbs around places are changing. and some are saying texas could flip blue as a result. if joe biden and donald trump were on the ticket, who would you vote for and who do you think would win this era? >> donald trump will definitely
11:35 pm
win. a lot of people are coming from other parts of the country that are definitely changing the democrats in the greater houston area and texas in general. but i feel like there's too much success from donald trump. you can't argue with success. >> raymond: why would you do that? >> i think trump is crazy. [laughter] >> raymond: even with the economy roaring, i don't care for the native texan. >> no. i'm from kansas city. i don't think the demographics have changed that much since the last election. >> which do you think is stable? >> trump. >> because texas is always been republican. >> raymond: laura, as you heard from the lady in kansas city, it is changing demographically. 1 of 10 texas residents did not live here in 2012. this state has six of the ten fastest growing counties in the country. but the state, they have to pound the outer suburbs in the big urban areas 38 electoral votes hang in the balance. when beto o'rourke came along

they thought this was their opportunity. >> laura: you have an enormous population and all that california's happening, they come to texas. they come into this great economy and texas and they want to wreck it but who wants to doi that? we don't want to do that. let's see if the camera -- there we go. push. >> raymond: i will see you later. i >> laura: we will talk to you later. how do republicans win back in a state that is looking a little less like texas and as i said a little more like california. texas state senator pete florez may have an idea. he was a republican underdog who flipped the largest political legislative district in texas from blue to red, and swamping -- swapping the state. this is the night he won the election. >> for the first time in
