the only constitutional crisis is the one created by obama administration officials of a false russia collusion, spun by that master himself, jim coming. the disgraced former head of the fbi. we find out this week, the fbi was on full noticed to steal it was fake even before the product to the judge. and use it as a sole basis to spy on the trump campaign. that's darkness himself, coming new all along the dossier was a fraud. even admitting to the president in january 2017, it was unverified. yet, this subversive, used it to spy on the man he and his by felt, didn't deserve to occupy the oval office. only has a clinton clan saying this week, we don't spy, we investigate.

over 1.4 billion documents and never claimed executive privilege. he was harassed. friend, persecuted, tormented, insulted and provoked. his family the same. and you call me, dare to show your face in public? so bill barr held in contempt by the same congress that says to help with the american people and their work, we want money off barr so when he starts indicting us, we can say it's all political. it's no wonder that almost 80% of americans do not approve of the war congress is doing. i personally think if they don't do the work we sent them therefore, they shouldn't get a salary. it shouldn't get a pension. nor should they be allowed to go on justice or get free healthcare. if you don't approve of the gamesmanship going on in the house of representatives, find out how your representative is. send a letter or an e-mail or

california, the president's nominee of the trade developing agency, welcome back. >> thank you for having me. i want to give you listeners, viewers a couple of numbers because we were going through that, the intro and it occurred to me that first of all, only three times in 35 years have the full house held someone in contempt. the best one thing holder. he was held in contempt after i subpoenaed and asked for documents and works with the department of justice for 204 days and then he finally refused to give us any additional documents at that time, another 48 days of trying to make agreements, asking to look at what is called in camera, documents that he wouldn't give us but said he might give us, he said let's see it and keep it's a profession. we have jerry nadler, 19 days,

over half of which he was on vacation, 19 days from a release of the report and he does contempt and the killer about this is people were offering opportunity to look at the documents unredacted and decide if they really need them. did they need to somehow get stupid things that were done on a grand jury? it was amazing, the republicans set out people, some of whom he's to work for me, they read them and they advised their ranking number to vote no on contempt. neither footed guess on what he's ever seen. >> given the opportunity to see that, they don't want to see it, which leads anyone to the one conclusion they sent, the man is that this is about chaos.

creating a constitutional crisis. the only crisis right now in this country, is what's going on on the border. people are 96000 this month coming in from the seven quarter in one month. it's the town i grew up in but the difference between eric holder being held in contempt, you have the patience, is a people being killed with fast and furious. i was a whole mess and the drug cartel that the drugs from law enforcement. the whole thing was sick. in the end, every right to ask for that. these people can get what they want but they are not interested in it. let's talk about the chairman of oversight reform right now. that's elijah comics. what is he doing? right now, we've got the sub committee, jerry nadler who's got a personal part against him.

they hate each other since the new york days. >> they have, since actually the 70s. they go back that far. think first of all, nadler said on a train and was overheard saying, he's trying to work backward from impeachment. in the case of elijah cummings, i still don't recognize all the things he is doing as similar to what he said when he was my ranking member but i will say one thing, at least he understands that this kind of extreme and fast behavior isn't appropriate. here's one of the interesting things, and you look at jerry nadler's greatest offense, it was the indignity, his think that he and the other elected officials, people who should be accountable including afc, they are not going to ask the questions, they will ask staff attorneys to ask the questions. that to me was unbelievable and

i was so happy the attorney general said i'll come down, and went to the senate but i'm not going to be cross examined by them. members are just trying to duck their response about it. >> the democrats are frantic right now. you think the people are looking at this? these people, after they get the mueller report, this is going to prove trump shouldn't be in the oval. not one iota between that and they violated all the rules. another want to take this as if they are going to do more on the investigation. they are the people that are stupid. they hate their jobs, and where they start working for us? >> the fact is, this is an investigation in search of a crime. it's exactly the opposite of every investigation that i ever did when i was heading the oversight committee. you normally have a valid

accusation of a real believe of a crime, as you know, as a prosecutor, as a judge, you start off with a prime case, something that passes a sniff test and then investigate. in this case, when they rent out it was time to dismiss, they said there must be a crime, let's get his tax records, let's go after his kids. it's endless. the important thing though, but we all know now is that this is a purely political witchhunt and for the president to not stand his ground would be irrational. i'll give you an example. sometime in the near future, into will probably hold a contempt for the full house. i'm hoping that a permit of

if you are not going to play now, it's going to be rough on you later. here's the first president in 30 years that is using the strength of our free enterprise system as a part against the chinese. i predict they will stay here, it will probably take longer then we would all like but i do think they will because they need to do more than we do. >> they already care for? >> correct. >> we don't have their stuff. >> they came to the wto as a developing nation so that means i do that. they are not the second largest economy in the world. so what the president is upset about, they had democrats or republicans that is now practiced on behalf of lower and middle-class americans. he wants them to be in the world now is not an emergency nation or developing economy the second largest economy in the world, competing with the nations like us in great britain and france etc.

that is one thing he is also upset about. >> let's talk about hours and soybeans. china is a huge purchaser of soybean. they're saying we're not want to buy your soybeans. what happens to the farmer and why -- what is china do? >> china is a large demand coming from china. that drop is causing soybean prices to go down. at the same time tariffs are raising the prices of equipment. that dislocation, the tariff strategy will hurt certain industries but heard. the president understands, he said we will give you a government subsidy to hold you over and especially the farming community, we have to fix this problem. it's a mistake generation and half of having this problem. i don't want to hurt your business or your farming industry, we will subsidize you while we are putting pain on china and parts of the other economy that is stronger. so that is what he is saying.

contrast of where this administration have taken the american people, if joe biden wants to talk about the hundreds of thousands of manufacturing job, this administration wants to talk about manufacturing jobs they brought back. this president has lined up a clear difference between what barack obama failed to do and what he's been able to do and he will remind the american people that joe biden was the man driving agenda in the obama moneys. >> you make a good point because so many people think joe biden is blue-collar guy from pennsylvania and will appeal to the blue-collar guy but when you put the facts out there as to the economy and people working and manufacturing jobs and deregulation and all that, i mean, that is befriending the working american and but i think he goes after pete buttigieg and crazy bernie, why is bernie crazy?

>> well, because the guy wrapped his head on shower door, 75 year's old and socialist, you have pocahontas and people that want to be part of their opportunity to be the next president of the united states and this president relishing the opportunity to define opponents. we saw it very clearly, i saw it every day in the republican primary and then i saw him define hillary clinton and he's now defining his democratic opponents whether it's crazy bernie, whether it's sleepy joe or pocahontas, the american people are looking and say, he's absolutely right. >> bernie is not crazy because he hit his head on the shower, have you ever gotten stitches? >> no. [inaudible conversations] >> i feel bad saying that, i really do. i think the policy. let's talk about the fact that he hasn't touched any of the women, he just went after the

white males, did you notice that? >> i have noticed it. right now the democratic party is at cross roads. they are waiting for woman or africa american and looks right now it's two-person race. the democrats coming up soon, joe biden and bernie sanders are run get away from the field, robert francis o'rourke, you have two old white guys, if you put them against donald trump in trump-pence team, they will lose with historic level just like ronald reagan won in '84, donald trump will be reelected in 2020. >> i think you hit on something really important, similarities between ronald reagan and donald trump, all of the problems that they entertained in their first administration and successes that they obtained.

i really think that there's a comparison there. you know, i look at these people like pete buttigieg and beto and i say, what makes these people think they could be president, i mean, at least with donald trump, he had an empire, i mean, he was a businessman, everything that we are seeing today as a result of his business expertise, his his tariff issue with china, we will come out shining on that. we will. what do the guys have to offer other than they hate donald trump? >> their only message to the american is we hate donald trump more than we love our country whether it's eric, congressman from california, the congressman from massachusetts, mayor after mayor, none of these people have achieved anything other than getting elected in small congressional district. look, and historical electoral success doesn't mean you have to be successful because donald trump never ran for anything and changed the direction of the country for the better.

make a complaint and say, you know, the separation between church and state and something as simple as god bless america, i mean, if this is a new country there's a remaking of america by the left where saying the word god, saying anything about religion, christianity is criticized. >> yeah, i think it's ridiculous and in my opinion i don't understand why people can't let other people live. it's not going to kill your child for a person to get on an announcements and say god bless america. if you're child doesn't believe in god, then just don't reiterate the words. you can exercise your own faith without damaging or eliminating the faith expression from everybody else. the majority of the country are christians, people in the country are christians, i think that it'll be reasonable to allow them to say what they want to say and if you disagree, don't say it.

i like the fact that the school said that they won't say it over announcement but if the students want to say god bless america, that they still have the right to do that. i thought that was a good step by the school. >> brandon, thanks
