tv Justice With Judge Jeanine FOX News May 12, 2019 12:00am-1:00am PDT
12:00 am
i'm waters and this is my world. welcome to justice, i am judge dineen. thank you for being with us tonight. thank you for making last week's justice number one all they all night saturday and sunday, all weekend. thank you. let's go again tonight. anthony and congressman darrell. first, my opening statement. >> they've stolen the house. the people's house. four founders created to represent the people as well as the closest to the people.
12:01 am
they hijacked it to maintain power for themselves. they don't work for or represent you. they obstruct the work they were sent to do by hugh so they can score their own political points and get the revenge they so desperately seek. they hate our commander in chief. these radicals who have forfeited their job representing you, continues to resist, create havoc and claim constant prices. >> we talked for a long time about approaching a constitutional crisis, we are not in it. we are not in a constitutional crisis with the constitutional crisis. >> we are. everyone a constitutional crisis looks like? open your i. >> we have not entered that crisis. >> i'm curious because isn't that the height of a crisis?
12:02 am
>> trump heading toward a constitutional crisis with democrats as he continues to hide the mueller report. >> this administration wants to have a constitutional crisis. >> constitutional crisis? how? because they can't get the full mueller report? they all stupid? they have 98% of the full report. i got news for you bozos, you weren't even entitled to any of it. the report was written for the attorney general by the special counsel. the attorney general decided to issue a four-page conclusion and offer democrats the facility to see the whole report. not one democrat wanted to see it. so attorney general barr was in the impossible position of violating federal law and releasing jury testimony or the demands of the radical left.
12:03 am
the only constitutional crisis is the one created by obama administration officials of a false russia collusion, spun by that master himself, jim coming. the disgraced former head of the fbi. we find out this week, the fbi was on full noticed to steal it was fake even before the product to the judge. and use it as a sole basis to spy on the trump campaign. that's darkness himself, coming new all along the dossier was a fraud. even admitting to the president in january 2017, it was unverified. yet, this subversive, used it to spy on the man he and his by felt, didn't deserve to occupy the oval office. only has a clinton clan saying this week, we don't spy, we investigate.
12:04 am
jim, her who are you kidding? did dossier was bs thing and no. the fbi knew it was a political document and get it done before the election. certainly not an intelligence document. the assigned three want applications based on this fake dossier. you, the fbi, d.o.j. committed a fraud on the court. massive abuse of power. a clear violation of our laws. yet, you come out of the shadows thursday night because you know the jig is up. >> yes, i think spine did occur. i believe there is a basis for my concern. i think spying on a political campaign is a big deal. >> the application is presented as verified, a political document to protect your girlfriend, hillary who you, your insubordinate self loose saying she had no intent to buy
12:05 am
the the law and you have the nerve to say trump obstructed justice? it sure looks like it. jim, you wouldn't know obstruction of justice if it's left you in the face. your guilford, hillary, obstructed evidence by line, deleting 30,000 euros, we wouldn't know the truth. yet, the treatment of donald trump is stunning. in a fake russia collusion claim, there were 3600 subpoen subpoenas, 500 search once, investigations of 30 countries, 500 witnesses questioned, 18 lawyers, 40 investigators, criminal grand juries in panel, the president himself handed
12:06 am
over 1.4 billion documents and never claimed executive privilege. he was harassed. friend, persecuted, tormented, insulted and provoked. his family the same. and you call me, dare to show your face in public? so bill barr held in contempt by the same congress that says to help with the american people and their work, we want money off barr so when he starts indicting us, we can say it's all political. it's no wonder that almost 80% of americans do not approve of the war congress is doing. i personally think if they don't do the work we sent them therefore, they shouldn't get a salary. it shouldn't get a pension. nor should they be allowed to go on justice or get free healthcare. if you don't approve of the gamesmanship going on in the house of representatives, find out how your representative is. send a letter or an e-mail or
12:07 am
just pick up the phone. i doubt they'll care. the only paper they respond to is this. don't limit yourself to those in your district. we are one country, one america. if you don't like what they are doing, find out who's running against them. whether it's a primary or general election. get involved. let your voice be heard. most important, start gearing up for 2020. we need a house of representatives that represents the people in this great nation. the people who want to remake america and maintain their own power. god help us and god help us if we elect these same people and they stay in control of our country. that's my open. tell me what you think on my facebook and twitter, # judge jeanine. twenty me now with reaction to my opening statement, good friend congressman from
12:08 am
california, the president's nominee of the trade developing agency, welcome back. >> thank you for having me. i want to give you listeners, viewers a couple of numbers because we were going through that, the intro and it occurred to me that first of all, only three times in 35 years have the full house held someone in contempt. the best one thing holder. he was held in contempt after i subpoenaed and asked for documents and works with the department of justice for 204 days and then he finally refused to give us any additional documents at that time, another 48 days of trying to make agreements, asking to look at what is called in camera, documents that he wouldn't give us but said he might give us, he said let's see it and keep it's a profession. we have jerry nadler, 19 days,
12:09 am
over half of which he was on vacation, 19 days from a release of the report and he does contempt and the killer about this is people were offering opportunity to look at the documents unredacted and decide if they really need them. did they need to somehow get stupid things that were done on a grand jury? it was amazing, the republicans set out people, some of whom he's to work for me, they read them and they advised their ranking number to vote no on contempt. neither footed guess on what he's ever seen. >> given the opportunity to see that, they don't want to see it, which leads anyone to the one conclusion they sent, the man is that this is about chaos.
12:10 am
creating a constitutional crisis. the only crisis right now in this country, is what's going on on the border. people are 96000 this month coming in from the seven quarter in one month. it's the town i grew up in but the difference between eric holder being held in contempt, you have the patience, is a people being killed with fast and furious. i was a whole mess and the drug cartel that the drugs from law enforcement. the whole thing was sick. in the end, every right to ask for that. these people can get what they want but they are not interested in it. let's talk about the chairman of oversight reform right now. that's elijah comics. what is he doing? right now, we've got the sub committee, jerry nadler who's got a personal part against him.
12:11 am
they hate each other since the new york days. >> they have, since actually the 70s. they go back that far. think first of all, nadler said on a train and was overheard saying, he's trying to work backward from impeachment. in the case of elijah cummings, i still don't recognize all the things he is doing as similar to what he said when he was my ranking member but i will say one thing, at least he understands that this kind of extreme and fast behavior isn't appropriate. here's one of the interesting things, and you look at jerry nadler's greatest offense, it was the indignity, his think that he and the other elected officials, people who should be accountable including afc, they are not going to ask the questions, they will ask staff attorneys to ask the questions. that to me was unbelievable and
12:12 am
i was so happy the attorney general said i'll come down, and went to the senate but i'm not going to be cross examined by them. members are just trying to duck their response about it. >> the democrats are frantic right now. you think the people are looking at this? these people, after they get the mueller report, this is going to prove trump shouldn't be in the oval. not one iota between that and they violated all the rules. another want to take this as if they are going to do more on the investigation. they are the people that are stupid. they hate their jobs, and where they start working for us? >> the fact is, this is an investigation in search of a crime. it's exactly the opposite of every investigation that i ever did when i was heading the oversight committee. you normally have a valid
12:13 am
accusation of a real believe of a crime, as you know, as a prosecutor, as a judge, you start off with a prime case, something that passes a sniff test and then investigate. in this case, when they rent out it was time to dismiss, they said there must be a crime, let's get his tax records, let's go after his kids. it's endless. the important thing though, but we all know now is that this is a purely political witchhunt and for the president to not stand his ground would be irrational. i'll give you an example. sometime in the near future, into will probably hold a contempt for the full house. i'm hoping that a permit of
12:14 am
justice will say to every member of congress, calm down, read the unredacted report. so the ones that vote yes, will be the ones that haven't read it. the ones who vote no will know because they've seen it and they know for a fact that there's no reason these things have to be made public. the law and against tradition. >> huntsman, thank you so much for being with us tonight. >> thank you. >> the witchhunt, not stopping with the president for this. now his son is making a subpoena from the senate. here to talk about that and more, dan. the dems want to drag junior back. he testified 29 hours or something like that. the word is, michael cohen planted a seed about the russia tower thing, but michael cohen has been convicted already of lying to congress. the didn't bring him back as a chief witness. then he lies to congress again.
12:15 am
based on those lies, they want to bring junior in. what should don do? do they have that right? >> don junior should tell them to go, they must the memo? did they think it was a hoax? did they miss the 440 pages of memo from mueller himself? this collusion hoax was real, they would want anything. here's what's really going on, judge richard, the republican chairman of the senate committee has been called junior's meek. he's always been weak. he's a fake republican. that committee is really run by mark wonder. the democrat. he keeps the cat in his lap. he runs that committee, they want don junior back to keep this hopes alive. i think they are afraid the ig report, it will look really ugly. don junior has nothing else to say. he's cooperated for the whole
12:16 am
year, the collusion story is a hoax. want to bring someone kids? ring back joe biden screwed. joe biden's kid. >> with all the staff, all the time, all the money, mueller did not indict junior. you know don junior was in the crosshairs. these bozos think they will get something from don junior? out of they do the work for the people? you hit on something important. inspector general is honing in on the fbi and the fact they had a fake dossier, everybody in the fbi knew it was a fraud. yet, june, assigned three times before to get a warrant to spy. i'll use the word spy until the last breath i breathe. he wanted it on donald trump. now what they are saying, everyone, there is no spine. number two, let's dirty up bill
12:17 am
barr, donald trump junior that when the report comes out, we can say it's all political. just getting even with us. >> jim, is in a world of trouble. he's not a credible witness. he signed the first pfizer one. it was based on but was information from christopher steele. it's been discredited. john reported this weekend, we now know fbi at minimum, the u.s. government to the state department new ten days before the pfizer was issued. christopher steele's motivations were political, they had state department representative who wrote in a memo that they hid congressional oversight just recently. to be clear on what that means, the fbi and the u.s. government clearly new information they were using to spy on trump was
12:18 am
being put forth by a guy with a political, not intelligence agenda. jim, is in a world of trouble. >> jim comay in a world of trouble for a long time. like information to get to the new york times stepping out of his own lane to say hillary is not responsible, no responsible prosecutor would go after her. coming has a lot of stuff to pay for. thank you so much for being here. >> thank you. >> next, back in a moment. the latest innovation from xfinity
12:21 am
12:22 am
it's a now there's one store that connects your life like never before store. the xfinity store is here. and it's simple, easy, awesome. welcome back to justice. trade talks with china hit a snag. trump administration is involving new tariffs. the present is tweeting about it saying, kind of felt they would be so badly at the table that they figure they would wait around for the next election, wait for a democrat and continue to about the u.s. but the president says, they know i'm going to win. he goes on to threaten the deal for china, negotiated in his second term. what does this mean? what's the next step? the mooch, thank you for being here.
12:23 am
let's talk. we brought the tariffs, we know it's been invalid and unfair. from obama, bush administration, everybody. >> back to the wto 2001. >> right. nobody seems to want to fight them. china thinks they are entitled to get benefit. now the president says it's not immediate yet, i'm about to in post tariffs. what happens now? >> i think you got to take him seriously and take him at his word. they are different from us, make work with me, we're ready to go to contract. they were probably protecting the president would save a little so he get his reelection strategy and narrative in place. they are also predicting he would save because they were afraid the economy what we can. they are the two tactics the chinese use for they don't understand the president. if anything, the best line the
12:24 am
president gave me, you got to be prepared to walk away from the table. if you are not prepared to do that, your not going to work. it's the home of his 45 years success as a politician so they should get that message from him. they should not be going tactically where they are right now. >> you would think they studied him. he's putting much knowing he's going to walk at any time. the amazing part, our economy is so strong right now, china economy is very vulnerable. the president pulled the plug on this, they are going to be in real trouble. >> it's hurting both economies. the president is looking at this and saying it's a 30 year struggle, there's been asymmetry so what he wants to do his right side, do it quickly. we set that up before the reelection takes place but he can't do it, he sang hey listen,
12:25 am
if you are not going to play now, it's going to be rough on you later. here's the first president in 30 years that is using the strength of our free enterprise system as a part against the chinese. i predict they will stay here, it will probably take longer then we would all like but i do think they will because they need to do more than we do. >> they already care for? >> correct. >> we don't have their stuff. >> they came to the wto as a developing nation so that means i do that. they are not the second largest economy in the world. so what the president is upset about, they had democrats or republicans that is now practiced on behalf of lower and middle-class americans. he wants them to be in the world now is not an emergency nation or developing economy the second largest economy in the world, competing with the nations like us in great britain and france etc.
12:26 am
that is one thing he is also upset about. >> let's talk about hours and soybeans. china is a huge purchaser of soybean. they're saying we're not want to buy your soybeans. what happens to the farmer and why -- what is china do? >> china is a large demand coming from china. that drop is causing soybean prices to go down. at the same time tariffs are raising the prices of equipment. that dislocation, the tariff strategy will hurt certain industries but heard. the president understands, he said we will give you a government subsidy to hold you over and especially the farming community, we have to fix this problem. it's a mistake generation and half of having this problem. i don't want to hurt your business or your farming industry, we will subsidize you while we are putting pain on china and parts of the other economy that is stronger. so that is what he is saying.
12:27 am
>> is because to the present, he knows someone is going to get her. he's going to cover them. so he will give farmers subsidies. >> he knows that, he doesn't want to -- he's trying to rebuild the steel industry. he knows it's super important for us to have the breadbasket of the world. he's looking at critical industries like farming, steel and etc. we've got to get back in the u.s. he saying let's subsidize this and protect ourselves. >> all right. thank you for explaining that. >> losing money in las vegas, think god. here we are. >> thank you. still had. the panel is next.
12:32 am
12:33 am
principal presidents have developed. >> the democrats just can't let it go. still battling to see president trump's tax returns as if there's nothing to fight about. my panel is ready to talk about that and much more. bethany and chris, they are telling us it's constitutional crisis, the question that i have for you is this, this guy who is chair of ways and means, chris, just said, we need the president's tax returns because we want to keep them in line with the last 6 presidents, really? that's why -- >> well, look, constitutional -- it'll constitutional to tell them to give what they asked for and he says no. >> so we are -- >> confrontation.
12:34 am
no, we are in a constitutional confrontation, congress does have the right to oversee the president and they absolutely have the right to see tax returns for the law. they don't have right to leak it to the public. >> what do you think of the chance that that would leak? >> look, when you have something that every president since nixon has done without any question, releasing tax returns, this president doesn't want to, we should all be asking the question why that is and i think most americans are, now that we've learned he's lost $100 million a year for 10 years back in 90's and early 2000's, that's interesting, we all want to see what he's all about. >> stephanie. >> i think he's speaking for himself and democrats that are trying to score political points, most americans don't care. democrats tried this in 2016 and no one cared then so we are relitigating, president trump made it clear and everything possible to pay the least amount
12:35 am
that he possibly could in taxes and what i'm seeing is that democrats are abusing power and this week when senate majority leader mitch mcconnell said that the democrats are publicly, you know, going five stages of breach, that's exactly what is happening, first denial, that was the russia hoax, now they are angry and throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks and that's subpoenaing trump, trying to get the taxes, going for the obstruction charges, i mean, it is literally loonie town crazy world in washington, d.c. right now and i can't be the only one who is serious about it. it's really hard to sit back and see the democrats crying about this thing, constitutional crisis. since when have democrats lately cared about the constitution, they are the ones who are trying -- >> stephanie. >> chris, go ahead. >> stephanie, you're not a little bit curious to see what's in the tax returns that he doesn't want to show and everybody else seen tax returns, just a little bit curious, we all want to see, i don't know, maybe it'll be nothing, maybe
12:36 am
more losses and he can talk about -- [inaudible conversations] >> chris, is curiosity a reason to invade someone's privacy for something that's not mandated by law, it's not mandated by any of the committees, it's not something the president want to do, everyone no politics for 100 years, chris. leland like to know and it was mark asked about nancy pelosi, i want to ask about dine fine -- dianne feinstein's son. i want to ask about joe biden's ukraine. >> i want to see those tax returns. >> when you want the president -- >> he does, that's for sure.
12:37 am
[inaudible conversations] >> you know, every other president has released their tax returns, all we know about tax returns is he's great at one thing, losing money, the best there ever was. so we know that about him right now. let's learn more, let's find out -- >> i don't want to be mean, are you a billionaire? everyone wants to judge president trump and his business. he's a lot better off than everyone who he's complaining. >> i didn't run for president that i was the best businessman in the world. [inaudible conversations] >> get over it, chris. he's elected. he was elected, america wanted him to be president and look at the economy now. [inaudible conversations] >> stephanie, you have the last word. >> judge, judge, the american -- >> chris, it's my turn. chris, you asked me if i was curious, honestly i really don't care and i think most americans don't care what are in tax returns and i will tell you
12:38 am
because they are know yoused about the economy and having secured borders and all the other things that affects our life. that's not going to change anything, that's not going to change my opinion. [inaudible conversations] >> show me the money. that's all i can say, mr. president. [inaudible conversations] >> you know, it's like don, jr. and don mcgann and everything else, you guys are having fit and you ought to start working for the american people. chris, stephanie, thanks. >> really? we are talking 2020 with corey
12:39 am
12:40 am
12:42 am
12:43 am
what the hell happened to beto? >> but there are even more contenders this time out on the democratic side and as you just saw is he ever ready to go after them, here to talk about it former trump campaign corey lewandowski. it is entertaining, i mean, sleepy joe and this one and that one, i can't wait to hear him go after them but i have to tell you, i think that joe biden seems to be focusing on him, is that because joe is the one he wants to run against and wants to get after him? >> i think it's both. people forget 8 areas of the obama administration and all the failures that joe biden is tied to. look, this president wants to talk about what the economy has done under his leadership and if joe biden wants to reiterate the 1.2 and 1.3 new normal, that's
12:44 am
contrast of where this administration have taken the american people, if joe biden wants to talk about the hundreds of thousands of manufacturing job, this administration wants to talk about manufacturing jobs they brought back. this president has lined up a clear difference between what barack obama failed to do and what he's been able to do and he will remind the american people that joe biden was the man driving agenda in the obama moneys. >> you make a good point because so many people think joe biden is blue-collar guy from pennsylvania and will appeal to the blue-collar guy but when you put the facts out there as to the economy and people working and manufacturing jobs and deregulation and all that, i mean, that is befriending the working american and but i think he goes after pete buttigieg and crazy bernie, why is bernie crazy?
12:45 am
>> well, because the guy wrapped his head on shower door, 75 year's old and socialist, you have pocahontas and people that want to be part of their opportunity to be the next president of the united states and this president relishing the opportunity to define opponents. we saw it very clearly, i saw it every day in the republican primary and then i saw him define hillary clinton and he's now defining his democratic opponents whether it's crazy bernie, whether it's sleepy joe or pocahontas, the american people are looking and say, he's absolutely right. >> bernie is not crazy because he hit his head on the shower, have you ever gotten stitches? >> no. [inaudible conversations] >> i feel bad saying that, i really do. i think the policy. let's talk about the fact that he hasn't touched any of the women, he just went after the
12:46 am
white males, did you notice that? >> i have noticed it. right now the democratic party is at cross roads. they are waiting for woman or africa american and looks right now it's two-person race. the democrats coming up soon, joe biden and bernie sanders are run get away from the field, robert francis o'rourke, you have two old white guys, if you put them against donald trump in trump-pence team, they will lose with historic level just like ronald reagan won in '84, donald trump will be reelected in 2020. >> i think you hit on something really important, similarities between ronald reagan and donald trump, all of the problems that they entertained in their first administration and successes that they obtained.
12:47 am
i really think that there's a comparison there. you know, i look at these people like pete buttigieg and beto and i say, what makes these people think they could be president, i mean, at least with donald trump, he had an empire, i mean, he was a businessman, everything that we are seeing today as a result of his business expertise, his his tariff issue with china, we will come out shining on that. we will. what do the guys have to offer other than they hate donald trump? >> their only message to the american is we hate donald trump more than we love our country whether it's eric, congressman from california, the congressman from massachusetts, mayor after mayor, none of these people have achieved anything other than getting elected in small congressional district. look, and historical electoral success doesn't mean you have to be successful because donald trump never ran for anything and changed the direction of the country for the better.
12:48 am
12:52 am
>> stop saying god bless america to students after the pledge of allegiance, why? because of parents complaining. what? joining me now to talk about it cofounder and former police officer, okay, brandon, it's my understanding every morning after pledge of allegiance the principal will say god bless america and one parent complained freedom from religion foundation saying that the establishment clause of the first amendment prohibits government sponsorship of a religious message and now they have decided that that's not going to be said anymore and they are saying that young elementary school children don't need to be coerced into affirming god's name every name at school. what say you?
12:53 am
brandon, can you hear me? >> yeah, i can hear you. >> brandon, can you hear me? >> i can hear you now. >> okay. god bless america after the pledge of allegiance, what say you about this? >> well, i think it speaks to a bigger issue. i'm saddened that one parent can have so much power against god, but i think we are dealing with a generation or culture in america that's becoming more and increasingly antichrist and i will say this on national tv for everybody to hear, if we continue to dismiss god in our culture we continue to dismiss god in our everyday doingings in america, we are going to fail as a country and i believe that as i'm sitting here on tv. >> people feel empowered enough who are in a minority, you know, feel that they can just go and
12:54 am
make a complaint and say, you know, the separation between church and state and something as simple as god bless america, i mean, if this is a new country there's a remaking of america by the left where saying the word god, saying anything about religion, christianity is criticized. >> yeah, i think it's ridiculous and in my opinion i don't understand why people can't let other people live. it's not going to kill your child for a person to get on an announcements and say god bless america. if you're child doesn't believe in god, then just don't reiterate the words. you can exercise your own faith without damaging or eliminating the faith expression from everybody else. the majority of the country are christians, people in the country are christians, i think that it'll be reasonable to allow them to say what they want to say and if you disagree, don't say it.
