your overall thoughts on this plan? >> absolutely agree with those points. i've not read the entire language yet but just a month ago on fox i hope to somewhere there was a sequestered of good language and could be legislatively past to help this situation and i'm glad to see senator graham taking this on. shannon: can it be legislatively past? that's the problem we run into over and over. >> he will face a challenge. it is a threat and the risk at the border right now. it is untenable and it should be a bipartisan interest and the parties are fighting it out. i hope they can find a solution. heather: i don't see how it is not bipartisan interest when we look at these numbers. these were just for april. the southwest border total

apprehensions, look at 2019, 109,000 compared to numbers in the past, 2018, just over 51,000 and then it goes down from there. the numbers are overwhelming. back to what we were talking about in terms of asylum and those seeking asylum. you have some information on that as well, legitimate asylum-seekers. >> statistics show 7% of those crossing illegally into the united states and attempting to claim credible fear asylum were or refugee status actually qualify. the rest are taking advantage of the chaos being released into the us but that is different from 10 years ago when 90% plus return to their countries after attempting to enter illegally. now they are all being released

bring charges if necessary and that will give conservatives and trump supporters a little relief who wondered what is going on with this. how did this get started? some members of congress coming out of different committees, saying there are questions about how the fisa application was signed off on using the dossier, any aspects related to that and whether there were crimes committed. >> notice republicans the democrats to be happy too. and democrat and republican presidents on the line. >> he has bipartisan support. heather: the next one, john huber in 2017, he is separately investigating the russia probe. >> part of his investigation. we learned he was appointed by

jeff sessions in 2017 to look at how the fbi and investigators handled the probe into hillary clinton and the clinton foundation and whether there was any wrongdoing "go -- quid pro quo type situation with uranium one and whatnot the we learned about during the 2016 campaign. a lot of people wondering where is he and what is going on with the investigation? haven't heard anything. there is speculation the new us attorney looking at how the investigation into the trump campaign got started because we have a new attorney general. heather: going a little further, hillary clinton foundation, the last one, michael horowitz, the

and farmers are looking for a win. as far as the other parts of that statement there is a lot to unpack. don't know if we have time to do that. heather: when you talk about hoping there is a positive resolution for farmers especially -- this is a family farm. you have two of your children actively involved in the operation of the farm. >> absolutely. what we worry about long-term is if supply chains are rerouted, if china makes investments in other countries this could have generational consequences for family farmers and countries source their products from other nations. china could make large investments in south america or
