segregated dorm but even worse when it comes from students because the students are supposed to represent the future, progress coming together, setting aside our differences. it is unnerving to see them wanting to go backwards and be regressive. >> it was interesting to read about this this segment because i'd was not aware this was happening and i kept reading the word neo-segregation. what is that? >> when people separate into factions based on demographics and traits they were born with which is on doing the work of civil rights leaders like martin luther king jr. rosa parks and others. they would be heartbroken to see students and young people going back and separating into factions. rob: they are segregating themselves. >> doctor king said we must live together as brothers or perish together as fools. that's timely advice even now and college campuses are

supposed to be bastions of progress where students set aside their differences, moving the ball forward. it is disappointing people are sliding back into things people far against for decades to get these things erased. jillian: back to the graduation conversation. look at examples of a special graduation ceremony for illegal immigrant graduates at harvard, north carolina high schools doing it since 2013, washington state had its fifth annual this june and sacramento state has been doing it since april 2016. is this something that should be happening? >> this is a trend we have been seeing, separating into factions but the illegal immigration parties new and this brings up important legal ramifications. this is highlighting people breaking federal law and that is not just separating out into
