twister ripped through carl junction, that storm happening on the eighth anniversary of the devastating tornado in nearby joplin which killed 161 people in 2011. >> in oklahoma people are facing flash flood threats. a home breaking apart as it is ripped off its foundation into a swollen river. homes are dangling off cliffs, the water is expected to rise another four feet by this morning. storm. we will learn more about what happened as the sun comes up. >> reporter: we have a tornado report for south-central missouri. watches and warnings across portions of missouri, illinois, towards indiana. a watch means conditions are favorable for tornadoes. we have a storm in central missouri. we have reports of damage and death in missouri from the severe weather outbreak, a

tornado outbreak that has lasted the last several days. we have those tornado warnings posted in part of texas through oklahoma and missouri towards illinois and arkansas as well as kansas. severe weather outbreak, we have the threat from or severe weather is widespread 40 million people need to be on alert from texas through oklahoma, missouri, kansas, across the ohio river valley towards the mid-atlantic and northeast. we don't think it will be as volatile but it only takes one tornado moving over heavily populated area to make a big difference and cause a lot of damage. heavy rain in the forecast lasting through the weekend. parts of the missouri river valley could over-the-top their banks as we are concerned about levees as well.

rob: the department of justice just agreed to share the mueller documents the left has been demanding as the president says he has been very transparent. heather: thank you for being with us today. a really big thing happened yesterday that got buried in the headlines of the failed infrastructure meeting and the doj sharing more documents related to the mueller investigation. why did william barr decide to do this and what does it mean for the overall ongoing investigation? >> the democrats have never been interested in fact or truth regarding the entire narrative surrounding their collusion claims. this is going to change anything. the doj has been fully compliant through this process and it is reasonable for them to release what documents they can under the law. it is also important to point out as of tuesday when this agreement was reached the doj

said not one democrat has gone in and said they would be willing to see the unredacted mueller report, this is kabuki theater, and continue to perpetuate this narrative. the doj is releasing what documents they can under law but this is not going to change the bottom line the trump has been fully vindicated and there's no collusion, no obstruction of justice, that's not going to change regardless of the democrats narrative. rob: do you know what these underlying documents are? millions of pages of documents from this 2-year investigation? >> typically i haven't reviewed the documents myself but in an investigation you have a lot of documents that are production of attorney work product. when i was a defense attorney you had pages of witness testimony and a lot of different things that you uncovered that

ultimately go to the conclusion mueller reached that there is no evidence whatsoever here. the documents aren't going to be helpful for the democrats narrative. they are trying to shape the narrative that there is some kind of cover-up because they haven't seen the actual documents. rob: fishing for information for 2020. opposition research. carley: adam schiff wanted to see these documents too. a lot of bipartisan support but after they go over these documents they will want to investigate robert mueller and all that. that said, recent poll just announced, a monmouth poll says 39% say the president should be impeached compared to 56% who say he shouldn't.

spann's family my heart goes out to you. i'm so site for the pain and grief you still experience and i am very concerned about the early release of john walker lind. we need to make sure there is a proper threat assessment before somebody convicted of the terrorist offenses released from prison and i am concerned the bureau of prisons doesn't have the tools or programs to do that. in addition to john walker lind we have 108 federal prisoners convicted of terrorist offenses due to be released in the next 5 years. i was glad to join senator shelby in demanding some answers here. we need to make sure we are dealing with this unique threat and we need some answers. carley: this is somebody who converted to islam as a teenager

still supported terrorist ideology. that is why it is critical that these terrorist offenders have access in prison to the kind of programs that might prevent recidivism, change their behavior and incredibly important the bureau in prisons has a way to assess the threat and inform any probation entity about what that threat is. we need to look at this problem is the new problem, the real threat. these terrorist offenders if they commit this crime again have potential of a huge impact on taking american lives. we have to acknowledge that and come up with different and new ways of assessing these threats. carley: he is expected to live in northern virginia. do they go far enough? thank you for being with us.
