overstay, he had open containers in his vehicle, he had a prior arrest for drug violations, he was detained by the local county sheriffs and he was released and is still in the united states. it happens too often where we have these individuals that they arrest and we are going to await the court date, they don't show up for the court date, so many factors are involved in the bottom line is what needs to be done when you arrest these individuals and you realize they are here illegally, federal authorities need to be contacted immediately and these individuals need to be sent out of the country. i don't know where this comes from the commit crimes to just stay here. >> this particular individual use this loophole, overstayed his visa, became an illegal immigrant as a result i used this loophole where he married an american citizen and got his green card and that allowed him to stay.
