enjoy yourself. we will be back tomorrow night. 8 p.m. the show that is the sworn enemy of of lying, pomposity, smugness and group think. sean hannity live from new york city. >> sean: i just swallowed water and it went down the wrong pipe. >> tucker: that was fast. >> sean: i was just waiting. tucker, great show. thank you. busy news night. we are tracking huge multiple breaking stories. we start tonight with the massive development out of the mueller witch hunt. tonight more evidence emerged that bob mueller's report was nothing but pure political garbage with errors put there on purpose. john, some of the keys of
6:01 pm
mueller's assertions are false. the mueller report describes paul manafort's business partner as a shady individual with ties to russian intelligence. mueller wanted us to believe that the trump campaign was in bed with the russian spies. tonight we know that's total bs. calling it mueller fakes. manafort's business partner was a sensitive intelligence source for the u.s. state department. that's a big difference. why did mueller deceive we the american people? he visited the u.s. twice in 2016 to meet with state department officials and for years he met with the chief political officer inside the u.s. embassy in kiev. mueller had access to this
6:02 pm
information. so he and his merry band of democratic voters and trump haters that, means they lied in the report. and mueller cast a dark shadow this individual's request to present a peace plan to the trump campaign in 2016. the very same plan was presented to the obama administration the same year and mueller's team knew it. muell mueller, why would he do that. soloman is not the first reporter to raise concerns and won'ting the last. this is out right lying from mueller and his democratic donor friends he appointed. a disturbing pattern of lies and character assassination. on monday we first reported that mueller editing a transcript from a former trump attorney
6:03 pm
john dowd who was on this program and called that report a fraud. during a privileged call between attorneys, mueller omitted dowd's statement and his request for communication was not only for the president but for the country and he was not asking for any confidential information. that evidence was ripped out. that's a classic tactic. sidney powell's book "license to lie." wiseman with held evidence in the past. why was he appointed? that's not all. and mueller's 9 minute long diatribe last week. the media was full of hope and anticipation that they finally got the president. that ended up being debunked a few hours later.
6:04 pm
in fact, the doj policy indicting a city the president was never a consideration. his press conference was a contradiction of everything he said. in a joint statement hours later, the doj, barr and the special counsel office was forced to walk back and clarify the 9.5 minutes that mueller but commenting and reaffirmed that the special counsel's report made clear the office concluded it would not reach a determination one way or the other about whether the president committed a crime. it has nothing to do with justice department policy with whether you can or can not indict a president. everything mueller said was fake and attorney general barr bailed him out. he was begging nadler not to testify or be subpoenaed because
6:05 pm
he knows he has to answer questions from jim jordan, and mark medicine and devin nunes who will join us in a few minutes. well, mr. mueller, when did you know there was no collusion? why didn't you end this witch hunt? why did you only hire hard-core democratic donors including a former hillary clinton attorney for the clinton foundation. why hire weissman who lost in the supreme court 9-0 and had 4 maryland officials put in jail and that was overturned. why appoint weissman known for atrocious conduct. attended hillary clinton's victory party on election night. it didn't work out well. the pattern is clear. what we see now time and time
6:06 pm
again, the special counsel manipulates information about the president of the united states. why didn't he have time for the dir dirty russian dossier that hillary clinton paid for that was used to influence the american people? no excuse for that. no collusion, no obstruction on the trump campaign's part. the trump haters reverted to plan-b. they created a document intended to fuel even more lies and conspiracy theories from democrats and their allies in the biassed and corrupt media mob. it was a political hit job from the beginning through and through. the president was right. it always was a witch.
6:07 pm
as far as mueller is concerned, mission accomplished. more monologue in a moment. join is us now -- we have john soloman. they knew certain facts. they chose what to put in and what to omit. it follows perfectly into what we saw mueller had to do last week. clarify everything he said in that 9.5 minute diatribe that was a political road map for impeachment? >> this is a significant omission from robert mueller's report. he goes out of his way to try to paint this person as russian and every contact paul manafort had with him had to have a sinister
6:08 pm
twist to it. if his possession were fbi reports and more than 200 pages of emails where the state department referred to him as one of their most sensitive intelligence sources and the most reliable intelligence sources on what was going on inside the ukranian government. someone they were so concerned about protecting they were afraid wiki leaks would get him and his identity would get out. bob mueller didn't take the time to tell the american people that side of the story. i don't know how to explain why he. he is not giving us an answer tonight. this will raise serious questions about the credibility of the report and it's not the only omission or factual error starting to surface. >> sean: certain things were
6:09 pm
spun a certain way. why only democratic donors? the president raised that issue and the question of conflicts of interest on a personal level the day before his appointed special counsel. donald trump said no when he requested the job as the fbi director. he had issues with donald trump relating to a golf course issue. >> we were told the reason they wrote this report was to give america transparency. we only get a half truth. i fear on several other people that are identified in the report. when you go through what i have, these several hundred pages and look at what was said about this man and. every omission is designed him to look more nefarious. he would not have this level of access to the state department.
6:10 pm
he would not present the obama state department peace plan before he gives it to donald trump if he was not trusted. somebody didn't do the job or make a conscious decision to ignore this. neither are a good alternative to the american people. >> sean: and carter page was an asset for u.s. intelligence, 4 years working with u.s. intelligence. >> that's right. and had recent contact in march of 2016 just as he was named to the president's campaign. how does that stay a secret for so long. someone didn't want us to get the big picture. >> sean: this is going to get bigger and bigger. the fact that there was no collusion, the rage trump democratic party. they are hell bent on one thing only: impeaching the president. they don't state a reason. they get the assistance of the
6:11 pm
psychotic media mobs liars. this is no longer a democratic party of joe lieberman. it's the party of anti-trump rage and psychosis and even impeaching trump is not enough. speaker nancy pelosi telling senior democrats shield like to see trump behind bars. -- she would. she wants a political opponent locked up in prison. that happens in banana republics. it's despicable behavior. they would turn the usa into a country we no longer recognize. constitutional republic with equal justice under the law. of course pelosi, i have been telling you, she is speaker in the house in name only. the real speaker is alexandria ocasio-cortez. she is calling the shots.
6:12 pm
pelosi is trying to appease this extreme base of her party. this new socialist democratic party is out for revenge. it's not been solutions to make the country safer or more secure or more employment, raising the standard of level for the american people. they don't care about. that they focus on one thing and one thing only. that's their rage. their obsession. donald trump the president lives in their heads 24/7. take a look. >> donald trump as president delayed, deflected and fired and did everything he could do obstruct justice. if he were any other person in the united states, based on what is documented in that report, he would be carried out in handcuffs. >> are you, mr. chairman,
6:13 pm
feeling pressure from your members to open an impeachment inquiry? >> well, the question -- let me put it this way. it may come to a formal impeachment. >> sean: you saw other democrats mounting a fifth investigation into the trump campaign and russiaclusion. this -- the fbi 9 month's investigation found nothing. the bipartisan senate investigation found nothing. mueller's 22-month witch hunt with partisan democrats found nothing. attempting to haul in the same witnesses to answer the same questions and hire the same expensive attorneys for a fifth time. don't answer any of their questions. i plead the fifth and answered that question. it means dozens of private
6:14 pm
citizens shelling out of thousands for expensive washington attorneys, answering the same questions over and over again. this has become a government abuse of power. plain and simple. stealing from government worksers who end up paying more than they make to play for the legal fees they accrued during this time. mainstream media doesn't care. it's not their money. they are not working overtime. the "new york times" just featured a draft article of impeachment against trump and a scenario for democrats to achieve their dream. this would be like manna from heaven. but it's not going to happen. we had a top edit from the fake
6:15 pm
news "new york times" said his paper is no way anti-trump. oh, yeah. raising articles of impeachment over nothing. journalism in america is dead and buried. look at the pugh research report. lies and conspiracy theories is representing news? tom brokaw you are really proud of the "new york times" and the "washington post" and fake news cnn. 2.5 years of non-stop lying and conspiracy threes and a hoax all based on anonymous sources. -- mainstream media is an extension of the democratic party. they are not to be trusted. american people get it. on this program we focussed on truth and justice.
6:16 pm
we went in a different direction. everything we have been reporting up to now has been proven true. that brings us to other breaking news from mueller's top target. michael flynn. he is in the sentencing phase of his guilty plea. he is trying to fire his legal team and a federal judge blocked that request. it's a sign the retired war hero is preparing to withdraw his guilty plea. flynn's plea was the result of a perjury trap. it was laid by comey and mccabe and mueller. during his initial interview with the fbi at the white house, he called the deputy director of the fbi and said do i need a lawyer? mccabe said no. it's not like that at all.
6:17 pm
james comey bragged about how he would do something he would never do in the obama administration or the bush administration. he is boasting about setting up a man who served this country for 33 years and put his life on the line in wartime. he said, we took full advantage of the chaos. we told them not to get a lawyer. they had already unmasked him and illegally leaked raw intelligence and knew what was said in the conversation. set a perjury trap from the get go. look at this. >> you look at this white house now and the two fbi agency in the same room. how does that happen? >> i sent them. >> [laughing]. >> something i probably would have gotten away with in a more
6:18 pm
organized administration in the george h.w. bush administration or the obama administration and in both there were a process. the fbi wanted to send agents into the white house itself to interview a senior official, you would work through the white house counsel and there would be discussions. it's early enough. just send a couple of guys over. >> sean: you brag about setting hmmm up. what treats a 33 year veteran like this? we set them up and tell them not to have lawyers and we pretty much say it's not an investigation and brag about it? mccabe and comey testified that flynn did not appear to be lying
6:19 pm
but had to sign on because he was losing his house and out of money and they were going after his own family, his son in particular. did flynn fail to perfectly recount the details of a-year-old phone call. mueller turned the screws on him and flynn's life has been in ruins. finances wrecked and home sold because of legal fees and facing jail time for lying to investigators who didn't think he was lying. my advice to general flynn. get new lawyers and move forward and withdraw that plea and fight this in court. you do not deserve the set up that was comey and mccabe. that's a despicable disgrace what they did to him. no collusion, no conspiracy from trump or anyone on his campaign. an american's hero's reputation
6:20 pm
should not be destroyed by people with power bragging about abusing that power on tape. it's a disgusting display of abuse of power. here now ranking member of the house intelligence committee devin nunes and sarah carter. congressman i listen to comey and what mccabe said to him. knowing they leaked raw intelligence. i am saying if america treats our heroes this way, we do not have a democratic republic. he needs to fight it and withdraw the plea and go after comey and mccabe for setting him up. they abused their powers. >> what i would say, sean sin the future when you look up the word dirty cop, if you have a free internet. you will see the pictures of comey and mccabe. these guys make hoover look like
6:21 pm
a saint. i have never seen that clip you just played. that's absolutely despicable with the head of the fbi would think it's funny and cute to send over these fbi agents to interview the national security advisor for the of the of the united states. -- president of the united states and walk out and say we don't think the guy is lying but you double down. let's not forget. the biggest leak of all of the leaks was the leak of general flynn. >> sean: that's a crime, is it not? >> it is an absolute crime. they have 9 individuals who supposedly told the mainstream news media and nothing was ever done to get to the bottom of that. biggest leak in u.s. history. >> sean: sarah carter have you been investigating this all day.
6:22 pm
do we know what the general decided? he wants new attorneys and deserves them. i hope there is a defense fund to pay for them. will he withdraw this plea after the statements of mccabe and comey? >> i certainly think they are considering that. i don't know that for certain. talking to sources there issa possibly a consideration for michael cohen and congressman nunes is correct. talking about the kind of crime that occurred in january 2017 when his name was leaked to the "washington post." what is important there were 9 individuals that were senior government officials. i would start with james comey and mccabe and peter strzok who conducted the interview with michael cohen in january. and others as well.
6:23 pm
joe who was the other fbi agent who interviewed flynn in january. these are -- this is a highly classified piece of information. when that information went into the "washington post," the russians knew exactly what phone our intelligence community was monitoring. the story that john broke shows you how far they were willing to go. >> sean: he learned a lot tonight from john solomon. we are running out of time. give us a preview of coming ark tractions? >> well, many problems with the state department that we are still waiting to get to the bottom of. i don't want people to forget. the dirty cops were so busy looking at everything but themselves. they also leaked transcripts of the president talking to the
6:24 pm
australia prime minister and the mexican president. can you imagine this? these transcripts aired out for the public to see. they are investigating the president instead of investigating themselves. >> sean: thank you more. we within with more about nadler and mueller straight ahead. hey, that baker lady's on tv again. she's not a baker. she wears that apron to sell insurance. nobody knows why. she's the progressive insurance lady. they cover pets if your owner gets into a car accident. covers us with what? you got me. 6:31 pm
here's the problem. within 60 days of them opening the investigation, prior to mueller coming on. the fbi and the doj knew that christopher steele was not credible. the dossier was not true. george papadopoulos was innocent. when you look at that foundation it's all built on a foundation of sand. that's going to start to show up soon. >> sean: and ken starr, wouldn't the broad mandate given to mueller, wouldn't it be appropriate to get to the bottom of the russian influence, wouldn't he would want to know about the dirty bought and paid for dossier of russian lies by hillary clinton before the election? >> of course.
