for example, the mueller report describes paul manafort's business partner as a shady individual with ties to russian intelligence.ha mueller wanted us to believe that the trump campaign was in bed with the russian spies. tonight we know that's total bs. calling it mueller fakes. -- news. manafort's business partner was a sensitive intelligence source for the u.s. state department. that's a big difference. so how and why did mueller deceive we the american people? he visited the u.s. twice in 2016 to meet with state department officials and for years he met with the chief political officer inside the u.s. embassy in kiev. mueller had access to this information.

which means that he and his merry band of democratic voters and trump haters that, means they lied in the report. and get this, mueller cast a dark shadow this individual's request to present a peace plan to the trump campaign in 2016. guess what john solomon discovered? he discovered that the very same plan was presented to the obama administration the same year and mueller's team knew it. mueller, why would he do that. solomon is not the first reporter to raise concerns and he will not be the last. with this means is this is out right lying from mueller and his democratic donor friends he appointed.in just the latest in what is a disturbing pattern of lies and character assassination. because remember on monday we first reported that mueller editing a transcript from a former trump attorney john dowd who was on this

program and called that report a fraud. during a privileged call between attorneys, mueller omitted dowd's statement and his request for communication was not only for the president but for the country and he was not asking for any confidential information. that evidence was ripped out. that's a classic tactic. sidney powell's book "license to lie." wiseman with held evidence in the past. why was he appointed? that's not all. let's not forget mueller's 9 minute long diatribe last week. when the media was full of hope and anticipation that they finally got the president. that ended up being debunked a few hours later. in fact, the doj policy

indicting a city the president was never a consideration. and mueller had said that several times. his press conference was a contradiction of everything he said. in a joint statement hours later, thefe. doj, barr and the special counsel office was forced to walk back and clarify the 9.5 minutes that mueller but commenting and reaffirmed that the special counsel's report made clearre the office concludd it would not reach ase determination one way or the other about whether the president committed a crime. it has nothing to do with justice department policy with whether you can or can not indict a president. in other words, everything mueller said was fake phony, and attorney general barr bailed him out. he was begging nadler not to testify or be subpoenaed because

he knows he has to answer questions from jim jordan, and mark medicine and devin nunes -- mark meadows and devin nunes who will join us in a few minutes.s. well, mr.?mueller, when did you know there was no collusion? and when you found out, why didn't you end this witch hunt? why did you only hire hard-core democratic donors including a former hillary clinton attorney for the clinton foundation. why would you ever hire a guy like andrew weissmann who got execs fired and lost the supreme court 9-0 and had 4 maryland officials put in jail and that was overturned. by the fifth circuit court of appeals? why appoint weissman known for atrocious conduct. attended hillary clinton's actually victory party on election night. it didn't work out well. the pattern is clear. what we see now time and time again, the special counsel

manipulates information about the president of the united states. and by the way, if mueller had time for violations why didn't he have time for the and so forth, dirty russian dossier that hillary clinton paid for that was used to influence the american people? no excuse for that. no collusion, no obstruction on the trump campaign's part. no conspiracy. the trump haters reverted to plan-b. that is a 448 page smear campaign. they created a document intended to fuel even more lies and conspiracy theories from democrats and their allies in the biassed and corrupt media mob. it was a political hit job from the beginning through and through. j j the president was right. it always was a witch.

-- witch hunt. as far as mueller is concerned, mission accomplished. more monologue in a moment. join is us now?-- we have john solomon. basically, they knew certain facts. they had exculpatory evidence and they selectively chose what to put in and what to omit. it follows perfectly into what we saw mueller had to do last week. everything it says in that 9.5 minute diatribe that was a political road map for impeachment? >> listen, what is certain tonight, shawn, this is a significant omission from robert mueller's report. he goes out of his waymuel to to paint this person as russian and severy contact paul manafort had with him had to have a sinister twist to it.

and you now find out in his possession were fbi reports and more than 200 pages of emails where the state department referred to him as one of their most sensitive intelligence sources and the most reliable intelligence sources on what was going on inside the ukranian government. someone they were so concerned about protecting they were afraid wiki leaks would get him and his identity would get out.d this was a sensitive u.s. intelligence source and bob mueller didn't take the time to tell the american people that side of the story. t i don't know how to explain why he. admitted it. he is not giving us an answer tonight. this will raise serious questions about the credibility of the report and it's not the only omission or factual error starting to surface. so as these factual errors become known and certain things were spun a certain way.

why only democratic donors? the president raised that issue many, many times and the president raised the question of conflicts of interest on a personal level the day before his appointed special counsel. donald trump said no when he requested the job as the fbi director. he had issues with donald trump relating to a golf course issue. >> think about it. we were told the reason they wrote this report was to give america transparency. in that effort, that transparency, we only get a half truth. i fear on several other people that are identified in the report. when you go through what i have, these several hundred pages and look at what was said about this man and. you look at the way he is portrayed every omission is designed him to look more nefarious. if this guy was a russian asset, he doesn't get into the united states in 2016. he would not have this level of

access to the state department. he would not present the obama state department peace plan long before he gives it to donald trumpives if he was not trusted. somebody didn't do the job or make a conscious decision to ignore this. neither are a good alternative to the american people. >> sean: and carter page was an asset for u.s. intelligence, 4 years working with u.s. intelligence. >> that's right. and had recent contact in march of 2016s just as he was named o the president's campaign. how does that stay a secret for so long. someone didn't want us to get the big picture. john solomon, good reporting. >> sean: this is going to get bigger and bigger. the fact that there was no collusion, the rage trump democratic party. they are hell bent on one thing only: impeaching the president. they don't state a reason. they get the assistance of the liars.ic media mobs

we didn't go with the 99.9% of the mob and everything we have been reporting up to now has been proven true. that brings us to other breaking news from mueller's top target. michael flynn. he is in the sentencing phase of his guilty plea. in lieutenant general is desperately trying to fire his legal team and a federal judge blocked that request. only on a procedural grounds measure, butetir it's a sign the retired war hero is preparing to withdraw his guilty plea. keep in mind this. flynn's plea was the result of a perjury trap. it was laid by comey and mccabe and mueller. remember, during his initial interview with theel fbi at the white hou, he called the deputy director of the fbi and said do i need a lawyer? mccabe said no. don't need a lawyer. it's not like that at all. james comey bragged about how he

would do something he would never do in the obama administration or the bush administration. he is boasting about setting up ba man who served this country for 33 years and put his life on the line in wartime. he said, we took full advantage of the chaos. we told them not to get a lawyer.. they had already unmasked him and illegally leaked raw intelligence and knew what was said in the conversation. set a perjury trap from the get go. if, in fact attorney general flynn didn't say the exact same thing expected. look at this. >> you look at this white house now and the two fbi agency in the same room. how does that happen? >> i sent them. >> [laughing]. >> something i probably would have gotten away with in a more organized administration in the

george h.w. bush administration or the obama administration and in both there were a process. the fbi wanted to send agents into the white house itself to interview a senior official, you would work through the white house counsel and there would be discussions. and approvals and it would be there. and i thought early enough, let's just send a couple of guys over. >> sean: you brag about setting hmmm up. what treats a 33 year veteran like this? we set them up and tell them not to have lawyers and we pretty much say it's not an investigation and brag about it? mccabe and comey testified that flynn did not appear to be lying but had to sign on because he was losing his house and out of

money and b they were going aftr his own family, his son in particular. did flynn fail to perfectly recount the details ofmi a-year-old phone call. mueller turned the screws on him and flynn's life has been in ruins. ever sense. his finances wrecked and home sold because of legal fees and facing jail time for lying too investigators who didn't think he was lying. aunt tonight, my advice to general flynn. get new lawyers and move forward with your legal team, and withdraw that plea and fight this in court. you do not deserve the set up that was comey and mccabe. that's a despicable disgrace what they did to him. no collusion, no conspiracy from trump or anyone on his campaign. an american's hero's reputation should not be destroyed by

people with power bragging about abusing that power on tape. it's a disgusting display of abuse of power. here now ranking member of the house intelligence committee devin nunes and sarah carter. congressman i listen to comey and what mccabe said to him. knowing they leaked raw intelligence. i am saying if america treats our heroes this way, we do not have a democratic republic. anymore. he needs to fight it and withdraw the plea and go after comey and mccabe for setting him up.or they abused their powers. >> what i would say, sean sin the future when you look up the word dirty cop, if you have a free internet. youu will see the pictures of comey and mccabe. these guys make hoover look like a saint.

do we know what the general decided? he wants new attorneys and deservesne them. dei hope there is a defense fund to pay for them. i know i would like to see this guy get his house back. will he withdraw this plea after the statements of mccabe and comey? >> i certainly think they are considering that. i don't know that for certain. i know talking to sources there issa possibly a consideration for michael cohen and congressman nunes is correct. talking about the kind of crime that occurred in january 2017 when his name was leaked to the "washington post." what is important there were 9 individuals that were senior government officials. i would start with james comey and mccabe and peter strzok who actually conducted the interview with michael cohen in january. and others as well.
