republic ahmedly getting sick from taking drink from mini bar. >> they are, jillian, rob, good morning, i will tell you there's nothing but questions here coming from the grieving families and fox news learning about a fourth individual, where i am is where 3 americans died, the end of may but back in april fox is learning that robert bell wallace, 67 year's old of california was here for stepson's wedding and according to his niece, took a scotch from the mini bar on april 10th and a few days later died here, it's the fourth person to mysteriously die for unexplained health reasons, the state department acknowledging wallace's death with this statement saying simply, we can't confirm death of u.s. citizen in april 19th, we offer con -- condolences for the

that's my question, how do they know in fact, they are family units when 11,000 are unaccompanied minors, illegally crossed into the country, many of these minors are complete strangers to the families that drive them across the border because their parents are selling them and then allowing them to be abandoned in fields and now the children are unaccounted for? >> these are good questions, just for context, it's absolutely a crisis, by way of example, 144,000 undocumented border crossers were apprehended. in that group 84,000 were family units, the 11,000 you're talking about were above and beyond 84,000, march 19, what's the answer, the answer is sort of layered, the near term we have to get méxico to keep these asylum-seeking families on the mexican side of the border which is when the -- what the

president has initially tried to own up. we have to get more asylum judges, frankly transfer administrative law judges and get them out there to process claims, in the medium term we need to pass ultimately pass some immigration legislation, the president has put it forward, frankly the democrats ought to take yes for answer, put daca numbers, 144,000, that's a city the size of british port, connecticut, savannah, georgia, big number and coming in every month. if you added the daca kids into the immigration bill, that's half the number. get it done, get it done now. finally, you have to go back into the countries and realize that without rule of law and we worked in a lot of the countries, without rule of law and incentive to stay there we will keep having problems, we have to work on that too. >> tremendously interesting to see how changes that méxico says they are going to make now because they are word about the tariffs, do i think -- i do

property and hard rock now reporting have issues. i don't know how those two totally different properties with different employees, different management, different ownership could have any connection whatsoever. i think what's happening is if something happened to up with of your loved ones in dr and you're hearing about the sudden thing at the bahia principe you will conflate those, i feel terrible for families because loved ones have passed away while on vacation which is terrible but literally that happens to, you know, hundreds and thousands of americans every year as they travel and in some cases it could be nefarious, could be crime related, other cases medically related and in some cases you might remember a delaware family exposed to ban substance. things can happen, but right now we don't really know what's causing this and that's the biggest concern.

press secretary josé muñoz, thank you for coming on early, josé, we will start with you, joe biden's plan here almost seems to be to separate himself from the large pack, do you think he's making a good move here? >> i think that's who joe biden has been from the beginning, there's no question that the -- you know, the stake is going to be crowded and one of the few ones that says you know what i will take the middle road. you know, i have high belief that majority -- dig portion of americans are more moderate than the media would like to tell us. i think that's the art that the vice president is trying to talk to, it's till very, very early before we get started in iowa but i think he's doing the right thing, he's adding a different sort of mix to this very highly contended diverse field already. rob: iowa was first caucus, let's take a look at polls that show numbers here, joe biden is at 24% in this poll, bernie sanders at 16, look at elizabeth warren really shooting up, with all of her policy plans, most

serious of candidates as far as policies goes and pete buttigieg doing pretty good as well but biden's lead is interesting. what do you make of it? >> i'm still laughing at the eric swalwell avengers joke from before, joe biden came strong in the gate because he has the highest name recognition. rob: yeah. >> you will see poll numbers continue to drop as he's force today explain and apologize for so many of votes he's had to make over the years, not that he had to make, the ones that he chose, mainstream democratic positions, you will see his numbers drop off and you will see from the rest of the field, you know, fluctuation of rising and falling of candidates. i think the real test as always who will have to most money to compete right after iowa in new hampshire and that will have to wait a long time for, this weekend we will see the continuation of the race to beat the far left.
