frontal boundary, instagram and twitter. remember, i'm waters and this is hide world. [♪] judge jeanine: welcome to "justice," i'm jeanine pirro. thanks for once again making last week's justice number one all day, all night, all weekend long. that means saturday and sunday. thank you. tonight we have a huge lineup of a-list guests ready to take news. senator behind i graham, minority leader kevin m carthy. first as always, my opening statement. this week's orchestrated outrage from democrats against donald
9:01 pm
trump is like we have seen the last -- two years and it's over nothing. they accuse him of committing crimes over and over where there are none. donald trump is transparent and that's yes was elected and people love him. the left want you to believe they would never do what donald trump suggested he might. he's not going to be impeached. they hate him, they hate his style. and his legacy will be decided at the polls and not in congress or the courts. this week's kerfuffle involves an answer to george stephanopoulos which caused democrats' heads to explode. the hysteria hit a fever pitch and in their minds moved them closer to impeachment.
9:02 pm
the question, whether or not if foreigners offer information should your campaign accept it or call the fbi? trump said he would do both. he said hey, i think you may want to listen. there is nothing wrong with listening. obviously you would have to listen before you would decide whether the information should go to the fbi. otherwise you would be inundating the fbi with recommendations for lunch from foreign powers. but the reaction from the left was not surprising. >> if we set the precedent that some people rm above the law or a. that's begins the independent of this democracy. >> that's a shocking statement accepting assistance from a hostile foreign power like
9:03 pm
russia is treasonous behavior. >> i think we'll see blood on our hands if we don't stand up and do what the senate won't. judge jeanine: eric swalwell said we must stop this lawless president from tearing down our democracy. are you suggesting what he said was illegal until if it's so bad and unquestionly illegal, why did mark warner, senator mark warner try to introduce a bill to require campaigns to report foreign contacts to authorities? isn't it cure was they now want to make it illegal so they can add another trinket to their trump impeachment jar in the very thing they have been doing for years. then the head of the fec, quote,

accepting foreign aide is illegal. where have you been? schiff and warner readily accepted information from foreign governments. -schiff was actually talking to comedians he thought he was getting information from on trump. >> we met with trump, a russian girl celebrity also known as a person with a strange reputation. >> olga? >> how do you spell the name? >> what is the nature of the compromise? >> there were pictures of naked trump. >> but continue is made aware of the come pro mice of the material? >> yes. >> thank you very much. we'll be in contact with you to make arrangements to obtain these materials for our committee and the fbi.

highly respected court to illegally spy on an american citizen to get information on an opposing presidential candidate. i'm sure stephanopoulos missed that one and his contribution of $75,000 to the clinton foundation had nothing to do with his missing it. and hillary and her hubby got over $500,000 from a kremlin-connected company for the sale of 20% of america's uranium and bill was paid $500,000 for a speech he gave. do you think all these took place without any conversations, without any meetings? without any exchange of information? not that anyone from a foreign

9:08 pm
now. what an honor to have you on set tonight. >> that was very informative to listen to. thank you for having me. judge jeanine: was i wrong? >> no. here is the deal. the democratic party hired a british agent to get dirt on trump and i they the agent used foreign intelligence services to dig dig up a bunch of of damage. i think they were out to hurt everybody including trump. i think he got it from the russians and it was a bunch of bs and it was used to get a warrant and i would like one democrat to be outraged about that. judge jeanine: you are someone who has been in the senate a long time and you are respected. you have been all over the world. is there a country from which you would not meet anyone? >> i get talked to all the time.
9:09 pm
people encourage me, we hope you win, foreign people. you can't take money from a non-citizen. the only thing that's wrong if a foreign government tries to you give campaign money you can't take it. we don't want foreign peel interfering in our elections. sitting down and talking with somebody is okay. president trump is right, talking to people is not a crime. what do we know about the 2016 election? we know after $25 mill, 19 lawyers, the trump campaign did not receive anything of value from the russians, they didn't collude with the russians. what do we know? the democratic party paid money to a foreign agent to get dirt on donald trump and that information was unverified and used to get a warrant against an american citizen. we have to find out what happened with christopher steele.
9:10 pm
judge jeanine: do you remember when nancy pelosi made a trip to meet with bashar al-assad. the president objected and asked her not to. she went there to get assad's version of what was going on in syria while president bush was running for reelection. isn't that exactly in line with what they are saying the the is considering doing and would be illegal? she did something worse. >> i think going to meet with bashar al-assad when we are trying toned his regime is pretty bad. the law is pretty clear. no campaign can receive money from a foreign government. no campaign can receive anything of value. i'm a politician. i meet reform people all the time. so does the president. sitting down and talking with

somebody is fine. but the president said earlier this week, no he wouldn't accept something from a foreign government he thought was wrong. but you don't call up the fbi every time talks to you. you only call you are up the fbi when somebody does something wrong. judge jeanine: are people break the law when they meet with people from foreign countries? >> no, they do it all the time. judge jeanine: the democrats are adding this to their afterimpeachment trinkets. -- of impeachment trinkets. are you sure the senate would be quick to acquit? >> very quick. the mueller report is the final word on this. not nadler.
9:12 pm
i thought sessions was con thrictd out. he was part of the trump campaign. it would be hard for him to oversee an investigation of the campaign. two years later he tells us there is no collusion. and they can't be obstructing justice when there is no underlying crime. mueller is the final word for me. everything the house is doing is politically motivated. i think most of americans are ready to move on to my democratic colleagues in the house. if you bring up impeachment, based on the mueller report it's going to blow up in your face. you are hurting the country. judge jeanine: i think it guarantees reelect. what is going on with iran. the president made a decision that the agreement obama entered into was -- >> thank god for president trump. here is what's going on. they are feeling the pressure and pushing back. we have them in a corn.

nailed it shut. he put iran on the run. he has taken on china. he has maduro on the ropes. i love this man's foreign policy. keep the ayatollah on the ropes. judge jeanine: there is no question he looks forward to doing it if it's called for. >> mexico changed their behavior at our border because they saw what trump was doing to china on tariffs. rather than going down that road, they decided to help trump. trump has been the anti-obama. keep it up. judge jeanine: senator graham, thank you for being on "justice." judge jeanine: here with more reaction, house minority leader kevin mccarthy. good evening. i want to say with that last

topic on the strait of hormuz, with the gulf oman and the strait of hormuz. this week it appears two oil takers were attacked, and it appears iran is becoming more and more desperate. though it was a little over a year ago that the president withdrew from the iran deal. so it seems that iran is now really fighting back because it's suffering economically. we are strangling their economy. what would be the reason a year later to do this. >> they are trying to change the course. iran leadership has their own problems back home. they had an uprising of their youth because there commission in a spin. one third all natural gas comes around that corner. also about 20% of the world's
9:16 pm
oil comes around there. at the narrowest point it's only 21 miles. we saw two other tankers get bogged. that's because of the trillions of dollars the obama administration gave to iran they funded terrorism in syria and the houthis in saudi arabia. they are lashing out because the president has gotten tough on them and rightfully so. this is a place where we should see change and it's a place where we cannot let iran participate this late. iran said they had nothing to do with it. there is video showing their speed boats going up to the ship removing one of the bombs that didn't detonate so it couldn't be traces back to them. they used these spied boats against the navy before. they only understand strength.
9:17 pm
judge jeanine: iran tried to shoot down an american drone. >> why would they be going after a drone at the same time an attack was going on? they didn't want us to film it or see it. iran funded terrorism around the world in israel, saudi arabia. the problems anywhere else around the world, 9 times out of 10 it's iran that's part of it. judge jeanine: what do you see going forward? is the white house looking to tamp things down? how are we reactioning to this? -- how are we reacting to this? >> when there were messages going around the world what iran wanted to do, president trump sent an aircraft carrier and b52s, and it calmed the area down. strength is the only way we'll have peace in the region.
9:18 pm
judge jeanine: last month 144,000 people, illegals who cross our border, we don't have $5 billion to build a wall. so then how are we paying for about a million illegals in the last 10 months, you know, who are the crazy part being released into the interior of the united states who would then give education, medication, housing to. are we taking care of these people? we are, right? we are paying for this. >> we are paying for this. but remember it's 144,000 people who are paying just last month. these are the only people we caught. we want to have a million people this year. that's twice the size of a city that's the cap tafl california, sacramento. everybody recognizes there is a crisis on the border. even the "new york times" did a second editorial. the only people who don't
9:19 pm
understand this is the democrats in congress. 14 times they have denied the president the funding to protect the border and the children who are coming across. we are using tax dollars right now. it was the president who stood up to get mexico to move back. now you have a challenge to care for these individuals. the money has run out and the democrats in congress won't be doig about it. 15 times they denied the president the supplemental ask he had going forward to care for the border. then you have a governor of california that proposed taxing legal citizens to give healthcare to illegals in california? it's a bigger magnet for people to come across. judge jeanine: being spied on by one country is scary enough.

fallout from the investigation into the origins of the russia probe is only just beginning. my next guest says the narrative for the mainstream media for the last two years is over now. and the real story finally coming out. former campaign aide and author of the deep state target, george papadopoulos joins me now. good to have you on justice tonight. i have been reading your book. i have to tell you, it's a fascinating book. the way it reads is frightening. what i said earlier is the case. it's one thing to have one government after you, but to have three governments after you. you work for a think tank, you are a young guy, you are volunteering, and all of a sudden you are in the middle of this mess. why were all these countries interested in you and why?
9:25 pm
>> that is a great point. this wasn't just a domestic misuse of surveillance, it was a global effort to take trump down. most of governments in europe were socialists in 2016. they were colluding with the obama administration to spy actively on the trump campaign or set various traps. so the genesis of this investigation will be easier to understand because most of of it emanated from urine. many of these foreign governments don't want to be embarrassed by the government right now. judge jeanine: how do you know that to be the case? >> because there are a lot of front-page headlines in italy right now that most of american reporters maybe willfully are not looking into where they are examining some of these key characters involved in my stormy. an infamous professor told me the russians had hillary
