hasn't been getting out enough in terms of his success when dealing with the mainstream media not reporting on what he is able to accomplish? >> we can never get enough positive information out. when you look at the mainstream media we saw for a long time 90% of their coverage of this president was negative. a lot of fake news, false information, misinformation, we need to continue to push the real information, the real facts of what is going on and people are feeling this when they reach in their pockets. every single economic status has been positively affected by this economy, this president's policies, people have more money than they did when donald trump took office in this is something they will vote on going to the polls in 2020. >> we had the democratic candidates in their first debate on tap and so many of them. of the top candidate so far who do you think is his biggest threat from the democratic

side? >> i don't think there is one democratic candidate that stood out as able to defeat the president. look at what they are able to do when it comes to their events, joe biden is the front runner in the democratic party and in events from april to may he only attracted a total of 1200 people and that is all of these events combined. the enthusiasm is low for these democratic candidates and couple this with very expensive policies they want to push on us to pay for it. >> let me let you comment on this because we haven't up right now. this is a fox news poll that shows the president head to head with the top 5 candidates on the democratic side and it shows him trailing. you have to bear in mind in 2015 hillary clinton was ahead of donald trump by 17 points and if we learned anything the

what are your initial thoughts about this? >> this is another political stunt by the far left, an attack on the people of georgia. what you have to understand is this was a campaign issue in the gubernatorial election over a year ago. everyone was clear were governor kemp stood on this, the georgia general assembly was reelected, republican pro-life members. these laws were reflecting the values of the people of georgia so attacks against georgia like this by far left communities is an act of intolerance. hopefully georgia will respond favorably. i suggest cities like long beach focus on their own problems, homeless problems. it is a big problem. shannon: images out of california. let's look at what long beach city council had to say in reference to the bands in

georgia and alabama. opposition to antiabortion legislation that serves to illuminate a woman's right to choose and hinders the availability of reproductive health care is in line with the city's long-standing values -- is not in line with the's long-standing values and of legislative priorities. the opposition is in line with what they say or their values but you say in terms of what values should count, the values of those who live in georgia and what they voted in favor of. >> i am wondering if long beach or any of the other cities band travel to one of the 124 nations that have abortion laws similar to georgia's or more restrictive. what about south korea, will they cut business ties with the south korean auto industry which has abortion laws are more restrictive? what about the bahamas or

coaster ireland? shannon: some of these countries, not only their laws in terms of abortion but the way they treat gays and homosexual communities, that has been discussed as well in terms of bands from the entertainment industry. >> when you look at hollywood they regularly fill in foreign countries, muslim countries who have human rights violations. what about china? human rights violations in china? wire the city is not addressing those but going after conservative communities, people who hold to the values of life? >> it impacts people dependent on those jobs that other communities bring into the state. >> my county announced it has the lowest unemployment rate in the history of this county. we have a vibrant economy, people are beginning to return to conservative values. they value the idea of life, one of the protected rights our constitution identifies, that god has given us the right to life, to be protected by government. the liberal left communities

want to put everyone in a box of what they consider normal. when you are outside of that -- >> when you take a look at the democrat -- demographics, the african-american community specifically they do tend to be more conservative overwhelmingly when it comes to abortion in the african-american community expected to be one of the demographics that swing the vote and biden we said is predicting a massive when across the south including georgia, south carolina, north carolina, even texas. do you think he has a chance to win georgia? >> this may be another misspeak to add to his list of gaffes which i don't know if he's been to the south to visit, the president is tremendously popular in georgia. i was there this weekend, attended a couple events and it is unbelievable the popularity of this president was look what is happening in orlando, people camping out since sunday just to get into his rally. biden may have a chance in a

primary of sweeping the south but a big lift in states like georgia as you brought up. even democrats are still conservative when it comes to social values. biden may have a chance in a primary since he is the least extreme of the candidates on the democratic side but i don't think he will have a good shot in the general election. shannon: looking at the polling numbers what do you think of that? polling numbers that show the top 5 candidates leading over donald trump? >> this is where we were during the last election as well and i have seen in the ear i represent trump's popularity is even higher, people who were never trumpeters have seen what happened, what he has done with the economy, fulfilling the promises he made, many of those

been cited, with the oregon bakery the refused to make a cake for the same-sex wedding. what can you tell us about that? >> what the court did was send it back for review because the court of appeals decision had come out before the supreme court decision last year in the cake shop case and the court felt the court below needed to take another look at that case in light of the decision the supreme court handed down last year so there's not really any new learning from the court decision here or its ruling here but it will give the court an opportunity to reconsider what it said in late of masterpiece cake shop. >> took 3 months to do that and ultimately end up sending it back. let's talk about the supreme court ruling on a potential. to paul manafort as he battles the dual sovereignty doctrine.

>> the gamble case was the least surprising case because the dual sovereignty doctrine whatever one thinks of it has been the law of the land for decades, more than a century. the idea that anyone would hang their hopes on the supreme court reversing that doctrine, that was a long shot and the decision was a 72 decision which is pretty definitive. the interesting thing is the two dissenters were ginsburg and neil gorsuch, arguably at opposite ends of the spectrum from each other. on that bench. shannon: not what a lot of conservative spot would happen with neil gorsuch assigned to the supreme court. >> might be true but the dual sovereignty doctrine is not the kind of case -- if you look at neil gorsuch's opinion he was very originalist in his dissent. he felt there wasn't any

support in the courts, the original understanding of the language of the fifth amendment regarding the dual sovereignty doctrine. he feels that is the court invented doctrine. in his approach it is consistent with what folks expected from him. sometimes folks try to anticipate what the decision will be based on the political outcome rather than the philosophy a judge brings. >> clearing the path for prosecutors to continue to pursue, he faces 16 charges or accounts in that indictment so let's move on to the next window. what can we expect for the census citizenship question? >> any of these cases still out there whether it is the citizenship case or the gun delegation case of the kaiser case, whether the justices should d for to agency's interpretations of their own regulations these are all
