what are the chances the house can come to an agreement? >> i don't plan to vote for it because it is not going to stem the tide and the overwhelming numbers coming across the border. the money that will be used here is not for enforcement, not barriers, it is not for extra beds for detention. it is going to just facilitate quicker releases and i don't think it will do anything to disincentive eyes illegal classroom coming across in the numbers we have already seen, 144,000 last month alone and we've got to do something to stem the tide of these people that are just crashing across the border and overwhelming our system. the chances of this thing being really taken care of after what i heard the house speaker say

already have orders to be removed to and the water can you support? >> it is out-of-control. i had information last night in washington state where an illegal immigrant had raped an individual twice and in his appearance before the judge pled guilty, was released by that judge in a sanctuary city and then went back in the judge said i will release you, go back to mexico and he got out of court and went and attacked the woman again and now he is missing because there is no communication between ice and local authorities there. >> exactly right and we found numbers of these caravans that are heading north into the united states through mexico, up to 25%, some of these people already have criminal histories in the united states which means they've deported, or are reentering illegally. it is just incredible that we

have elected officials that say what's the point of interior enforcement and deny there's a problem at the border which is overwhelming endangering american citizens, overwhelming schools, hospitals, law enforcement and the humanitarian crisis about communicable diseases. amazing we have 4000 people, i am a healthcare practitioner, a dentist. that is a big problem. >> here is the thing and i will tell you what others are saying. they will point to the time republicans controlled the senate and the house and republicans couldn't get anything done and now we have democrats in charge of the house, democrats can't get anything done. everyone is saying it is a crisis and something needs to be done about the living conditions, stopping these numbers but here we are again. >> i could not agree with you more.

i'm in my third term and one of the biggest promises i made, the biggest problem i see facing our nation today is this border crisis. we are in danger of losing control of our borders. we already have -- in danger of collapsing not only the security system within our border but for the entire country. i'm from texas and i am a border security cochairman caucus and i can tell you that if we don't get a handle on numbers coming across, our nation is in grave danger and there is no excuse for us not to have passed this when we had all the cards at our hands the previous two years, not for lack of trying on many of my colleagues part, just like of will in the u.s. congress. we've got to do something. >> we are out of time but thank you so much for joining us and we can hope something gets done

victim should react or respond but this is so far from the norm it is crazy. if i was sitting on a jury viewing this i would almost see this as consciousness of guilt that clearly is lying because it doesn't happen that way. >> he mentioned he had bleach on him and that clip and then asked if the investigators are recording it and then asked them to turn off the video camera. >> he is comfortable in front of the camera and he did real well on empire but this is a fail on his acting. >> other clips as well, there's a clip of the brothers who became involved in this, one clip of them in a ride share, the back of a ride share vehicle. i don't think i would be driving them around and another clip where they are arrested. >> it will strengthen the case for a special prosecutor.
