not as if he said i'm going to grant amnesty for illegal immigrants. he came into office, met the expectations so i don't think that will be an issue for him either. >> look at the numbers here whether people approve or disapprove of the way the president is handling his job among hispanics and as you can see 28% approve in august 2018, that went up 36% in june 2019, the bureau has numbers out for the 2018 midterm election saying hispanic turnout went up from 13.4 points from the 2014 midterms to 40.4 the 2018, a huge jump. that could go in either direction. people have to be careful on both sides. >> mike pence kicking off the latinos for trump in the state of florida but if you look at those approval numbers, 39%, that tracks with the percentage of hispanic vote he got in 2016.
