capitol hill next month, donald trump tweeting presidential harassment. house democrats issuing a subpoena for mueller who said his report was his testimony. the left expected to demand answers on how mueller determined there was no collusion and what role william barr played. the president's lawyer says republicans may have questions too. >> republicans have the right to answer questions. speed him somebody is not telling the truth. you put them in the context of everything i don't think the conclusion will change anything about what happens here. heather: republicans expected to grill mueller on the unverified steel dossier used to speed up dirt on the trump campaign. mark meadows slamming democrats for their handling of robert mueller's testimony questioning

the legitimacy of their subpoena. >> we find out about this on the house floor they don't go through normal protocol to let the minority know they broke house rules. i'm not sure the subpoena is valid. it is not a good day for america but robert mueller better be prepared. i can tell you he will be cross-examined for the first time and the american people will see the flaws in his report. it will backfire on the democrats. this is a sad day for civil liberties and those who love those rights we have, the worst day for congress because what we have now done, what adam schiff has done, basically harassed the president and put forth a political agenda. heather: is this presidential harassment? many of you do think so. nick tweeting democrats walked into the trap. any question they ask has artie been answered in the report.

candidate forum at telemundo center hosted by the national association of latino and appointed officials democrats criticized donald trump's treatment of undocumented immigrants as asylum keepers. >> there is nothing this president will not do to hold you back. >> reporter: more established candidates are likely to use the debates to set themselves apart from the crowded field while others try to make their mark before a national audience. >> a lot of people don't know me the way they know the other people in this race but i will do what families do which is work hard and keep going. >> reporter: a recent telemundo polls 56% of florida hispanic voters would vote for a democrat over donald trump if the election were held today but when broken down further florida voters of cuban origin would vote to reelect the president by 57%. and of the debate, the meeting was important, late tuesday, beto o'rourke held a town hall with members of teachers unions.

people at home to see it, 90% in 2018, 90% of illegal immigrants arrested by ice had criminal convictions pending criminal charges. that backs up what you were saying and look at the number of states in the us paying attention to that stat and there are ten including washington state that we have been talking about. and there are other states considering banning sanctuary cities. >> indeed. there are lots of states that want to do the opposite of what is going on in century city, they want to help and recognize anyone in their community who shouldn't be in their communities is coming crime, they want that individual gone. they want their communities safe and they want their communities safe for average law-abiding americans but also immigrants, the immigrant community, they should want these people gone because these people are often targeting them as well. shannon: who ultimately are the

was going on. explain it to everyone. >> six months after my husband was accidentally shot and his kidneys failed i started to see a decline and needed to fight because it was getting scary. heather: what was the policy? >> he was getting workers compensation, obstacles we had to deal with but we were able to fix that. as far as phil and his future in working we needed to figure out what was going to happen because he was going to be forced to retire which ultimately he was. heather: you were forced to retire because of injuries you sustained, and the state as a result of that possibly was going to end of cheating you out of your retirement or part of it.

>> i had been on the job, i don't think any police officer think about what can happen. i thought i was going to be taken care of but we ran into some problems and i was figuring out what is my future? not only with my injuries but support my family and all. heather: with two sons to deal with, they are of that age, you need to take care of them and the people in the community that you have been taking care of where is going to take care of you but you did something about it. >> i did do something about it. i did some research and came across an organization admit mario oliveroh who was cofounder of the organization, former detective that was shot 6 times, died twice and came back to life, he told me about special

in the morning she sent a text to her parents in california letting them know she had arrived safely. 40 minutes later she took a lift from the airport to hatch park in north salt lake, a suburb 20 minutes from her apartment. arriving there at 3:00 in the morning. the 23-year-old put her bag in the unknown person's car and left with them. she has not been heard from since. >> detectives listed mckenzie is missing and are exploring all avenues including writing and serving various warrants, talking to friends and family. >> reporter: police are working to identify the make and model of that vehicle and to determine a reason she may have gone missing. >> mckenzie and the case, let us know your safe. >> police say there is no sign of foul play but out-of-town weddings, this is completely out

special counsel is coming before the american people. the ranking member of that house committee, doug collins from virginia requested that he be subpoenaed. to madison's point i think republicans want answers as far as origins of this report and gives them the opportunity to ask those questions but anytime you have a person like this in this capacity, and -- >> kenneth starr in the late 1990s, at the same time, and they want leaders to go beyond this if you look at poll after poll. madison, the amount of money, that will heard democrats? >> there are still a lot of unanswered questions in regards to the start of this investigation and potential abuses. it comes to the investigation.

lindsey graham did a great job asking pointed questions talking about robert mueller, did you have all the information needed in those hearings as well. a lot of these questions have been answered, millions of documents, i don't think there was any obstruction or attempt to block the investigation. we need to move on at this point. >> let's move on to our second topic and let you respond to this. in terms of the debate coming up tonight, the first gop debate in 2015 the issues were iran, abortion and immigration, those dominated the conversation. will they be the hot topics this time around? >> what is old is new again with regard to iran and conflict in the middle east.

the healthcare debate is an important one. we saw how important it was in the midterm elections. 40% of those folks who turned out in the midterm elections that healthcare was there number one issue and it is important to have these debates i will note under the trump administration over 1 million people lost their health insurance and i'm happy to have that debate whether it is the public option, medicare for all and is substantive debate in miami as well. shannon: healthcare neither the top 3, it is number 4, medicare for all. we can bring all those topics, this is the top eight, what democrats want to hear and topping the list, 63% want to talk about climate change, 62% gun policy and 60% the recent abortion bill. >> we will hear a lot of the topics we heard in 2015 hit on again but we will hear things like the me too movement, socialist policies that have been put forward. a lot of democrats out there and

republicans as well are concerned about the national debt and deficits, they want to talk about how to implement these policies democrats are proposing without continuing to see this economic irresponsibility. >> let's talk about him eight topics in your response to this, criminal justice reform at 45%, donald trump 44% and stupid loan debt we heard a lot about. i am surprised the us-mexico border wall only 25%. >> it is interesting. there is a hunger on our side to move past donald trump and talk about substantial issues and not get bogged down in a back-and-forth with this president but talk about trade policy on that list, people in middle america being decimated, and they are being decimated by this trade policy.
