know that information. the apps will just say too far from class but it does not tell me where they are. tracking is a strong word. it doesn't track students anywhere real time outside of class, just tells me if they are sitting in front of me when the class starts. it cuts down on my record-keeping. rob: a comment from the school you work at, the apps was not created in connection with the university or university's knowledge, no additional information to share about it at this time. when i was in college i felt attendance wasn't being taken because you were an adult. if you didn't show up to class, you are wasting your time and money. why do you think you need to take it? >> i long rationalized that way. they are adults and they will get stung on the exam but there is more than that. attendance is a basic sort of first level thing any student could do to maximize their potential success in a class. as soon as you quit going to class you start dissociating with classmates, don't know what
