search. at 5:00 yesterday, just before midnight they found human remains, now they are questioning one person, this is happening at home in garrett county believed to be the last known location of savanna spurlock. the remains are heavily decomposed. that is why they have been sent to the state medical examiner's office to be identified. a mother of 4, she had just given birth to twins in december. she went missing on january 4th. he was last seen on surveillance video leaving a lexington bar was three other men. those men told police savanna actually left the garrett county home by herself the next morning but her family doesn't believe that. police have searched this house. at least one other time. >> the property. they were searching is a family member of one of our suspects,

it is very early on saturday morning and running across the coast saturday, eventually running its way inland, getting up to 75 miles an hour. no surprise with all that flooding video, already flood watches and warnings across this region as we are seeing those outer bands of rain beginning to hit the coast line. winds right now only 20 to 30 miles an hour, that is going to strengthen as the system strengthens. we have storm surge of 3 to 5 feet and i want to leave you with the forecast path because there's a little bit of indecision. these are our forecast models, this is only moving at 5 miles an hour right now so there's still a little bit of room, this is such a slow mover but we will get a picture of every update. this is something we will pay close attention to over the next couple days. >> be prepared. we have some good news about it henry who just donated 30% of his liver to his sister colleen. doctors say his liver is

requests you just said money can be a big motivator. if this thing gets through with a change the minds of the sanctuary city leaders? >> i am sure. like with children you tell them to do something you can't make them do it but if you keep their allowance they are motivated. they will have to make changes and it is time, we deserve this, we had victims of illegal aliens, we lost so much, no means of pursuing anybody but illegals get pampered and they get protected by the left and they flipped after our president was elected because before they were all against this that they are now 4 and they are causing more and more deaths and it has to stop, there has to be a sanctuary of america for americans, not for illegals. >> on the screen, so upsetting

she is having a huge influence pooling the party to the left which will be a problem. rob: i am proud to work with congress one ocasio cortez, to make sure people have access to safe and affordable housing as they transition back into their communities. a lot of these candidates are going to aoc tried to get her blessing or endorsement in 2020, the number of people working right now except joe biden. he is the outlier. is that a good move for him? >> joe biden is concerned about the moderate democrat. he is a moderate candidate with progressive positions. 80% of americans, particularly democrats are centerleft. alexandria cortez is popular on twitter but joe biden is concerned about older voters. he will stick to that.

suspect being questioned right now? >> reporter: right now we don't have word that anyone is in custody but we do know kentucky state police found the body late last night in the ground of this property. it was too decomposed to identify so we are waiting for an autopsy to be completed. savanna spurlock went missing on january 4th, it has been just over 6 months. crews have been seen surrounding the home searching for evidence. the body was found just before midnight and officials say a tip led them to the house. it is not the first time they visited this house in the spurlock investigation. >> the property, they were searching the family member of one of our suspects, that brought us here before and that is why we are back here.

here to discuss is doctor nicole safire. it is devastating. the simple question everyone wants to know is how can this happen? >> reporter: there was a couple in new york who used the same fertility bank in california and underwent ibf treatment and two embryos, this one carried them to birth, but she was giving birth to her twins but her twins came up, she and her husband of asian descent and her children were not, they dig in accessing and the children were not her children the two boys weren't even related to each other. the bank went through to find out, they were two separate sets of parents and after legal proceedings this mother who had these children gave them back so it is devastating for everyone involved in the truth is when it comes to fertility you have 73,000 babies born in the usa from ibf treatments, there is

lack of oversight when it comes to the centers harvesting these embryos. it is like into the wild west. when it comes to medicine we are burdened with a lot of regulation. there are major incidents, an operation on the wrong body parts and things going the wrong patient, massive oversight and rectification. when it comes to these fertility centers they don't have that. is it a slap on the hand? this isn't the first time and it really implanted in someone, we just hear about it on the news. jillian: what questions do we ask in order to ensure that this doesn't happen? >> due diligence, take response ability for everything you want done. make sure any errors like this, just asking them might get you an answer but you should look online, go to state medical boards.
