a secret cia spy ring. the president and the president and we will have a full report throughout the evening tonight. but first, liars, conspiracy theorist, and con artist in the democratic party and the media, they are breathlessly hysterically anxiously awaiting robert mueller's public testimony. this wednesday starting at 8:30 a.m., it will be right here on the fox news channel, robert mueller will appear before two house committee is led by two of the biggest political hacks, two of the biggest liars in the united states congress. of course, the one, the cowardly adam schiff, the one that we have on tape actually conspiring and trying to get information from the russians, and jerry nadler, as you know, schiff and nadler, two hyperpartisan conspiracy theorists that only pander to the wing of the democratic party, which appears to be the whole party.

and they are the biggest spokespeople in the media mob, and their friends go to bat for them every day. and two plus years, no evidence. they've been telling people again and again and again, you, we, the american people, that our duly elected president was a russian ops spreading lies, a hoax, conspiring with russia. pushing one conspiracy theory, one hoax right after another. one lie after another. promising one smoking gun after another. we now have four separate investigations, all of them, including the mueller report, have determined that trump-russia collusion never happened. let's go to the mueller report itself. it concluded, "the investigation did not establish that members of the trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the russian government in its election interference activities." they did not conspire. that is the fourth separate investigation. now they want an investigation number five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten. no collusion. no conspiracy. no obstruction. no underlying crime, and this

are talking about represents high crimes or misdemeanors. none of it. and for democrats, mueller's testimony is not about seeking the truth. they don't want justice. they want another bite of the apple. the first four times that failed. they want it right. maybe they believe their own lives at this point. instead as the "l.a. times" pointed out, the last ditch smear effort against donald trump is politically motivated. and it is. after all, the special counsel's report has been out there for months. mueller said his writing will speak for itself. that will be his introduction, his opening comments on wednesday. he said that any testimony would merely echo what was in the report. in other words, we will learn nothing. in two short days, we will learn if robert mueller is a man of his word or if you will flip-flop and fail and have the attorney general barr bail him out again. because a 9.5 minute press conference was a disaster for him. either way, republicans, they have an amazing opportunity to seek answers on some very

important issues and questions. tomorrow night on this program, i am going to give a tutorial to those in congress on the republican side that will have an opportunity to question mr. mueller. i will give you my questions, and also the way that i would ask them and the follow-ups that should be immediate. you only have 5 minutes. you have to make it count. i will explain how i would do it if you're interested. when we come back tonight, later in the program, sara carter, gregg jarrett will break down every question that robert mueller must be asked by the republicans at the hearing. and they will not appear in the report, so they cannot say it is page whatever, it is right there, he did not answer those questions. we would get more to this in the opening monologue in a second. joining us with a preview of wednesday's upcoming showdown on capitol hill, we have -- oh, he is the man that knows washington better than anyone, our own chad pergram, you ought to publish the hitchhikers guides to whatever the issue is. you can make a lot of money, you don't need to work for fox anymore.
10:08 pm
>> i don't know about that, sean, but thank you very much, i appreciate it. the testimony of special counsel robert mueller is about to devour capitol hill beginning at 8:30 wednesday with an opening statement by mueller. we are told that there are still negotiations about the terms of engagement for the hearing. new tonight, a letter from the justice department to mueller. the doj tells mueller, "any testimony must remain in the boundaries of your public report, because matters of the scope of the investigation were covered by executive privilege." the justice department tells mueller "should you testify they expect him to not go beyond the report." doj is holding mueller to what he said in may and will not stray from the report. we are learning about the lines of questioning, the judiciary committee will probe five areas of what democrats see as obstruction to fire mueller himself and the dangling of pardons.
10:09 pm
the intelligence committee will ask about what the president may have known ahead of time regarding wiki links emails, and a wrinkle tonight, the president announcing a bipartisan deal on spending numbers and the raise of the debt ceiling. conservatives are speculative about this report. i spoke with rand paul of kentucky, he says that the package will be "a huge mistake." president trump has reversed himself on spending agreements before. i asked a senior republican senator the following, could the president renege if he is incensed by what he sees at the mueller hearing? the reply, "blank yeah, but you can't govern the place as if there are no democrats." sean. >> sean: all right, chad, i agree with you. i don't see why you could have a continuing resolution and not spend another penny. i would like to see the pending plan or the president even suggested a nickel plan. we have to start living within our means at some point. >> there are some republican senators who are opposed to that. i spoke to a couple that do not want an interim spending deal. keep in mind that this sets the overall spending numbers. it does not keep the government open, that's a separate fight in september.
10:10 pm
>> sean: well said, i think you will make a fortune, hitchhikers guide to everything by chad. one of the key questions that mueller must answer surrounds the man that he appointed as "the new york times" said to be his pitbull, top deputy. you see that guy? andrew weissmann. we, on this program, have gone over his track record and it is unbelievably atrocious. sidney powell, who is now general flynn's attorney, wrote a book, called "license to lie," in it, weissmann is known for withholding as a prosecutor exculpatory evidence, which means that he cares more about the wins and losses, not about the truth. not about justice and is willing to basically cheat to win a case. that is not a good thing to have in a prosecutor. that is dangerous for anybody. in fact, two of the high-profile convictions, they were overturned because of prosecutorial misconduct. one case, he sent four merrill executives to prison for a year before that verdict was
10:11 pm
overturned by the fifth circuit. another case, wow, it is not easy to do. that was overturned 9-0 between the u.s. supreme court, not before thousands of employees at andersen accounting lost their jobs. their good paying jobs. and let's not forget andrew weissmann, his extreme political bias. a big-time democratic donor, attending hillary clinton's election party, the celebration than ever happened. still, mueller still chose weissmann to lead the staffing. and then he subsequently hired a team chock-full of big time democratic donors and lovers, just like him. zero -- zero -- republicans hired. mueller will have to answer that question. even hired one of hillary's former attorneys. that was a genius move. also, breaking tonight, and the vice president of

"the hill," investigative reporter john solomon out with a blockbuster bombshell that sheds light on andrew weissmann's new desperate attempts to find dirt on president trump. and according to john solomon, during the first two weeks of the special counsel probe, in other words, two weeks into robert mueller being appointed, weissmann almost immediately reached out to a ukrainian oligarch with a very general law firm. and generous offer. weissmann promised to make all of the prior charges in the united states go away, just give me any dirt you have on president trump or his family or his campaign. and it even got worse than that, in a lot of different ways, because in a bizarre and totally improper move, weissmann laid out exactly what he was looking for and even shared his wild theories about the trump campaign collusion with the oligarch's legal team. two weeks into the witch hunt. remarkably, the oligarch did not take the deal. because he did not have any knowledge of evidence of campaign collusion. a very sad day when a ukrainian oligarch has more integrity than

the u.s. federal prosecutor leading the russia witch hunt against the president of the united states. here with more on this breaking news, well, he developed it himself, investigative reporter john solomon. okay. two weeks after mueller is appointed, everything will go away if you just say this. this is a big problem that i had, which is whether it is manafort or cohen, or anybody, you say here is a get out of jail free card if you tell us what we want to hear. this has apparently been the m.o., tell me if i am wrong, of andrew weissmann and many of these profile cases, has it not? >> it has, and it will be a hail mary by andrew weissmann who knew behind the scenes that the russia case was falling apart way before we knew when the public that it was falling apart. a hail mary attempt to get some dirt to use on trump, and it fails. in that process, he is trying to
10:14 pm
solve another problem for the justice department. it seemed to have a problem with truth and the abuses of power. in the case against the oligarch, behind the scenes, weissmann's team knew that there was about to be some very ugly discoveries for the justice department. wrongdoing, admission of evidence that was miscast, and other things like that. and extraordinarily, he tries to solve both problems with a single outcome, which is trying to get a deal with the oligarch and it did not work. >> sean: john solomon, we will get into this, and i'm sure the republicans ought to be bringing this up in the hearing. because any questions republicans ask, i will give a little tutorial on the air, the questions that should be asked, how they should be asked, and what the follow-up needs to be. not that anyone will listen to a dumb talk show host. but i will try to give them an education.
10:15 pm
we will have more on weissmann and mueller throughout the show. but time for a "hannity investigation" into the squad as they are now known. we'll start with alexandria ocasio-cortez, representing the new york city far left 14th district, gaining her notoriety for the green new deal, a massive socialist overhaul of the u.s. economy, disguised even as her chief of staff says as a climate bill, calling for an end of the lifeblood of our economy, oil and gas production, in ten years. no more combustion engines, no more airplanes, no more cows. everything else is free. basic income, taxpayer funded health care, guaranteed healthy food, and on and on. and in 12 years before the world may end, and in march ocasio-cortez said that the radical steps were needed, because the united states is currently basically a garbage country. can't make it up. we have the tape. take a look. >> we have strayed so far away from what has really made us

powerful, and just, and good, and equitable, and productive. and so, i think all of these things sound radical compared to where we are, but where we are is not a good thing. and this idea of like 10% better from garbage should not be what we settle for. >> sean: garbage, when ocasio-cortez is not trashing the u.s., she is calling her political opponents racist. over the weekend claiming that the president stokes white supremacy, because that's what rouses the left-wing crazy base, saying that he does it to get the american people worked up. and that is not all, remember that she suggested also nancy pelosi was a racist when she told a reporter persistently singling out, got to the point where it was just outright disrespectful. explicit singling out of newly elected women of color. we have aoc's two calling cards, the new green deal socialist agenda, and of course,
10:17 pm
it will destroy the country that we know, capitalism as we know it. calling trump, his supporters, anybody who opposes her, even nancy pelosi group racist. and we are a garbage country. congresswoman tlaib has a similar agenda, long has called the republican president racist. instead of obsessing about the green new deal, her biggest policy goal, not a policy at all. it's the impeachment of the president. on day one in office, she famously screamed that she was going to impeach the mfer. but the president said we are in office, her hatred for donald trump was extreme, because in 2016, during then candidate trump speech at the detroit economic club, tlaib was hauled off by security in a moment that would make any congresswoman proud. take a look. >> home ownership is at its lowest rate in 51 years.
