>> shepard: breaking news out of wisconsin where investigators now say hey man who killed four people over the weekend including this one may been trying to copy the kidnapping of jamie klos see now on your screen. she is a teenager who escaped her captor and the remote cabin in the woods after he killed her parents. this past sunday in wisconsin sheriff officials say man killed three of his family members before going to another home where he killed a woman and injured her parents. they say he then killed himself. he apparently had items in his car that suggested similarities to the jamie klos case. this is new this afternoon, the up dude update. >> this man carried out those two brutal attacks killing four people including a 24-year-old

woman that he might have never met. the county chair said that he fatally shot for 66-year-old mother and is 32-year-old brother and his brothers, 8-year-old son. they say the killer then went to a home and killed a 24-year-old woman and her parents and then killed himself. the sheriff says he alleged text of the 24 gold moment about a personal relationship but she texted back, who is this? indicating they might not have ever met before he killed her. here is the sheriff describing the gruesome murders. >> we located two people that were deceased, one being the shooter. we went to a rest, we received no answer and attempted to make a call and no answer and we forced her way in and we found three other victims. >> the chippewa county sheriff says there is a lot of similarities between these

murders and the kidnapping which we covered extensively on the ground. the killer busted through a family home on a quiet sunday night and killed the mother and father in cold blood and then kidnapped their 13-year-old daughter because he had some type of obsession. some very haunting details. >> shepard: thank you. the first of all could be many lawsuits against capital one file today following the credit card companies massive data breach. executives at he had affected about 100 million people in the united states come another 6 million and canada. a source tells fox news that is basically every former and current customer plus anybody who was ever applied for capital one card. according to the company the hacker access to customers names, addresses, phone numbers, birthdays as well as credit scores and credit history.

capital one claims the hacker compromise some 80,000 bank account numbers and 140 social security numbers. that is 1% of all of them. executives have apologized and they say it's unlikely any customers personal information was used for fraud. they say capital one will reach out to anybody the data breach affected and offer them free credit monitoring. you can change your password as a precaution and most should according to the company. you can also freeze your credit so that nobody can access your reports without your permission. that is something to consider. investigators say the hacker is a former amazon engineer, paige thompson. here's a picture. she apparently bragged about this online left a real trail. she is charged with computer fraud and abuse and is scheduled to have a hearing on tuesday. today is tuesday, no. the hearing is on thursday.

no injuries. updates as they come in. the man accused of murdering his social media star girlfriend and posting the gruesome pictures on instagram is pleading not guilty. prosecutors say he slit the throat of the 17-year-old after she kissed another man at a concert in queens, new york. they say he then posted the photos,: 11 and cut his own throat as the cops arrived. his lawyer would not discuss any details. a toddler in florida found dead inside a van at a day care after temperatures soared into the 90s outside. it happened in oakland park which is right outside fort lauderdale. investigators later say the 2-year-old arrived at the day care in the van yesterday morning and somebody found him inside at 3:30 p.m. the van had the day care's name on it. this comp stays after a father and the work left his 1-year-old twins at a hot car while he was

at work and they died. he said he forgot them. he dropped them off. on this new incident, so far no charges here. >> no one has been arrested and no one has been charged at least not yet. they spent the night last night as well of today interviewing employees of a day care center as well as other witnesses running the exact circumstances that led to this little boy, a 2-year-old. certainly a focus of this investigation would be on the driver of that day care band. the sheriff's office has now checked on the day care and preschool which yesterday was taking care of between 20 and 30 kids and outside it got to 91 degrees by the time the boy was discovered several hours later the temperature inside that van could have been hundred and 20 degrees. panicked parents rushed to pick up their children, even neighbors are shocked.
