institutions rather than people and they also say that these were the most high profile. the lawsuit focused on the frenzied mob in the media and the judge said that is irrelevant. here they are pointing specifically to the say these participants further at it, they are only requesting the cost of tuition at university of kentucky for each of them which is between $15,000.50000. i think what i saw on this, i am certainly not the lawyer at the table but what i saw was the most recent suit basically was dismissed because they said this was a first amendment issue and i think the question we need to ask ourselves is, is the first amendment being applied in an inequitable manor? and i think that's why this is gotten so much attention. i will admit i was one of the people who retweeted this immediately and i found out more

saying it. i remember i did something really embarrassing, i went up to someone using crutches and i go "what happened?" and they say "i'm handicapped." i thought they broke their leg, they were just unable to walk. you don't know what to say in that case. >> greg: that was really stupid, brian. >> emily: had somebody come up to me and say "you know you look just like that girl in "the five"?" and then he bought me a blizzard, it was a dairy queen in indiana. >> capri: the guy behind the bar at penn station recognized me. you are on tv, you are on fox, you are on "the five" ." i get "you look so much taller on television." i have to compensate somehow at this big mouth. >> greg: people come up and asked me when the next "ocean's eleven" is coming out.
