like that? >> absolutely. in a time when i would say yesterday was one of the most divisive days ever on twitter this is the day this congressman shows to pour gasoline on a dumpster fire of confusion and divisiveness on the internet. this is a long history of this type of behavior by democrats dating back to naacp versus button where a democrat bigots tried to force donors to the naacp to out themselves. what we have seen here is this type of campaign finance disclosure although it is available if you dig deep into the internet being weapon ice by a member of congress on a bad day like yesterday where people are pointing fingers at each other was really designed to incite hatred against supporters of donald trump and has no place in politics and democratic commentators and members of the media saw this to be irresponsible.

jillian: so many san antonio and's, 2019, maximum donors to donald trump, their contributions are fueling a campaign of hate, labeling hispanic immigrants as, quote, invaders. how dangerous is this for those donors especially? >> he is calling for people to harass these people. the majority of those people he chose to single out are not billionaires or plutocrats or fatcats or ceos. they are owners of small businesses, many are retired, some are homemakers. this is despicable. if we see this in other districts you will see a backlash against democrats who do this. this is not the proper use of campaign-finance information. campaign-finance information was meant to be disclosed to make sure we don't have dark money, corporations trying to infect the process and by votes and by political support. it is not meant to shame, embarrass and by harassment of

retirees. rob: might be to scare people thinking of donating to donald trump's reelection campaign, to scare them away. >> giving contributions. it is an american activity. to democrat donors, totally irresponsible. ask steve scalise in congress pointed out that this divisive rhetoric and hatred caused him to be shot and almost lose his life. he is still disabled from that. it is really troubling, he needs to look inside and take a timeout from twitter. jillian: let's talk about this for a second before we let you go. we heard a lot the last few years about the president's tax returns. a group of bipartisan voters are suing california over its new law keeping donald trump off of the state ballot unless he releases those tax returns.

is this constitutional? >> i am the lawyer for the republican voters who said yesterday in addition to the national committee in california state party. the president filed a lawsuit in sacramento. it is totally unconstitutional, let me count the ways. the qualifications clause of the constitution sets the exclusive qualifications to run for president and only that you have to be 35, a natural born citizen and have lived in the united states for 14 years. this law also burdens the first amendment rights to associate with republicans in the republican party and vote for the candidate they want which is donald trump which is a violation of the free speech rights to impair the active voting of republican voters by the party and finally the equal protection violation that treats republican voters want to support the president differently than other voters. there are so many ways, multiple people have sued. it is highly likely that it will be enjoined by the courts and

have these good ideas about the minimum wage increase. as a retailer i'm happy to have the minimum wage, because it gives people more disposable income. on the other side of the coin, a 66% increase over the last three years in minimum wage and high tide raises all ships plus the other things that come down the pike from the city, from the state, picking the pockets of small businesses. >> for a lot of people, probably half of somebody else's, layoffs of the business can survive. let's look at some information on the wage increases to show how fast this has come up. large employers, 11 an hour, small employers, small businesses, $10.50 an hour, and december 2018, 15, 1350 so it is shooting up really quick. is that too fast for a lot of
