shot on a 1967, the pilots who flew him him today was his own son could wave goodbye to his father at that very same airport when he was five euros. rest in peace. good night jaden is the musical sticker good evening pure thanks for staying up with us. i am brian kilmeade good i'm filling in for tucker who is on a fishing trip with his son. the democratic party by the way granted south america's party of love, unity, harmony, and compassion. it's the mantra of their leaders every day. >> patriotism is love of country and you love your country and because you love your fellow countrymen and women. >> you should treat others the way you want to be treated. you should care about the least among us. you shall love one another as yourself. >> atone for our own mistakes. love each other, love our democracy. while future generations.
5:01 pm
>> basic respect for people compassion, love. >> a different path, a higher path, and path of compassion, justice, and loves. steege sounds a good gray party. truly a good talk. but do they live up to it? increasingly the answer is no. the organized left is becoming the g-force of intolerance in american life. sometimes they are publicizing the names of political donors just to expose them to harassment or retaliation and sometimes, they do the harassment in person, for example, in restaurants. >> shame! shame! snowboarders! it and no walls! sanctuary for all! if kids don't need impeach, you don't need to impeach. abolish! abolish! >> wow, they really do chant well. other times, they go into mitch mcconnell's house and they are threatening to kill hi
5:02 pm
him. >> we are at mcconnell's house. he thinks he's about to get some rest? not if it kills the children they are kidnapping can get any rest. not if families who are getting murdered can't get any rest. he is in their nursing his little broken arm. he should have broken his neck. >> murder turtle! murder turtle! just stabbed him in the heart. >> brian: i'm sensing there's a disconnect between what the presidential candidates say the democratic party is like and what the democratic party actually seems to be like. daniel cameron is a republican running for kentucky attorney general. he's also an african-american and he says he's had extensive experience with the intolerance from the left. opponents have put up a wanted poster featuring cameron's face for their lives. at a recent critical event. karen's democratic opponent says he's a child. it won elected officials that it was like calling cameron a boy. carmen says he's been called a
5:03 pm
lot worse than that by the left and others. daniel cameron joins us right now. you know, congratulations on your primary win. have you heard backlashes? >> well, thanks for having me on tonight. look, my meshes is pretty simple here the democratic party needs to stop telling black americanse certainly been a republican all my life. i registered as a republican in 18 years old. i believe in the values of this party. i'm proud to stand with donald trump who endorsed me recently and to help him fight illegal immigration, stand up for the sanctity of life, and fight against socialism pizza, i have heard worse but this is not about me, this is about standing up and saying enough is enough. the black community is told day in and day out that they have to speak with one voice and that's the most of the democratic party. i don't subscribe to that belief. i think we ultimately need to have a diverse group of folks
5:04 pm
that are on both sides of the aisle. i'm a republican and proud of it and stand with our president day in and day out. >> so why is the quinnipiac poll conducted on july 25th, not saying it's gospel, showing the president and 84 distant disappointment with black letters. why do you feel differently? >> the values i hold are consistent with the party of lincoln, the party of reagan, and the party of trunk of the republican party be a time honored to stand with the president. he try to have that endorsement. look, here in kentucky, in the primary, on may 21, i 104 of the hundred 20 counties. there's often a narrative that republicans don't embrace folks to look like me but we have pushed back against the narrative in kentucky and i'm proud to be the republican party's nominee for attorney general here in kentucky. >> what was it like working for mitch mcconnell, knowing what k, and seeing those protesters stand outside of his house and see those terrible things sad?
5:05 pm
>> is disheartening to see those protests outside of his house. so we have come accustomed to seeing democrats who preach tolerance as you open with but often are intolerant when it comes to individuals who have a different view or belief system then them. and here to say enough is enough. and the folks to look like me should feel that there is an opportunity for them and the republican party. i'm proud to be in his party, i'm proud to be endorsed by president trump, this is an awesome opportunity that we have in kentucky. we have not had a kentucky attorney general since 1948. we need someone that's going to stand for the rule of law, against illegal immigration, and i'm here to do that. >> welcome of the president said some nice things about you. at the same channel, presidential candidates like milwaukee castro, like julio castro, walking castro is the one who put up that list. and then you have senator lauren and many have beto o'rourke all agreeing on one thing, the president is a racist, white
5:06 pm
supremacist, and a white nationalist. what do you know about the president that may be pushes back on that? >> well, i'm here to push back on him. i was in the oval office just a couple weeks ago when the president of the united states donald trump endorsed this campaign for attorney general. look, the president is fighting day in and day out against socialism and against illegal immigration. he's fighting for the sanctity of life. those are values that people of kentucky are proud of and want a president to do that and they want and attorney general that's going to do that as well be it so i look forward over the coming months making sure that folks here in kentucky know that i stand with the president, know that i stand for and with the republican party and the party of lincoln. it is an honor to be in this position and i'm hoping that people that look at me and see me, that evokes outlook make me come and know that there is an opportunity for them in this party if they give it a chance. >> brian: you know, the republican should be doing it more to begin with on their part
5:07 pm
to fight for the african-american vote and they don't do it and a lot of what ben carson is doing is going underneath the radar for the inner cities and hopefully he will start speaking up as he has the last few weeks. best luck the last of the way peered one thing is very clear, you are impressive, 33, you are on the fast track. i appreciate you joining us tonight. let's continue this discussion with charlie hurt. he's the opinion editor at the "new york times." he is author of why american winch and on donald trump and why we must do it again. it's been a while fast few days. if there's been terrible terrible massacres and you would think that bottle donald trump who has been characterized, pull the trigger, have you ever seenn marks to going to come i haven't and i got to tell you, at a time like this where there is national morning and everybody is sort of branching their hairn sorrow and pity about all this stuff, the last thing the vast majority of people want to hear about his politics and t that you've got this horrific,
5:08 pm
horrific situation to begin with and the stories of all of these people that were these innocent people who were mowed down and killed, especially the young ones, at the very peak of their life and to have all of it get twisted around and used as a political cudgel to beat people up, that's just appalling and i think a lot of people, you know, i don't know what the democrats are a sort of speculating is going to happen out of all this but i don't think it's going to wind up helping them in the lon. i think that this really does come of this tenor and this kind of thing, turns people off in a big way. >> brian: the thing with donald trump, unlike what george bush and other republican opponents, they don't want to have a candidate it seems that's better view they to make donald trump unacceptable. it began with russia, and then when that goes by the wayside, even though no one gave the telegram to chairman another, now all of a sudden they want to
5:09 pm
say racist, sexist, misogynist, white nationalist, and they couldn't use more horrific terms for any human being, let alone a presidential candidate. but on page legend of "the new york times," donald trump's approval ratings keep going up. page 11. >> i was amazed by that headline because i'm wondering when will the twitter mob figure this out and force "the new york times" to take down the story or to change it because obviously, "the new york times" can't have a story like that in their paper. it's amazing. and when you think about the literally hundreds of millions of dollars worth of negative press that this guy has gotten over the past two and half years, it's staggering the guy is even standing. but it's important to remember of course during the 2016 election, as you recall, he got all of this, it wasn't worse than this, but he got every pitch as much of this before
5:10 pm
that. this though has reached a whole new level but i really do believe that the american voters are a lot smarter than this and you talk about the disconnect and that's important. you talk about the disconnect between the party rhetoric about who the democratic party is and then who they actually are, clanging pots outside of mitch mcconnell's house after he has fallen and injured himself so he can't sleep? this is the party that's supposed to be the party of senior citizens? the party of the injured? the party of the disabled? all of which apply to mitch mcconnell and they are out there mocking and ridiculing him and making death threats about him? that kind of disconnect is not just a disconnect between their rhetoric and these people, i think there is a massive disconnect between those kooks, those crazy people, and your regular democratic voters. you know democrats. you know people who don't like donald trump for a perfectly legitimate reasons were democrats, lifelong democrats. they would never behave like any of this and they find the stuff
5:11 pm
absolutely disgusting and it really does make them think maybe i should give a second look to donald trump and shouldn't listen in these crazy people. doing charlie hurt, thank you so much. i mentioned terry adler before, this is all part of it. jerry nadler has officially announced he is going to begin formal impeachment proceedings against president trump. another was come already pursuing aggressive legal probe into the president's menace conduct it with an eye toward impeachment and invested in his efforts. now they finally said this probe amounts to formal impeachment proceedings. house speaker nancy pelosi still hasn't endorsed an impeachment push. many democrats still are not on board appeared in fact, democrats seem more divided on impeachment than ever before following robert mueller's testimony last month. remember that i've had we will continue to follow this story while the congress is on a six week vacation. meanwhile, the left push of political donations is expanding could now they want to boycott a gym because the owners supported

xfinity mobile is a different kind of wireless network designed to save you money. save up to $400 a year on your wireless bill. plus get $250 back when you buy an eligible phone. click, call or visit a store today. >> brian: here is another case of the intolerance by the left. activists are trying to organize a boycott of equinox and soulcycle gems because stephen ross, a self-made billionaire, is hosting a fund-raiser for donald trump. tweeted out that his efforts
5:17 pm
make him implicit of mass murder. filmmaker michael moore has canceled his membership here that is breaking news that he had a health club membership but ross has not deterred. he said that while chemical, some prefer to sit out the political process, i prepared to engage directly. former journalist and editor of out magazine, he joins us now. chadwick, what is your reaction to the boycott of soulcycle and equinox because the owner is a minority owner? >> well, that was the first indication that the left was going to boycott something. what the media has had to string together to make this boycott narrative work has been impressive. it sort of a jesse small it's of boycotts. soulcycle has two ceos, neither one of them was this gentleman who had this tournament was involved with the parent company with which mostly does real estate development and
5:18 pm
so they've had to string this together and the point of it always seems to be that we want to discourage other people from doing this. we want to make an example of this man and say if you want to throw fund-raiser for the president, we are going to do the same to you. we are going to find a brand that you are affiliated with and we are going to try to ruin your life and your business. >> i just want to put some logic into the dispute over 60 million people voted for him and where it is he's gaining popularity. if you look at the polls in the story that was in "the new york times" today, i refer to that earlier. so if you tell everyone that he so unacceptable that we are going to boycott your products, whether it's bernie marcus or someone else, you are actually turning off over 60 million people. it's not like you're talking about a small niche of people here this is a lot of people. what you think the ramifications are crumbling down? >> people are going to vote how they feel. i don't think they are going to be honest with the pollsters. if -- the way the media continues to
5:19 pm
try to condemn and demonize trump supporter's, they haven't learned a lesson and i think a lot of people want to be honest about who they plan to vote for. certainly situations like this, every day term people. and often it's good for business i think equinox is gaining business, not losing it, contrary to what the news is yours is reporting. it is the best gym in new york city. it's very expensive but it's the best. if people go to equinox, they are not leaving equinox. >> you pointed out to, that what he does is he built the hudson yards which is right across the way. it's one of the most beautiful complexes i've seen in new york city which is where cnn is located. maybe people start boycotting cnn, could that happen? >> that's exactly what i was thinking. he has many beautiful shopping malls, how many stores are in those shopping malls? are they going to be boycotted?
5:20 pm
>> do you support donald trump? >> i do. >> do you support everything he does? >> i support most everything he does. >> brian: so, that's okay with donald trump. i will still help you out, become president of my kitchen. i will go to the fund-raiser in hampton pair but i think that's the one thing about it, why are you labeling people? even miami doll think any stills who took a knee and stephen ross and his owner protected him and stood by him. he's angry at his owner. >> yeah, it's ridiculous. and you're absolutely right to bring that out. you know, this man, by all indications, is a reasonable, mainstream republican and same with donald trump if you look at his policies. it's only this narrative that has really infected and taken over the left and, they really, they run out of any argument. i do worry about the violence,
5:21 pm
the anger, the outrage that we are seeing. my hope is republicans don't play into it and sam going to give you some of that because then this whole thing could come apart. chadwick, thanks so much for coming in. i appreciate it. meanwhile, author mark steyn joins us. mark, how are you? >> high, i'm doing great, good to see you. >> it's been way too long. where do you stand on this boycott media? >> well, i think, as chadwick was saying, that doing this to make an example, to say that -- they take seriously the idea of the deplorables. there are 60 million people who voted for donald trump but none of them matter and so if you are prepared to put it you're not couch to hold a fund-raiser for donald trump in the hamptons, you can't do that. you can't be one of the beautiful people, you can go to any of the fashionable parties, you can't be at the broadway first night, you cannot -- you can be one of those
5:22 pm
60 million deplorables somewhere out of sight but if you are a billionaire and you are someone who shouldn't be a member of the liberal elite and you step out of that little box, they are going to destroy you to teach other members of the allegiant you don't go anywhere near donald trump had >> are we still pretending as if we don't get donald trump? he's been in the public eye for decades, he's been president for three years, and we know what happens. it's not a matter of who you are the color of your scanner or your agenda. are you attacking him? elijah cummings attacked his homeland security secretary. the president attacked elijah cummings not because he's black, doesn't mean he's racist, the squad came after president trump had he went back. not because they are women, not because they are minorities, because they attacked him. we know this combination, don't we? >> yeah, and realistically, donald trump is a new york businessman and if you are there on fifth avenue doing business, you are doing business with
5:23 pm
people of every skin color, every conceivable orientation, every conceivable type of nonbearing area whatever you want to call it. but, as tucker was saying, i think just a couple of nights ago, they use race and identity politics, the left is, as a cover for class and actually, elites versus deplorables is actually how they see it. >> brian: i know you wish tucker was here. he is fishing with his son. >> now, you are doing great brian. don't get demoralized. >> brian: you guys. there's a really strange movie coming out next month, it's called the huns. the movie heroes several so-called deplorables from red states who have to fight back at the several risk rich rode liberals kidnapped them and try to use them for sport. all of the plotted what could possibly be wrong with a question mark >> well, you know, i will say this. i get bored by x-men 37 in which
5:24 pm
cardboard man baffles franchise go in the sky and rips a hole in the space time continuum. so, i actually approve of making films telling stories about the way we live now. we live in an increasingly fractious, 50 fishing nation and if you are a playwright, if you are a novelist, if you are a filmmaker, why wouldn't you want to address that? the interesting thing for me is how they treat this and again, it's the same condescension that we have just seen, that essentially, it's elites who decide they are going to hunch deplorables because they have seen their tweets identifying themselves as pro-life. antiabortion. and it is actually the liberal twitter storm fantasy take into the next level appeared on twitter, they just destroy your career, get you fired, closed on your restaurant, but this
5:25 pm
so-called satire, i suppose takes it to the next level and makes it a hot civil war. >> okay so, you are happy it's not a marvel movie or a "star wars" 29 but i will say this, they pull the promos for up and out the movie. next, another hollywood story for you because i know you love the elite. actress rosanna arquette gets a lot of trophies and she is made of bizarre apology for her skin color and a tweet yesterday. let's go to it. she says this. i am sorry i was born white privilege. it disgusts me and i feel so much shame. mark your witness. >> yeah. again, this gets back to that class thing. we have an issue here with rosanna arquette who has lived the most privileged life and one of the most luxurious niche societies in hollywood that has ever existed on the planet.
5:26 pm
she doesn't mean this. she does not mean this at all. and, this idea of taking virtue signaling, where christian jill aranda did this at one of the debates. she was like yes, i am a white woman of privilege too. meanwhile, you have someone like cory booker who has been a harvard, oxford, and yale law school, the three best universities on the planet, pretending he is like some hold me from the hood. this identity politics virtue signaling is now departing from the any conceivable reality. >> it's a shame we have gotten to this. i think most people can see the road. we are not looking at the color of people's skin, it's really the contents of their character and i'd rather not be dragged into it but it keeps popping up and it's all over these debates coming up again in september. mark, we've hit you with a lot and you are just back from your sabbatical. i don't know quite where you are so are you okay with all of this
5:27 pm
work? >> yeah. i don't mind multi-topics. i was just at my luxurious beach house on the somali riviera. beautiful that. very reasonable. >> don't apologize for. thank you so much. we move ahead. at least four people are dead after a stabbing spree in california. it happened last night. we are going to give you all the details on this tragedy, that's next year plus, later, federal authorities have arrested almost 700 illegal immigrants and raised on several businesses. it happened in the mississippi. that story, coming your way. he's good musical

random driven and according to the police by quotes, robbery, hates, and homicide. police say 33-year-old zachary castaneda killed four and wounded two others during a bloodied to our rampage across or in count she saw the valet. they left even veteran police officer is >> i have worked here in garden grove for 30 years. this is the first time of ever seen something like this where we have a suspect killed four people in one day and attack other people that are innocent victims. it's pure evil when this happens and we don't see this happen every day. this is one of those things you see one time in a career. >> please say castaneda is a known gang member with a long criminal history including drug and gun offenses. he had was arrested as he left a 7-eleven store where he had just stabbed and killed a security gs gun. prior to that murder, castaneda had fatefully stabbed two men at

state enforcement emigration in history. u.s. attorney for southern mississippi and coordinator of the race, seven hundreds of agents put into action. all right, what went into this? how long has this been playing out? >> good evening. this has been planned for quite some time. the operation and the investigation has been around for over a year and of the planning stages of this operation have been on going on for months but we will brought end around hundred 50 federal agents from throughout the country to put those together with our mississippi agents and we lead through the administrative and criminal search warrants yesterday as you said the seven sites in six different cities around the state of mississippi. >> who is responsible for this? and how much trouble because the executives began questioning >> the investigation beat continues but i can tell you, i was an assistant united states attorney in his office and this district

prosecutes employers and owners who do this so we prosecuted individuals from howard industry statistics restaurant to a number of other individuals and owners who have done this before so i think you would expect that if we find there is a violation of federal and criminal law, we are going to prosecute it. >> brian: it looks like they are all saying that they used it to and their hands were tied up on this. is that true? >> i won't get into the details of the investigation because it is ongoing but what i can tell you is, this administration, this president, is all about law and order and our country was founded upon the rule of law and i have heard the president say before, a country without borders is no country at all and i agree with that but i would add that without laws, we have no order and without the enforcement of laws, we have no justice. so as long as we are around in this office brand this department of justice, we are going to enforce the laws that are on the books.
5:36 pm
>> many say that by doing this, you are not showing hard. watch. >> it's wrong. worse, it doesn't make it safer. it actually undermines the local enforcement, and so if there was all -- >> brian: is this political? does this not make us safer? >> i wish folks would come out of the woodwork like they are doing now when kids are separated from their parent who committed murder or a parent who is a drunk driver. a parent that robs a bank. you know, we see this, unfortunate, sadly, in law enforcement, quite often be able, we are hearing this is inhumane, the enforcement of our laws. it's hard to comprehend that statement. >> looks like a lot of them have been let out already because then they get there jay in court and it could be years before we find out their deportation status.
5:37 pm
>> lending brag for a moment. the homeland security investigations did brought these individuals for process and ask him are you a parent of a small child at home? and they gave every single one of these 680 that were detained a phone call to make sure the family members knew where they were and to make sure that any small children at home or school were taken care of and then, if they were a single parent or one of two parents, hsi agents allowed them to be released on humanitarian reasons. so as of late as nine with all the meat that you see in the media with children separated, as of last night and today, we are unaware of a single child that was without at least one parent today. >> i know you have law enforcement going above and beyond. i appreciate it. meanwhile, it's time for final exam. can you beat our experts that are remembering the strangest and craziest news of the past week?
