unconscious in cell in what's been described as suicide attempt, 6 days after that, sources say epstein was removed from suicide watch, now many are asking why he wasn't more closely monitored while behind bars. >> i think the president wants everything to be investigated and not for me to go further than where the doj and fbi are right now but you do hear different people asking questions and they want to know who else was involved. >> attorney general bill barr said over the weekend he was, quote, appalled to learn of epstein's death, he said serious questions must be answered and this morning several agencies including the fbi as well as inspector general's office are looking into the matter. the medical examiner's office performed autopsy in new york, however, the results of the autopsy has yet to be released, rob and carley. rob: the story that has everybody talking, appreciate it. the marine killed in combat in iraq identified overnight, sergeant died from enemy fire on

some of the most high-profile criminals in history. because it is so secured, video cameras everywhere, protocols everywhere, all money cases would have been reported, not a case, for example, for a body found in desert a month after everybody had seen the guy, we should ultimately get accounting of every moment from when he was first incarcerated to when he was found dead. rob will be he just tried to kill himself a few weeks, we reported outside the jail, everybody has bizarre theories, how does that happen, jeffrey epstein had information on bill clinton, we know who did this, retweet if you're not surprised. a lot of crazy theories, here is the attorney general on this, epstein's death raises serious questions that must be answered, inspector general opening the investigation into the circumstances of mr. epstein's death, that from the attorney

general, it is bizarre. >> look, my social media feed i'm sure yours also filled with people skeptical about the idea that it was a suicide and i understand where that emanates, politically connect today -- connected to people, my only advice would be speaking of prosecutor, the rule is follow the evidence, take a deep breath we are only to get answers from the inspector general and fbi. carley: you don't want to get too deep into the conspiracy theories, you to look at fact and evidence, they will come out. something that i thought with your surprising the medical examiner performing autopsy and then said that they are not going to release the results, it's pending further information, so what does that tell you, why is there some sort of confusion with the autopsy? >> same medical examiner office that i worked with when i was prosecutor in new york city, they work with law enforcement

and both branches of federal and state but they do have judgment calls to make and want to consult with law enforcement and themselves look at evidence before they make a final decision as to what was the ultimate final cause of death. rob: a lot of people epstein took to easy way out of this and concern about what happens with victims and all of the claims, let's listen to one of them. >> i really wanted justice, i really wanted him to take up for what he did and be put in jail and prison and have to sit there and think about what it is that he exactly did to so many people. rob: he's not thinking about it anymore, this is just a civil matter at this point? >> well, there were coconspirators and two name in the indictment that assisted epstein, the system will open criminal matter, they could be indicted, no question it's not georgia to be the same result, same sense of closure had it been epstein in courtroom being held accountable, being found

rob: welcome back, fashion giant coach trying to make things right while facing backlash over this t-shirt. carley: tracee carrasco here with the company's response to politically-charged criticism, what is going on here? tracee: good morning, coach is in hot water over t-shirt where it refers to hong kong and taiwan as countries, so social media users in china really upset over this forcing coach to issue an apology over the t-shirts which were released back in may of 2018 and pulled from shelves, the tweet said from coach, they said, quote, china -- coach is dedicated to long-term development in china and we respect the feeling of the chinese people, so coach said that they regret the situation that happened, they made a mistake, they are going to do better to move forward and

this comes just a day after versace force today apology for a similar incident mistaken macau and hong kong as countries. geography lessons. carley: what's going on with ford? >> class action in ford, they set aside $17 million to cover this, if you own ford or lincoln that came with my lincoln touch, you could be part of this class action lawsuit getting from 45 to $400 back because of this, if you purchased a car in california, massachusetts, new jersey, north carolina, ohio, virginia and washington, you could get that money, really the issue is the system's responsiveness and functionality, a lot of complaints there saying that the system would freeze, basically wouldn't work, would give inaccurate directions, it wouldn't connect to the mobile

biden for a second because he did have a rough few days an a number of gaffes, let's listen in. >> we can't choose trust over facts, i watched what happened to those kids in parkland came up to see me when i was vice president. rob: the parkland one was the roughest for him, chuck, he still leads, he has a number of issues, he's been around forever, and he is still winning this race, doesn't that tell you that maybe there might be a problem with messaging from the far left? >> i see why you could say that, when you were as popular as he was when he was the vice president under barack obama in a democratic primary you still have a lot of name id and still very popular, people will give you the benefit of the doubt until you prove them wrong, maybe he will win in it. it's too early to tell, lots of people know who he is he's very popular name id for sure. rob: aron, why do you think the

former vice president is still winning at this point? >> name id alone, truthfully, a lot of voters are lazy, joe biden, i know that guy and we have seen him before, a lot of people to delve into policy like we do. it's joe biden, we have seen him with barack obama, however, do i think pete buttigieg is someone to watch. rob: bernie sanders bragged about implementing some of his plan free college and things like that and showing how they've been implemented in some parts of the country. he didn't talk about health care because he failed to implement in home state because of dramatic expense. people realize how expensive bernie sanders' plan is and are you worried about election? >> 11 years ago we bailed out wall street with my tax dollars and if we can bail out wall street we can make sure that

people have health care, health care was the number one issue in every one of them, other politicians talking about bernie sanders policies, they are doing it because their pollsters is telling them in democratic primary and that's what they have to do to win and they are all trying to beat bernie sanders. rob: fair enough. >> good morning. >> good morning, thank you. rob: today the nra will challenge a controversial new law in los angeles, the city's rule requires contractors to disclose all business ties with the nra, the organization argues the law violates first amendment rights of free speech but the city says public deserves to know how funds are being spent. family of 5 and friend all came within few feet of the shark, right off the coast of cape cod. >> it is crazy because that's where we fish, like all of the time. >> it was pretty unique and surreal to be able to see a great white shark on the waters we have been fishing for years. rob: there he is, good shot right there, researchers said there have been 161 shark sightings. they are more around lately.

potential for flooding, on the other side of this, south of there, that's where we have the heat advisories, hot, humid, heat indexes surpassing 100-degrees, big story over the next couple of days where it's dangerously hot. forecast again today, summer time still hanging on across the southern half of the country, 88 and mostly sunny here in new york city, we will see the storms fire up across the midwest throughout the day today, then still very hot across the southwest, and we could see a little more rain across those areas that i mentioned, across the midwest as well as florida and the gulf coast but still not too much to talk about in terms of the tropics which is good news because we are getting into the peak season. rob: the wheels turning, she looks at me and

carley: good morning, welcome back, podcast shining light on the story of four decorated veterans and black water contractors facing life sentences for war crimes they say they didn't commit. it all revolved around shooting at the height of the iraq war in a case with ties to both hillary clinton and joe biden. so what really happened? joining us live the creators and producers of the raven 2, 3, podcast, thank you both so much for being with us, really interesting story here that not a lot of people know about. tell us about the case of raven 2-3. what happened in 2007? >> tina is the one that has been investigating this forever. two incidents, one that actually happened that several judge looked at and dismissed all

charges in scathing 90-page opinion and false narrative that was spun over the last 10 years beginning with e-mail from hillary clinton that these guys fired unarmed citizens which is completely false. carley: so the narrative and the reason the four men are in prison right now is because some people believe that the -- the craziness of war got to them and they started firing at iraqi civilians and killed about 17 of them, but you say that that's not what happened, what actually happened in your opinion? >> let's talk about the fact that they're all combat vets, this was not going to happen that they were going to freak out in a combat situation and that's what this was, they were trying to clear a traffic circle for another unit that was rescuing a diplomat who had been at a location that was bombed.
