people from committing suicide so we are watching every 15 minutes, every 30 minutes, only takes a few minutes to kill your self and most of the time if that is what you're determined to do that is what you are going to do but at the end of the day if he already tried to commit suicide than i don't know why management or anybody would take a watch sheet off of him. he should have continued to be watched. it will be interesting to see, usually correction officers, we are at the bottom of the totem pole and everything that goes wrong comes to us and everything that goes right goes to management but this time correction officers, we do what we are supposed to do and unfortunately the overtime over there is insane. shannon: talk about conditions, you mention the overtime that you are expected to do more with less but also talk about what it is like as a substitute. your first day as a substitute and you are expected to know the

lay of the land and expected to do everything in a timely manner what is that like? >> that can be a problem as well but listening and looking for the truth it appears they are sharing this responsibility of watching inmates with civilians. that's not a job of civilians, that is our job and i believe if we were staffed correctly then we would be the ones responsible for doing it but we are sharing that responsibility and decided to give that to somebody else for whatever reason how the congressional officer gets held responsible. >> there are so many conspiracy theories out right now but let me ask one question. is even plausible that somehow money could have been exchanged to allow him to have the time he needed and the situation he needed to kill himself in prison to q >> to go back to what i said before, anybody in jail, it's been my experience for 30 years when inmates want to kill themselves they are going to. >> he had to be alone to do that
