facilities were shot at in texas. the location of the shots was no accident and the shooters targeted certain floors of the building occupied by ice. ice and the fbi point to heated political rhetoric and discourse as the motive behind the attack. remember just one month ago a man with a rifle attacked an ice detention center in washington trying to blow up a propane tank. the man was shot and killed by responding officers. >> we know where your children are. that's disturbing stuff. the wave of threats should be no surprise. but for months members of congress, presidential candidate candidates say the men and women

customize a scheme around one particular prisoner? >> i don't believe so. i believe what happened here was subsequent to mr. epstein's suicide attempt he was placed on suicide watch. that entails constant supervision by someone who sits outside of the cell 24/7. up to that juncture they had done everything right in terms of the suicide watch. the problem from my perspective is he was taken off suicide watch. i don't know why that would be. it's conjecture but i think there is probably a descent chance that epstein was able to convince or perhaps mamipulate a mental health professional to

believe he was no longer a threat to himself. once an inmate is removed from suicide watch he is moved into administrative detention where they are checked on once every 30 minutes. it sounds like based on what you are telling me, that didn't happen. that adds insult to injury and is unfortunate. >> let me ask you this then. most americans believe he was murdered now. it's surely the case that they believe that in part because this pile up of things that went wrong which would be totally implausible in a prison break

co-conpirators. that has issues and may get thrown out. >> you are a former prosecutor. i am not. you i am just a lay man. that plea agreement was very whacky. they cut a deal with this guy and absolve his potential pals. >> never once did i and i don't recall anybody putting down we won't go after co-conspirators. it's like they are a 3rd party to this contract between the state and the defendant. what we do know that plea agreement violated the law. the victims had no idea what was going on. that could end up getting thrown out. law enforcement is so focussed on these co-conspirators that they should be worried. >> the civil cases. lower burden of proof.
