katie, does the fact that he was signing a will to days before he died, does that convince you this was suicide? >> katie: i'm not convinced of anything yet. i'm amazed that you can do this kind of business from prison, you can turn over your will and get in touch with all the right people and make sure everything goes smoothly and find all the paperwork. but it does seem more logical that it was a suicide, considering it happened two days before and that he was taken off suicide watch two weeks prior to that. the timeline of events and the pattern of behavior certainly suggests that. however, the lack of other evidence and transparency from the prison, still don't have video of what happened, no witnesses. a lot of that, there's lots of questions about exactly what happened. >> juan: jesse, the legal team says they still have doubts about the suicide conclusion coming from the autopsy. they don't offer any reason. what is going on?

can't defend himself. it's a $500 million state with all these lawyers and these things. i don't know if there's going to be a victims compensation fund and i'm skeptical about the well. he was supposedly, even though we don't know where his money came from, a financial planner. he was somebody who was advising people on finances. i would like to know what his will said before the world that he signed on that day. if you are that wealthy, i'm assuming you have some sort of will, some sort of financial plan and he didn't have that. how he changed it for the last minute is curious to me. >> juan: greg, the prosecutor say they're going to continue the investigation despite the death. do you trust that? >> greg: i think i'm interested in the people that were accused by the primary accuser, virginia -- these powerful men. she has litigation privileges.
