population in a street full of dirty needles and human feces. one out of five people in the state of c california has a criminal record. it's so bad that last year, they started an app called nap crab. nap crab. residents post photos and locations to alert poop patrol to scoop up the human poop that the homeless residents drop. in case i want to visit that city by the bay and i want to go for a stroll, they would be mortified to step in human poop. there's a website that masks out human waste and uses needles.

unless your wondering, san francisco has had democrat mayors for well over the last half-century. here's just the last six dating back to 1992. one of the mayors did such a bang up job, they now elected him governor. the homeless population in san francisco has gone up almost 20% in one year. governor gavin newsom true to his liberal form claims texas for the influx. accusation texas officials deny. i think grappled with the decline in tourism, geniuses in san francisco found the silver bullet. let's sanitize our prime lingo and reit brand are criminals. like what much of the left is doing, they got rid of words they found to be offensive like

offender, drug addict, they sayw the new language will change people's views about those in the crime. so i guess what this change in verbiage, all will be well in the kingdom. from now on in san francisco, a convicted felon released from custody will be known as a formerly incarcerated person for injustice involved person. if you are a careerst criminal d returning from prison, you are returning resident. when i was a prosecutor, we always used acronyms. young people in need ofon supervision, they were called pins. now in san francisco, if you're

a career criminal who served time in san francisco, you are now a formerly incarcerated person or a fit. if you are a felon, you are a justice involved person for a chip. if you are a returning resident from prison, you are in our our. as if you are simply returning for the season. they said it themselves, they simply don't want people labeled with the worst things they've done. if you have been robbed by a career criminal, considerate contact with returning resident for contact within rr. even the district attorney approves of this nonsense. what's it all about? it's all about the left's plot to make america. eliminate what triggers them. doing as much as i can to eliminate truth and reality and

ultimately law and order. the homeless population travels a third world nation. folks, they are looking to remake america in the image. language does not sanitize wrongdoing. you cannot blame society or other people for the wrongs that have been committed. you cannot resolve crime by making them feel better about themselves. the only way to do that is create opportunities for convicted felons after they pay their debt to society. allowing them to we acclimate

and provide them with tools they need to get a job. they can always get a certificate of relief from their conviction and they can become a productive member of society. making believe it never happened, there's nothing more that embolden them to further offend. they now have a new language to their previous excuses, denials of their crimes. speech is there for a reason. actions have consequences. their political correctness has proven to be themy enemy of free speech. watered down language serves no purpose but to create ambiguity. a felon is not a return, it is a category of crime and if you don't like the term, felon, and don't become one. that's my open. let me know what you think on my facebook and twitter, # judge jeanine. joining me now, all the developing news this week for arkansas governor, mike huckabee. is this watered down language going to do anything to reduce

crime in san francisco? >> of course. san francisco will be one of the most wonderful places in the world to live because people will ignore any crime and call it something else. i think the problem is, youou ae too plain spoken. i've read your books and the new one you just put out is destined to be number one. i don't understand why, it's plain language, clear speech. you should learn to use the word, salad, just call them pharmaceutically involved. let me say this, this is what happens when we have a culture in which everybody gets a trophy. we never want to tell people the truth, there are winners and losers and choices have consequences. sometimes it's the consequences

that motivate us to do better. we will raise a whole generation of people who always believe they never did anything wrong and never matched up and they call it something different and to the rest of us go and clean the poop off the doorways because that's where they are. >> when you think about it, alcohol anonymous or whatever it's called, they force people to recognize their wrongs and deal with it, say what they are and move on and become stronger people and not do t it again. suat's one of the fundamental theories has proven to be successful in this country. for a criminal we are saying, just a career criminal. or if you rob a bank, you justau made an unauthorized withdrawal, don't worry about it.

when they talk about this stuff, do they think it will help the public at large look at them? will help them promote the criminal or the public? who are they trying to reach? >> do they think? the answer is no, they don't think. any faith tradition, no one can come to a point of righteousness until they repent of their sinss you have to acknowledge that you have sins. they are saying nothing wrong with us, we are doing great. there's something that seems to others like her crime but it's really not, it's just a mount adjustment of our behavior but it's okay and we are okay. everybody gets a trophy, i'm okay, you're okay, nobody has done wrong. the result is, you create an uncivil society, civilization breaks down and nobody has any real purpose and direction about doing the right thing because you call it the right thing thet wrong thing and it becomes the

right thing to them. >> they are also doing is taking parking lot and making it available for people to park their cars for people whoin live in the park. don't they have anything better to do? can't they figure out a way to take care of the homeless? you've got needles on the street, human feces, i was reading about a woman who was assaulted in san francisco and she releases the homeless guy that attacked her and we find out he attacked another woman. why do you want to put a monitor on him? he doesn't have a home. is it the air out there? even the dodgers are often reservation. >> had to be in california this week and occurred to me i

couldn't get a plastic straw but i could get a syringe. that would be okay. i can live in a car and defecate on the street but i can't speed 2 miles over the speed limit because the law abiding people will be punished but the people who obey no laws, they are let go scott free. >> let'sfr say -- i want take an hour and a half but how do we result to resolve this? they're talking about things like a plague type illness. what do you do? >> if you don't have a governor who has the courage to call things what they are, it will not get resolved. gavin newsom author refuses to accept there ought to be the quinces for bad behavior.

the reason they could clean up new york city and make it a capital place is because they quit looking the other way at the small crimes which also had an impact on the big crimes. when you take any icet off the big and small crimes and say they are not crimes, these are people for habitation challenged, they really areha homeless, you will have exactly what you are having in l.a., san francisco and can you imagine in the u.s. we are talking about people having typhoid? >> i get it. i want to move on to another subject. the president andab 37, we've gt this tariff war going on and we saw market drop on friday, the dow is an indicator of all things in the economy suddenly. what you think happens and ultimately, how will this play out?

>> it's hard to say but i hope the republicans will stand up, get strong and support the president. he's a first president in our lifetime who's had the will and courage to stand up to the chinese and tell them they were not bully us around us or take advantage of a us and ruin the workplace for a lot of americans who had jobs and don't because we let the chinese cheat us out of these jobs. this is a time for us to be strong and don't go wobbly on us. i say to the members of congre congress, don't go wobbly. don't be such globalists that you sell out the american workers. stand with the president.s he has the t courage to stand up to china it is about time somebody has got it. >> there's no question about it. no one attempted to deal with this like this president has. good to see you.

there you are. i'm glad you're here. let's talk china. the president recently said that he's going to up the tariffs on china in china is pushing back of course. what we are trying to figure out is whether or not this will benefit the u.s. ultimately and what happens in the end? >> this might surprise you, i'm not totally opposed to calling china, some of the things they've been doing, messing around in our economy however, i think the presidents style is dangerous to the economy, he needs a much more measured

approach on china, moreas diplomatic and bring the world community along with him. he has not done that and that's why we are seeing dangerous spikes and dips in our economy. china must be dealt with. i agree with that. >> does the president need to do a better job? >> i think the president in his administration are taking the right steps to move our country in a better direction for our future. we note that the u.s. has been getting the short end of the stick when it comes to trade so he's been trying to send message and make a change. he doesn't want to be business as usual. the president isn't wanting to u.s. to take advantage of other countries. all he wants is fair trade. china is not playing so we'll see where this goes. there will be transitional pains in the process but in the long

run, it will bee great for this country. >> chuck schumer is very much in support of the president going out of china. you have to admit that presidents have talked about but none of them have gone after china. whether the president has the world behind him or not, we are the strongest economy in the world. right now, the economy is in bad shape there and it is exacerbated by what's going on in hong kong with the protesters. if there's ever a time to strike, i would think this would be the time to do it. >> i agree that china needs to be dealt with. but we have an economy that is codependent with china as they are with us. we need to work very hard to make sure the balance that has been developing is not kicked out of whack. it can send our economy into a freefall and is not a good thing

to spew off on twitter about your plan. the president needs to be patient, medic have some grace when dealing with this if he can't just say whatever he has on his mind. >> we've got more jobs and people to fill them now and it's because he is a straight talker. but i will back off and let stephanie talk. >> we are talking about not tweeting these things, president obama never did that and t look where we are today. we have to tackle the deficit in all of these issues when it comes to trade issues. it's appalling to me that people are up in arms and criticizing the president. they want him to fail. they don't want to see him change or do any movement. it's incredible people are not standing beside behind him. >> no. don't want him tote fail, they want the president to calm down.

the president has said that he is asking american business to immediately start looking for alternatives to china. what you think of that, stephanie? >> i think that's the whole.back when he ran for office, he wanted to bring jobs back to america he wants people to realize we shouldn't be so dependent on other countries it comes to goods. we can make our stuff at home. not only is itth good for us in the long run but we are all focused on getting cheap products in china, we can focus on creating jobs in this country and the long term goal of improving that. i don't understand where people are so confused and disconnected. >> bottom line, 20 years of buildup of infrastructure in china, while i do wish more products would be made here, it won't happen overnight.

the next thing we have is a question as to whether or not he'll stay in that position. do you think he'll? >> i don't think he'll. i think he's destined to drop in the polls. he says he wants to eliminate fossil fuels. the democrats have to look at this and say how can this guy negotiate with president xi. how can he go to the g7. how can he handle president trump on a debate stage? he'll rip him apart. no, i don't think he'll survive. >> we have said at the campaign for a long time, this is as rabid field of leftists, and they are trying to placate a

very far left element of the democrat party. it's no longer the party of jfk. this is a party that embraced socialism. elizabeth warren fits the bill. she's rooting for a recession saying the economy isn't good when everyone knows it's the hottest country in history. judge jeanine: starting with the bernie sanders then going down, most of of them believe anywhere yous that are socialist issues, they are not outright socialists. you would think that would be enough to knock them out of the park. we are a free economy. we have the best economy in the world. what are these people thinking? >> they are thinking you have a democrat party where 60% of democrat voters according to gallup support socialism. the next debate will be interesting.
