on brian kilmeade.com. have a great evening. in 14 seconds, sean will be done parting his hair and will be ready to take over the reins of this h network. if it's the sean hannity i know, he is ready to go. >> sean: i think i have more hair than you do. i've got a question, tucker is off again? >> brian: right. he's got to fish -- >> sean: all right, i need to renegotiate my contract. unbelievable. >> brian: somebody's got to go out there and get some carp. >> sean: unbelievable. brian, thank you and we'll watch you in the morning. welcome to "hannity." buckle up tonight. breaking news, multiple fronts including more embarrassing gaffes, i mean, really bad ones. it seems sleepy creepy crazy uncle joe didn't even know what state he was in and it gets worse. his feckless 2020 campaign is hanging in the balance and he is now in third place in a major poll. also, a major update from the president's ongoing trade negotiations with china. the president is winning. that's the start. we will tell you more about that but we begin with shocking new development out of the

deep state. we can confirm tonight that the doj inspector general's investigation into fisa abuse, that's the michael horowitz report, has now been completed and according to "the hill"'s john solomon, the ig's findings could be released as early as the next couple weeks. it's now being processed for potential redactions. lindsey graham says he expects the findings to be "damning and ugly" and he will want all of it released and he will give the inspector general as much time as he needs to tell the entire story of this abuse of power and corruption. now of course, one of the key targets of the investigation is likely mr. super patriot himself, jim comey. as we all know by now, comey signed off on the very first fisa application against donald trump and his campaign associate carter page and we also now know he signed two other fisa applications, all based, the bulk of information, the bought and paid for phony russian dossier, bought and paid
10:02 pm
for by hillary clinton. he swore three times that the evidence in those applications were true, accurate, and verified. in reality, in truth, none of it was any of the above. none of it was true, none of it was verified and comey was lying. now, the first fisa request relied on hillary's bought and paid for dirty dossier, russian dossier, that wasn't true. neither was the second or third warrant. it was all based on the phony dossier. none of it accurate, none of it verifiable. it was all unverifiable garbage. comey knew the intel was b.s. he was warned specifically on multiple occasions by multiple people in multiple sources. no serious attempt was ever made to verify the dossier's claims that he signed off on three times. comey used it in a way in order to secure a backdoor into all things trump campaign and then transition and then the trump presidency so it's clear jim comey commited premeditated

fraud on a fisa court to spy on a presidential campaign, transition, and presidency. meanwhile, comey's right-hand man, former deputy director andrew mccabe was fired for lying and leaking. guess what? mccabe will fit right in. he was just hired by fake news cnn. they claimed to be the facts first network but they can't break a million viewers in a single hour. that is a disaster for any network. breaking tonight as we speak, federal prosecutors are nearing a final decision on whether or not the former deputy fbi director mccabe will in fact be indicted over his egregious lying. wait a minute, they went after manafort for and papadopoulos for lying and cohen for lying and general flynn for lying, do we have equal justice under law? and get this, as former colleagues, fellow trump hater, lisa page, she may be the

deciding factor. here now to discuss all this breaking news is our very own catherine herridge in washington. big breaking story. >> good evening. a source to the matter tells fox news prosecutors close to a decision over whether to charge former fbi director and acting director andrew mccabe for lying to the investigators. "new york times" was reported that mccabe's legal team met last week with the deputy attorney general and u.s. attorney for d.c. the justice department declined to comment but these meetings are often used by the defense as their last stop to argue against the client's indictment. mckay become a frequent target of the president, was fired last year after the justice department inspector general michael e horwitz said he lacked candor under oath over his role in the media leak of the fbi's clinton foundation investigation. three weeks ago, mccabe files is 40 page lawsuit against the fbi justice department for wrongful termination. recently, mccabe joined, as you mentioned, cnn, as a contributor. earlier this year, he told the network at the allegations are false and he blames the
10:05 pm
white house. >> i think the president had an indelible impact on the ig's process. i know that the process that i went through was one that was unfair, left out multiple pieces of relevant information, and the testimony of witnesses who were never referenced in the report. tonight, mccabe's legal team did not respond to fox's request for comment. when it comes to lying or lack of candor under oath. what matters here according to former fbi agents is that the bureau is held to a higher standard because they are the ones that enforce the law. >> sean: i will tell you one thing that i think is unfair. didn't mccabe tell lieutenant general flynn that he didn't need a lawyer just prior to comey bragging about sending people in that he would never do that in the bush or obama administration to take advantage of the chaos knowing it was an interrogation russian mark wouldn't that be -- to me, that sounds like miranda rights violations. that seems unfair if they knew it was investigation but i don't want to drag you into the
10:06 pm
narrative but that'll happen, right? >> it's all hopefully going to come up in the next few weeks. >> sean: they did brag about it. they did say to general flynn, you don't need a lawyer. comey bragged that he took advantage of the chaos, but he wouldn't do that in the obama or bush administrations. thank you for that, catherine herridge. now without a doubt it was a big weekend for fake news cnn on top of the hiring of the former fbi director who was fired for lying and leaking. well, we have jeff zucker's stenographer brian selzer, humpty dumpty giving up lot form to some pretty shocking accusations letting it go unchallenged. of course, this all happening on a sparsely watched, low rated weekend show. humpty dumpty featuring a deranged armchair psychologist from duke claiming trump may be responsible for more deaths than hitler, stalin, and mao. special monologue for humpty later in the program and
10:07 pm
naturally, humpty dumpty and fake news cnn also dutifully defended their big new hire. you know, the guy fired for lying and leaking, andrew mccabe. by the way, mccabe was fired from that job as we said, under the super patriot, jim comey. mccabe might face criminal charges as reported tonight, but on humpty dumpty's show, mccabe was hailed for his "serious expertise." watch. >> cnn hired andrew mccabe formally fired from the fbi accused of lying and leaking and people on the right said, you are hiding a mccabe, why can't fox hire spicer? why can't fox hire sanders? is there a difference? >> of course there is a difference. mccabe has expertise with respect to the fbi and he in no way was accused of standing in front of the american people and lying to them. he was accused of lack of candor in talking about the press but the proportion of scale and substance are utterly not comparable.
10:08 pm
>> sean: same fake news network that has been peddling lies, conspiracy theories, and the biggest hoax in american history every single minute, second, hour, day, week, year. just a prime example of why the president has rightly granted them fake news cnn. they lack any credibility. they continue to be arbiters of truth and facts but in reality they are nothing more than propaganda arm of the democratic party. i'll have more on all this in a moment. but first, joining us to react to the cnn hiring of mccabe, fox news contributor, sara carter. the author of the big new book called "paragraph," fox news contributor, former congressman, jason chaffetz with us. start with you and get your reaction. mccabe, he did brag about, we do know that he told general flynn he did not need a lawyer. the general did need a lawyer. this was an interrogation. comey bragging, i would not do that in these other administrations, i took advantage of the chaos. that sounds an awful lot like
10:09 pm
denying somebody of their miranda rights, you have a right to an attorney. that sort of thing, basic 101. >> yeah, absolutely, sean. you also have to remember, he did something that most other federal employees never do. he got fired for cause. not only a recommendation from the inspector general for lying and misleading them and not telling the truth to them, the lack of candor. you have to run the gauntlet with your peers. it's his peers that actually did this. and then you also have to bring in his wife. it's a little-known fact about this case, he recused himself because his wife was going to run for a state senate seat there in virginia. then he decided to get rid of that recusal, then hillary clinton's about to win so he puts the recusal back in -- i mean, it is so fishy that he got fired, ended if hillary clinton had won, he would be the number two person
10:10 pm
at the department of justice and the fbi. pretty scary. >> sean: sara, let's go through this very, very systematically. michael cohen, liar, jail. pop a papadopoulos, they said h, although, i want to hear those tapes. i want to hear those transcripts. from what i'm hearing, the papadopoulos transcripts are exculpatory and they withheld it. i'm hearing that from source after source of resource. michael cohen, paul manafort, papadopoulos, why does the same laws not apply to mccabe? should day and will they? >> they absolutely should. if i don't know if they will. i certainly hope so. what we do know is that mccabe actually lied three times under oath to the inspector general and he lied a fourth time, which he was not under oath. he also leaked information and remember, let's talk about this. he leaked information to "the wall street journal" to try to build himself up. he leaked information regarding the clinton foundation
10:11 pm
investigations. he really wanted to build himself up, but the thing was, comey even admitted that he never authorized mccabe to leak. so even if lisa page -- remember, the former attorney who was the lover of peter strzok -- even if she came out to a grand jury inside, he he may have been authorized alone, himself, he could have authorized himself to leak, it doesn't matter. comey himself was in charge. he was the director. he did not authorize any leaks whatsoever. secondly, sean, he was involved in the foreign intelligence surveillance act application on carter page. and every bit of information on mccabe has been handed over to john durham, and he is going to be looking through that with a fine tooth comb because if anybody knows what was going on, it was mccabe. he would have known about trying to invoke the 25th against the president, trying to secretly get rod rosenstein to record the president, all of this was on mccabe's plate. so he is in a lot of hot water.
10:12 pm
he has a lot of questions that need to be answered, and of justice is served, he will be served and indictment. >> sean: i think the person, jason, that is a deeper trouble, i will let you answer this quickly, would be super patriot jim comey. the three fisa warrants, they never vetted it, he swore they were verified, he was warned they wouldn't be verified, couldn't be verified by the fbi finally determined that none of it was true. he signed them anyway. how much trouble would i be and if i did that? if i committed a fraud, premeditated fraud, i was warned? would i be in trouble, jason? >> yeah, i think sara and i would be bringing you a cake in prison on sunday and visiting with you for an hour. [laughter] probably not. >> sean: probably not. >> i would, sean. i would bring you a file. >> sean: i need a file to get out. running out of time. >> you will need more than a file. >> sean: sara, is jim comey
10:13 pm
going to be indicted for premeditated fraud on a fisa court? because if i did it, i think i would be indicted. any other american did it come i think it would be indicted. sara, jason, yes or no? >> two areas of vulnerability. one would be the department of justice bringing charges. the other is the supreme court. justice roberts, you lie to any other judge in this country -- >> sean: i would not lie to a judge. i would not lie to judge judy, for that matter. she is tough. don't lie to a judge. sara, will he be indicted? >> i certainly hope so, sean. i wish i could say yes but -- >> sean: if there is not a criminal referral, i would be shocked. we already know there is one on the issue involving the government papers in his home and lack of candor, there it is again. i hope we apply these laws equally. all right, thank you, both. we have more of cnn's fake news

than sleepy creepy crazy uncle joe. just breaking a few minutes ago, political reporting, biden's younger brother allegedly told potential business partners, "the former vice president would help their firm land business with systems and would incorporate their health care model into his 2020 presidential campaign. wow. that kind of overt corruption, well, that should shock the conscience but it's nothing new for the biden family at all, as peter schweizer has chronicles, as john solomon has chronicled on this show. biden's public service has become a cash cow for the entire biden family. look at hunter biden, his son, making over a million dollars from ukrainian natural gas company. he did not have any background in that business from what i could tell and his father, by the way, then vice president, he oversaw the administration's policy in ukraine. just a coincidence? creepy uncle joe even bragged that he leveraged u.s. money, a billion dollars, in order to get the ukrainian prosecutor fired he was investigating the energy
