jesse watters versus judge jeanine. have to wait for tomorrow night. 8:00 p.m. friday and every night, the sworn enemy of lying pomposity, smugness and groupthink.sean hannity, live r. >> this is a fox news weather alert. hurricane dorian weakening a bit it as grazes the car lane in a coast, but the categorystorm still packing 100-mile per hour winds as it aims for the outer banks. the storm is already blamed for at least four deaths in the south east. flash gladding is happening and the national weather service is warning of continued liz-threatening flooding across the eastern carolinas and southeast virginia for tonight. on thursday, hurricane dorian spawned tornadoes which ripped off roofs and flipped trailers. hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses along the carolina coast are left without
10:01 pm
power. the death toll in the bahamas has raise tone 30 and they expect more deaths. now to doug in wilmington, north carolina. it looked pretty bad earlier. what does it looks like right now? >> it is kind of maintaining conditions we began to see deteriorate about 8:00 p.m. reasonably to calm with the stay of the small tornadoes to respond beginning at early at 6:00 a.m. today. but 8:00 tonight, the wind began to pick up, as did the rain, pretty much falling at a torrential rate since 8:00 p.m. we're stationed right now in wilmington, along the banks of the cape fear river. one of the good things that happened in the course of the last few hours, the storm maintained its northeasterly direction, it did not make landfall in wilmington or the carolina coast. it appears it will continue to
10:02 pm
skirt of coast of north carolina, not make landfall in the outer banks thatching may change, but that appear -- that may change but thatize peered to be the course. we are along the banks of the cape fear river, as i said. as you peer over the railing towards the actual river, you can see a floating dock. at about 6:00 p.m. this evening, this floating dock was even with where i stand on this boardwalk. it's dropped well over session feet now. and the wind is coming directly out of the north. it was earlier in the evening coming out of the east, which is that direction. it is coming straight from where you are right now, pushing all of that water out of the cape fear river into the open atlantic. that is very good news. if it was coming from the southerly direction, it would be moving this water upstream to the cape fear river, causing tremendous problems in the past with past hurricanes.
10:03 pm
high tide is expected at 4:52 this morning. 4:52:00 a.m. morning. if that watt her not been pushed out, we would most assuredly be looking at flooding here, but that is probably not going to happen because of the wind direction. that's good news. the other good news associated with that is because we're on the western side of the airflow now and the counterclockwise movement, we're not going to see any more tornadoes. so two good things associated with that. the storm is by no means over it continues to march up the east coast, but two good factors, no more tornadoes and no flooding as we saw with hurricane florence a year ago. back to you. >> doug, that is fortunate for those folks there. let's go to adam klotz in the weather center. >> adam: we're continuing to track this storm, setting every
10:04 pm
so closely to portions of north carolina. here it is the last 24-hours, brushing along the coast. the farther north it gets, the close ter is getting. here is your coastline about 25 miles off the coast is where it is mostly running. it may get closer. it is very borderline would this makes landfall in the outer banks. here is what the folks are dealing with as the wind goes, a lot of rain stretching from coastal carolina inland, 100 meals or more. along the -- 100 miles or more. along the coast, you get to these buoys and getting over the water with wind gusting 80 miles per hour. still a powerful storm system. winds are 100 miles per hour in the core of the storm. this is the radar, we're talking about a potential landfall. this is the moorhead city area, that is a spot we will pay attention to tomorrow morning, 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m.
10:05 pm
then it are continue in the outer banks before going out to sea. you stay dry in most of the med atlantic. d.c., maybe a couple outer bands of rain. it make as closer pass to portions of new england. boston is going to see some of this storm. it as makes this motion, it continues to weaken. the future forecast is about what happens right now through the early morning hours in portions of north carolina and we will be watching it very closely, mary ann. >> thank you, meteorologist adam klotz in the weather center. stay tuned for more on hurricane dorian for now, back over to hannity in progress. >> now it's time for an important "hannity" watch on the radical socialist democrats that want to be the next president of the unitedpp states of america.
10:06 pm
last night fake news cnn dedicated a whopping seven long miserable hours to one topic: climate change. at cnn, the network provided ten democratic presidential candidates a platform to share their radical and i mean radical plans for saving mother earth from its imminent destruction. it was all one big lie, one excuse for democrats and of course the media mob that supports them to push their radical extreme socialist agenda and trash american capitalism which created the greatest wealth in the history of mankind. don't be fooled. last night was not about clean air or water. it was about government complete and total control over our lives, your lives. the candidates on fake news cnn made it perfectly clear they want to control what you eat maybe invest in cows. how you commute to work, what kind of job, what kind of car you drive, how much energy you consume and even what kind of -- i happen to love plastic straws myself. whether or not you're allowed plastic straws. one candidate proposing using abortion as a control of population in poor countries. pretty twisted, ugly, sick and frankly repulsive. every democrat heaping praise on
10:07 pm
the green new deal which abolishes our free market system in exchange for false assurances to alleviate all of your worries llin life. just like keep your doctor, keep your plan, and save money. didn't happen. just think solyndra. a waste s of money. you get free higher education, free health care, free vacation, free green housing, free healthy food, universal basic income, you lose your right to private insurance but who cares, right? also, it calls for no more cows, no more air travel, no more nuclear energy, no more combustion engine, no more oil and gas, the lifeblood of every economy, especially ours, and the one thing that will raise the standard of living of every single american, if only would we use our resources. share it with the american people.we'll be rich again. this plan would send us into a great depression probably within hours of its implementation and gut our inalienable rights.
10:08 pm
well, in just a moment, we're going to show you all the dumb and in some cases scary and chilling and frightening proposals in last night's town hall but first we bring in some important context of the left's nonstop "the sky is falling" rhetoric surrounding last night's seven long pathetic hours on climate change. it's time for a "hannity" s history lesson on the horribly wrong predictions, flawed science, politically-motivated outrage about the future of this wonderful planet. you know, remember god told job he set the foundations for the earth. the majesty of god's creation we can't even begin to fathom.now,n we, universes within universes within universes.but, westboundt in the 1970s, we had liberal democrats, socialist, then a few decades ago, along with a prominent liberal scientist,li o called scholars that were
10:09 pm
sounding a desperate alarm about the coming ice age and global cooling. one prominent ecologist stated "if b the present trends contine the world will be about 4 degrees colder for the global mean temperature in 1990. but 11 degrees colder in the year 2000. this. is about twice what it would take to put us into that ice age." harvard biologist george wald claiming "civilization will end within 15 or 30 years unless immediate action is taken against the problems facing mankind."ss and, of course, the media mob echoing the scientific community's panic. 1974, take a look. time magazine wondering if another ice age is on the way. 1975, o "newsweek" dedicated a massive report to the "cooling world." of course, there was no ice age in the '90s, civilization did not end. in fact, the exact opposite happened. worldwide population ballooned, life expectancy increased, the standard of living around the globe, especially here, improved
10:10 pm
dramatically. that didn't stop the so-called scientific community like the so-called media and democrats are making wild end-of-days predictions, one after another. the ap, 1989 reporting "a senior u.n. environmental official says entire nations could be wiped off the face of the earth by the rising sea levels." now on to global warming. we left the ice age. it's a global warming trend, if it's not reversed by the year 2000, 2006, remember al gore the lunatic he is, warning that unless drastic measures are taken to reduce greenhouse gases within the next 10 years, the world will reach a point of no return. we're way past the 10-year mark. for decades, we saw one false dire warning after another. over and over and over and over again. a small example, i can run the whole hourr on this.take a loo. >> the planet has a fever. if your baby has a fever, you go to the doctor. this is what would happen to oumanhattan.
10:11 pm
they can measure this precisely. just as the scientists could predict precisely how much water would breachch the levees in new orleans. the area where the world trade center memorial is to be located would be underwater. >> ice caps could melt, raising the level of the seas. >> possible, probable, we really don't know, but if it happens, it means goodbye, miami, goodbye, corpus christi, goodbye, sacramento, goodbye boston. >> one scientist puts the urgency of the greenhouse potential in biblical terms, citing the warning given to noas in the old testament. noah knew trouble was coming, he said, and he prepared for it. >> sean: the media mob back then. you saw somere footage from al gore's "an inconvenient
10:12 pm
truth," 2007, it was actually a british judge ruling that the film was not suitable for kids in classrooms because of all of its false claims. one such claim involved polar bears. al gore implied that the animals were a doomed species. today polar bears are seeing an explosion in population and, atrecently the left has blamed l extreme weather now, okay, there's no more cooling of the earth, there is no ice age. we're not going to burn up. so we will say climate change and that will be if it gets hot or cold, we can say it's climate change and we are responsible. they claim the weather has become worse, it's killing americans in increasing numbers. that, too, is a lie. a look at the screen. 2018, fewer americans killed by floods, lightning, tornadoes hurricanes and heat than the 30-year national average. now, don't get me wrong. i believe we should be good stewards of god's gifts. clean air, water, important. but we are not dealing with the apocalyptic scenario they keep laying out. on fake news cnn last night, none of these facts seemed to matter.
10:13 pm
wolf blitzer, he went full on alexandria ocasio-cortez on us and even blamed hurricane dorian which is hitting in hurricane season in a hurricane-prone area of the world on climate change. take a look. >> we have 11 years to avoid the catastrophic consequences of this crisis. food shortages, rising sea levels, more extreme weather events like hurricane dorian that's churning towards the carolinas right now. >> sean: wolf, stick to the conspiracy theories, what you're used to. that claim is pretty stupid but it only got worse from there. naturally, you have sleepy creepy, crazy, well, joe 30330 biden, whose eyes filled with blood kind of rambling incoherently last night but even worse, multiple candidates on the stage comparing struggles against so-called climate change to america's fight against nazi germany in world war ii. nazism, fascism, japan, really?
10:14 pm
mayor pete? >> one of the reasons i love the framing of the green new deal ie it uses some of the language that we might associate with the way that we met the response of nazi germany in world war ii. >> just like the greatest generation won world war ii and just like the civil rights movement. this is our challenge. >> this is the hardest thing we will have done certainly in my lifetime as a country. it's on par with winning world war ii. perhaps even more challenging than that. >> sean: why don't you try governing south bend, indiana, first, because you're not doing a great job there. more challenging than winning world war ii? my father fought four years in the pacific. millions of people died in world war ii. does mayor pete and the others do they want to tell the greatest generation that driving a prius is tougher than storming the beaches of normandy?nd does he need to re-learn the horrors of the holocaust, just like the squad members that regularly compare, well, a lot
10:15 pm
of things to nazi concentration camps? the climate change hysteria is pretty insulting and so are the democrats' radical plans to battle this fake crisis. they want to ban, regulate pretty much everything you can think of. we have the tape to prove it. take t a look. >> let's talk about offshore drilling for oil. would you ban it? >> yes, absolutely. >> would you ban offshore drilling?u >> absolutely, yes. i will ban offshore drilling. >> would you ban offshore drilling? >> yes. there's no question i'm in favor of banning fracking. >> plastic straws are a big thing right now. do you ban plastic straws? >> i think we should. >> we have to factory farming because that's not only -- it's a danger to the environment and climate change.nv >> coal-burning plants. no one is going to build another coal burning plant. we have to shut the ones down we have, but no one's going to build a new one.
10:16 pm
we have to take combustion engine vehicles off the road as rapidly as we can. >> sean: excuse me. we can rightly mock the proposed bans on my favorite plastic straw and burgers, but the call to eliminate oil and gas production okay, that would be a death blow to our economy. plus, it would be a massive gift to vladimir putin. you know the hostile actor who runs a hostile regime in russia? the same russia that hillary clinton got her lying dossier from to try to rig the election? his hostile regime depends on one thing: oil and gas.you wants knees -- putin to his knees? out produce him a decrease in american oil production, that would mean russia would dominate the market. that would be strengthening putin's authority in europe. is that what the democrats want? in case you're wondering, the price tag of the democrats' climate change proposal, roro wel that's totally insane, too. look at these numbers. >> we are going to have to spend a lot of federal moneyto deal w.
10:17 pm
crisis. >> $250 billion immediately. >> your climate change plan. >> a $1 trillion plan. >> senator booker, you have recently unveiledon a $3 trillin plan to tackle climate change. >> $5 trillion. >> $5 trillion plan. >> $16 trillion plan. >> sean: for context, the entire federal budget is around $4 trillion a year. look at your screen. each and every candidate, they n want to add trillions of dollars in spending.16 trillion, bernie? that means trillions of dollars in new taxes in an economy that you're d destroying. most of the candidates support a variety of other new taxesha income taxes, sales taxes, carbon taxes, wealth taxes. that would dramatically increase, by the way, the carbon tax, a the cost of energy for every american. corporations don't pay taxes. they pass the cost on to you. that carbon tax, that wouldn't even be enough for bernie's plan.h $16 trillion, trillion with a t,
10:18 pm
in new spending just on climate programs. bernie sanders also seems to echo the sick and twisted and vile philosophy of planned parenthood founder margaret sanger with his sick, ugly support for abortionto support r countries>>. is this the new democratic party? take a look. >> educating everyone on the need to curb population growth seems a reasonable campaign to enact. would you be courageous enough to discuss this issue and make it a key feature of a plan to address climate catastrophe? >> martha, the answer is yes. and, the answer has everything to do with the fact that women in the united states of america, by the way, have a right to control their own bodies. especially in poor countries around the world where women do not necessarily want to have large numbers of babies and where they can have the opportunity through birth control to control the number of kids they have.an something i very, very strongly
10:19 pm
support. >> sean: is that the new democratic party? does it pretty much sum up the night n at fake news cnn? i think so. democrats, climate change. it's only a political tool, even the chief of staff of ocasio-cortezta recognized and stated publicly, designed to trick you to give up your liberty and your freedom and a lot of your tax money. so democrats can enact their vision of a socialist utopia and so people leave new york new jersey, they will be leaving america if this is implemented.. -- god forbid. this election is the biggest choice of our lifetimes. it's about living free or america as we know it dies, and the future of our country, their free world is at stake. before we get to our guests, let me address one glaring example of fake news media bias. pretty much every newsroom in america screwed this up and lied to you by accusing the
10:20 pm
president of lying.now, the pres tweet. oh, look at that, that is from i think august 29 and 30, proving the president, what he says about the earlier models about hurricane dorian, that it might hit alabama, it's true. but, if you watch the media mob, you would think the president is lying, as they always do. just another absurd example of trump derangement syndrome. take a look. >> the white house is falsifying weather reports so that it doesn't have to admit the president spent the weekend golfing and was not up-to-date on the storm's forecast. >> donald trump is not the sharpest sharpie in the drawer. >> it fits a pattern of the president putting out misleading information. >> the initialin reaction is to laugh out loud.it's laugh out l, it's so absurd. the other aspect borders on being truly dangerous. >> democrats keep looking for an impeachment inquiry. this isng against the law. this might actually be crumbs for them to say, wait a second.
10:21 pm
>> sean: it's right there, a lot of psychotic jackassesin the me. i'm sure we will get an apology. i wish i had time to name every name. joining us, chief meteorologist joe bastardi. he's a radio host. joe concha back with us. mr. bastardi, you've been saying for years that this is all part of the pattern and there's been many years that have been far worse in terms of weather changes and it's all part of a pattern.t was that track correct that the president was looking at a time that it was going to go across florida, was that an accurate track?did that actually happen? >> the computer models of the time, if you look at the spray it's over 600 miles in the gulf of mexico, and if you look closely, there's a deep black line that the computer model had
10:22 pm
and that's the mean of all the models together. >> sean: it's very early right? letf me ask you. >> it's very early. the problem was, and i have to say this, you make the statement sunday. by friday, people are taking it east of florida and the models all shifted over the weekend. that's what caused confusion. i never judge anyone by their weakest day. >> sean: we are running out of time. let me ask, they did predict a new ice age. they predicted we are going to melt away. they were wrong. are they wrong now? >> my goodness, yeah. as a matter of fact, life has never been better on planet earth. i'm going to end with thisbecaue along. ginay mccarthy herself was defending the draconian idea of the epa by saying yes, it's only going to be day .01 celsius over the next 30 years but it will be -- .01 c.i feel like that's ?
10:23 pm
i feel like peggy lee. >> sean: joe concha, the media mob. they've been wrong throughout the decades. they want to literally ruin the best system that's created the most wealth, the better life for people not only in america but around the globe. this is political or is this real science, h in your view? >> i see it as hysteria to stoke fear. cnn in the last couple days refers to climate change as the climate crisis, is if we are talking present tense, as if we're talking opioid crisis or the crisis at the border. and, look, last night didn't rate very well, as you said. a distant third among the three major cable news networks so maybe here's why. when you look at gallup, after the economy and jobs, here's what rates as the top priority ins voters' minds in 2020. i will list them in order of importance.
10:24 pm
the government poor leadership, immigration, guns, race relations, health care, unifying the country, lack of respect for each other, crime, violence, and you go all the way down the list l and you get to climate change. sp this isn't on the top of people's minds.the way cnn prest night. >> sean: joe concha.stop tellin. >> hurricane as a direct result of climate change was very irresponsible last night. >> sean: thank you both. really appreciate it. this is a plastic straw. you can snap it. joe biden tied to laugh away his gaffes during the interview with stephen colbert. that didn't work. we've got the tape to prove that and a lot more straight ahead.
10:25 pm
10:26 pm
here, it all starts with a simple...

10:28 pm
>> this is a fox news weather alert. hurricane dorian is pounding the coast from charleston cape fear. more than four people are dead and 250,000 compliers are without power because of downed trees and power lines there. happen rally is line leans.
10:29 pm
this is moving in a northeasterly direction at 13 miles per hour it could place dorian in the outer banks area of north carolina early on friday form more on the storm and where it is and what it is doing, we're live in charleston, south carolina. ray. >> mary ann, good morning to you. the worst of the storm is passed is here in charleston, but this morning we had sustained winds of about 45 miles per hour with gusts up to 59th miles per 59 mr and pouring rain at times. now that it has pasted and moving to the north, all eyes are on myrtle beach and north carolina. they could experience strong rain, wind and even the possibility of tornadoes. they have mandatory evacuations in place all along the barrier islands in north carolina in addition to other coastal communities. now, it is all going to be a perfect storm of sorts because
10:30 pm
it is going to happen in the dark of night, in addition they're going to have a high tide at 4:00 a.m. so it is all going to hit them at the same time. but there are 500 north carolina national guardsmen in place, ready to make rescues if necessary with hay water vehicles and helicopters, and mandatory evacuations are in place again, like i said, for the barrier islands so people have been asked to listen and not come home too soon. mary ann, back to you. >> ray, to you feel like supreme heeded the warnings to go ahead and evacuate and stay safe? >> slightly, because, remember, a lot of the areas that are being hit by hurricane dorian right now were hit by hurricane florence less than a year ago. that storm brought 105-mile per hour wind gusts and 35-inches of rain. in some cases, damage has not been repaired so people remember that storm very well and did not
10:31 pm
want to experience it again. >> the folks there not taking any chances. that's good to hear. stay with fox newschannel for more on hurricane dorian. we will keep you up-to-date, but for right now, back to hannity already in progress. >> he said "swear to it, sure." that's your moderate democrat. he has to spin it in a million thdifferent directions and try o keep it together on the campaign trail and as david axelrod said you can't hide him. he cuts it or he doesn't. unfortunate for biden, his biggest opponent is himself. take a look. >> i love this place. look, what's not to like about vermont in terms of the beauty of it?what a neat town. if you agree with me, go to joe 30330 and help me in this fight. watch what happened when the kids from parkland marched up to
10:32 pm
-- i met with them and they went on the hill when i was vice president, they went to the hill to go to see them. we choose unity over division. we choose science over fiction. we choose truth over facts. words that stung the nation and i would argue i know shocked the world. international leaders spoke about it. you had people like margaret thatcher -- excuse me. people like the former chairman and leader of the party in germany. you had angela merkel. we had this notion that somehow if you're poor you cannot do it. poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids. wealthy kids. black kids. asian kids. the largest growth in population is indian americans, moving from india. he can't go to a 7-eleven or a dunkin' donuts unless you have a slight indian accent. >> that's furniturey. -- funny
10:33 pm
>> i'm not joking. we want you all back in chains. >> sean: we decided to put biden's greatest hits at hannity.com. hannity.com. go to the page and you can vote. you get to decide which gaffe you think is the most interesting, the funniest. take a look and there's a lot to choose from and we'll give you the results at the end of the show. joining us and with reaction fox & friends weekend cohoston the newly-wedded pete hegseth and the author of the book "why we fight." national radio host sebastian gorka. alright, pete. joe 30330 signs on to the green new deal. >> yes. >> there's nothing moderate about their moderate. >> not even close. anyone who says they are not going nuts should win the poll for saying they're not going nuts. that's when you knowyou are ale. >> sean: hang on. you're newly married. his wife gave him a ringing endorsement, you may have to swallow it and vote for joe.tha.
10:34 pm
>> someone with no enthusiasm and no one to vote for themat a. here are the two parts for joe biden. joe biden has forever been given pass by the media and he is always had these gaffes. it's nothing new. the liberal media has never ever held him to account. now he wants to be the commander in chief, and as a result, they are actually checking what he has to say. it turns out, for the last two decades, he's had nothing to say.across the board, he's been embellishing everything he has to say and ultimately is held to account for that, and ultimately, listen if he wants to stand up on the debate stage with president trump and try to bring his embellishments, he will be ruined for that. he can't win pretending to be something that is not.that's hi. >> sean: listen, i'm taking him at his word. you support the new deal, you support the new deal. dr. gorka, your thoughts. >> look, this is the man who a,allegedly is the top of the ticket for the democrats. in one week, "the washington
10:35 pm
post," npr, and stephen colbert have gone after him. get a fork out. i don't care whether it's metal plastic, stick it in his campaign because joe biden's toast. he's done. details, schmetails. whether it's osama or obama, who cares, right, joe? either he has serious mental issues or he's senile, or he'she so prone to gaffes that he's more of a comedian than a politician. that was a great collage, and i think pete is right. i'm not crazy. crazy is the best part. this man can't be president because he's one of the most corrupt politicians in america. 49 years in politics. this is a man whose son got a billion-dollar deal with the chinese government after he traveled to beijing with vice president biden. this is a man who extorted, who blackmailed the ukrainian government and laughed about it
10:36 pm
and said, you better find that prosecutor who's investigating my son or i'm going to stop all aid to ukraine. this is a man who shouldn't be county dogcatcher let alone president.is >> sean: pete, do you agree with sebastian gorka? do you agree he's toast? >> of course. if you want to beat president trump -- >> sean: the nomination. >> no chance.he doesn't win the n. he is toast, i agree. if you want tom brady in the fourth quarter, you need him at his best and now they have a third-string quarterbackat the . he has lost three steps. he's not the guy to beat president trump. it's going to be warren or sanders. it won't be biden. they're living in the past. >> sean: thank you both. pete hegseth, dr. sebastian gorka. also tonight, the other radical 2020 democratic candidate, marianne williamson, she's under fire and under attack from other democratsir and she has suddenly come to the realization that the left in america is mean. we've been pointingg this out
10:37 pm
many times on this show. the left acts like it has a monopoly on compassion. every day unleashing an endless stream of vicious, vile comments. they get away with it. big double standard. and look at hollywood, for example. washed up actor jim carrey is accusing mitch mcconnell of being worse than bin laden. that comes after actress debra messing earlier this week wanted to blacklist all trump supporters in hollywood, naming all the donors. with reaction, fox news contributor dan bongino, fox news correspondent at large geraldo rivera. you know, are you, have you ever been, dan bongino, a supporter of donald trump?me in other words, are you a smelly walmart shopper like hannity. are you an irredeemable deplorable?i'm proud to shop at, i'm proud to be a demorable. i humbly cling to my guns for protection. i believe in the bible and my religion and my faith.6 yeah, i.
10:38 pm
guilty on all counts. >> me, too. marianne williamson, i don't know where she's been. having run for office, i am familiar with the atrocious left and how they treat conservatives.re i've said this before, but it's worth the audience tuning in. we think liberals are people with really bad ideas. but liberals don't think the same of us. they think we are bad people with ideas. there's a difference. that's what brings out this vitriol. i think why trump, the ridiculous tweets by jim carrey. debra messing, i don't remember the other guy.will from will ant remember his name. b they want to blacklist -- eric mccormack. they want to blacklist. this is real and this thing going on for decades and they just really, really dislike -- trump won't back down and that infuriates them even more. >> sean: by the way, he did
10:39 pm
win on the wall, geraldo. remember i said he's changing strategies not giving up. now he's promising, he wants 500 miles of that wall built. 3.6 billion reallocated, as he promised he would gets done. overall, how do you assess these climate change fanatics? >> i think what is very telling is the biden segment you did and friendly joe, lovable joe committing gaffes. it's a benign flub. it's not a really meaningful substantive issue.they're givin. >> sean: really? doesdo he look good to you? he looks look he doesn't want to be there. a thousand years since he left office. >> all that true, but you have a situation where he gets a pass for making a mistake and president trump, on the other hand, when he makes a mistake, it's a lie or he is stupid. there is that maliciousness, a malignancy in the criticism of
10:40 pm
the president that does not exist the other way around, and i think it's very unfortunate and very telling. i call myself roadkill. i'm in the middle-of-the-road. i get it from both sides and our late great boss roger ailes used to say, the only thing in the middle-of-the-road was roadkill. i think sometimes conservatives can be defensive. they can be almost embarrassed about their ideology. that's why they are afraid about boycotts. >>d like me. >> you are different. the new wave fox news channel they've changed the playingfiel. >> some of us. you're road kill. >> from the left, i get it's pretentious, it's smug, it's arrogant, they are smarter than me. they throw adverbs. sleazy this or that.
10:41 pm
it's so discomforting to me and so angering to me that here these peoplewhat is this. >> sean: the difference with you, geraldo. i'll tell you what the difference is, and i say this as a dear friend who respects you're coming up on your 50 years. you've had remarkable work in war zones, what you did at willowbrook. you've made serious, significant changes. even your fights on the set of "the geraldo show" were awesome. but, the difference is you love the country and you want the president to succeed. you might disagree on some issues, but you want the country to prosper. and you say it and you state it. >> we get one president at a time.. you know, when he succeeds, we all succeed. i think that there's a time fors campaigning. there's a time for partisanship. but, there's also a time where we are just americans. these bitter calls for boycotts and so forth, and debra messing

asking for lists and outing people. it's joe mccarthy. it's the reverse, the mirror image of what happened in the 1950s. it's as hateful now as it was then. >> sean: last word to dan. >> i've just never seen anything like it. i work out in a relatively conservative gym, and there was a guy with an obama shirt on and nobody said anything to him. yet we had a liberal guy come it guy from fox news? he better keep his head down. talking about me. really? does trump bother you that much you can't work out in the gym without some guy confronting you? get a grip, leftists. >> sean: i love my gym rat friends. i have a lot of them. you lift a lot, more than i do. but, i have one advantage over you, dan bongino. you know what it is. >> you would be proud of me. i literally just got out of an mma class before i got on the air. i am still sweating from the class. [laughs] >> sean: i bow in. you have my respect. coming up, a stunning revelation about the kavanaugh confirmation hearings.

10:49 pm
christine blasey ford during the kavanaugh confirmation is deborah katz, ais progressive wo was vocally anti-trump and now we know that during a speech this year at a feminist conference at the university of baltimore, deborah katz said part of the reason christine blasey ford came forward with accusations against kavanaugh was to tag his reputation with an asterisk. watch this. >> he will always have an asterisk next to his name. when he takes a scalpel to roe v. wade, we will know who he is, we know his character and we know what motivates him. and that is important. it's important that we know and that was part of what motivated christine. >> part of what motivated her. some in the audience were stunned, thinking it was a breach of attorney-client privilege, and although blasey ford's story had numerous changes, disparities and zero corroboration, she never once mentioned roe v. wade. it's also notable that deborah katz is known for representing victims of sexual misconduct, apparently unless they accuse democrats. for example, deborah katz called

tpaula jones' allegation againt former president clinton "very weak."sean. >> sean: trace gallagher with that report. here with reaction, author of the book soon to be released called "witch hunt, the story of the greatest mass delusion in american political history." fox news legal analyst gregg jarrett. fox news contributor sarary gn carter.investigative . greg, i just want to start with that. you know, i saw this man get the living crap beat out of him. every other weekend, it appears they would spike the punch and the boys would line up in the halls and there would be a gangg rape of young girls almost every other weekend. i never saw him spike the punch, and i saw him in the hall but he wasn't in line. you saw what they did to this man's family. this was the root of some of this?
10:51 pm
>> that was the allegation by michael avenatti's client, julie swetnick,, which was totally ludicrous and bogus. but the christine blasey ford allegations are now being called into question by her own attorney.se it's not just that it appears she violated the attorney-client privilege. it's more significant than that. she was actually saying that christine blasey ford was not telling the truth when she told congress that the reason she came forward was to do her civic duty. now it appears as though through her attorney, that her motivation, in part, was purely political to undermine the credibility of the supreme court in abortion cases. so that begs the question, was her testimony truthful overall? did she embellish some of it or at worst, did she invent some of it? so senator thom tillis, who has called for an investigation, i think he's absolutely correct. when you make a serious
10:52 pm
allegation like this against a proposed supreme court nominee, you must tell the whole truthed and nothing but the truth. the attorney is suggesting she did not do that. >> sean: let me change gears. sara, let me ask you, we now have jay sekulow breaking news last night, the aclj, the fbi, did comey have spies in the trump white house from day one. he said he didn't spy but we do know he's a liar because he signed three fisa warrants verified, told the president the opposite.when he went to trump , said salacious but unverified. are you confident inspector general horowitz's report and the other report which we expect will expose the outsourcing of intelligence gathering to circumvent american laws, are you confident that there will be the appropriate, well, indictments in these cases? because i know if i did, i'd be in trouble.
10:53 pm
>> absolutely. i think if there isn't and i've said this before, then what's going happen is that our justice department is going to fail the american people. we can't have a two-tiered justice system. and people have to be held accountable. as for j's lawsuit with aclj, it's important. peter strzok and lisa page were texting back and forth. remember publishing a story about a year ago where peter strzok was talking about having someone inside the white house, so this is information that needs to be rooted out. the department of justice needss to find the truth. it needsof to be exposed, and people need to be held accountable.e. otherwise, what do we have? what do we have? they are the only ones who can do it, sean. the only ones that can do it. >> sean: a lot of this coming up tomorrow night. we hope you'll tune in. thank you both. it's happened again. another disturbing attack on nypd officers. this time, new york's finest had milk thrown on them.
