"justice with judge jeanine" is next. remember i'm watters and this is my world. judge jeanine: hello and welcome to "justice." i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for being with us tonight. the beat goes on. a huge thanks to all of you for keeping our streak alive and make our last week's show number one all weekend long. we are ready to kill it again with congressman jim jordan, governor mike huckabee, dan bongino, kayleigh mcenany and more. chris cox, the head of bikers for trump who once gave me a ride around the republican national convention. he's riding for congress and -- running for congress and he's

riding into my studio to talk about it. all that coming up but first my opening statement. for the longest time many of us were convinced there was a two-tier ji justice where how we and not what you did was a deciding factor on whether you were made to account for your actions. as i crisscrossed this country there was one overriding question. when will someone be charged with a crime for the actions we have watched play out in washington, d.c. at the highest echelons of power. i will try to reassure them. but more often myself, that justice will be coming and i had not wasted 30 years fighting for that equal justice to tomorrow find out in the end that the system was rigged.

so now news that the first to fall will be jim comey's deputy director of the fbi and then acting director of the fbi for lying to both the inspector general's investigators as well as the fbi investigators, not once, not twice, but three times under oath. he lied to make himself look better. but he was even given the opportunity to recant his statements. something three-star general michael flynn was not. andrew mccabe knew full well he was the target of the inspector general and the fbi. thus he was on his guard. something michael flynn was not. >> something i probably wouldn't have done or probably not gone the away with in a more organized investigation -- more organized a-mile-an-hour straition, the george w. bush pore obama administration.

in both those administration there was process. if the fbi wanted to send agents into the white house itself to interview a senior official you would work through the white house counsel and there would be discussions and approvals. and i thought it's early enough, let's just send a couple guys over. judge jeanine: cardinal comey, you are so proud of yourself. are you proud that you violated white house protocol as well as flynn's constitutional rights, telling him he didn't need a lawyer? flynn, a man who spent 30 years defending this country. even though fbi agents themselves didn't think flynn was intentionally misstating the facts. i long said that bill barr is a serious guy. he's a no nonsense straight shooter who could give a dam about what people say or think about him. he's not looking to be famous for his next advancement.

he's good with who he is. now the department of justice has refused andrew mccabe's pleas to not be indicted. the grand jury of hearing evidence against him is being recalled after an extremely long day. so what happened during that delay. calendar-wise christopher steele, so central to this coup spoke to the fbi it appears more witnesses are now willing to talk. and just as i redictd in my book, the rats are jumping ship. who will rat on whom? who will points the finger and when? mccanes giement will be the first of many in the attempted overthrow of the president and you will remember it was andrew mccabe who began the counter intelligence investigation against our president regarding that old fake russia collusion. an investigation of someone at

the fbi is the kind of thing we don't hear about very often because that agency is one that is ground in its motto of fidelity, bravery and integrity. and it took someone like james comey, andrew mccabe and their cabal that bill barr noted unusually handled an investigation at the upper echelon that would normally be handled in field offices to make it clear that he thought something was wrong. for those of you who say what mccabe did was not such a big deal, i would ask, how many times did andrew mccabe recommend prosecution in its official capacity not being swayed by the it's not a big deal argument? you know, lady justice is blindfolded for a reason. the symbolism is clear. the law and its consequences must be delivered equally

without fear or favor. lady justice doesn't care about party affiliation, color or gender. she scares about corruption. she scares about law and order. when people at the highest level of government choose to change the rules, violate the law, leak information, unmask ininnocents and seek warrant based on unverified political opposition papers, lady justice will see through her blind folds. because america cannot afford to forget crimes that are a blueprint to frame a president of the united states. those who use power as a weapon because they hate the outsider president need to feel the justice that they tried to impose upon an innocent man for their own selfish purposes. the comey crew and the upper echelon of the fbi worked to prevent donald trump from

gaining the presidency. once he succeed, despite their efforts, they worked tirelessly in a conspiracy to drive to get him impeached. they can laugh at us, they can laugh at americans to believe the law applies to everyone. they can laugh at americans who believe in truth and justice. and they can laugh at the forgotten americans who put the outsider president beholden to no one but us in the oval office. but you cannot laugh at lady justice. that's my open. let me know what you have think on my facebook and twitter, hashtag judg#judgejeanine. in addition to the crimes, it

appears mccabe is going to be charged with, that the department of justice has refused to give him a pass on. are there other charges you think he will be facing in this particular indictment? >> well, i mean, who knows. we'll have to wait and see. what i do know is your opening statement was right on target. we know andy mccabe lied. our entire justice system is built on people under oath telling the truth. andy mccabe didn't do that. we know he lied three times. we found out he lied because of whom in the inspector general, michael home winds. the guy who was respected in this town. he heads up the inspector general's association. i am looking forward to the inspector general's next report to give a full understanding of what took place when they tried to go after the president of the united states. i want to talk about mccabe. ways amazing about mccabe, he and comey had a plan to take advantage of the chaos in the

trump white house to make sure that he didn't need -- tell him he didn't need a lawyer. not to warn him he could be charged for lying. he lied three times under oath. and the amazing part is this guy gets the opportunities to take it back where michael flynn, they said, no way we are going to give him his rights. they agreed to that ahead of hide. in addition to the clear lie, that he's going to be charged with. it appears that there are more things that might be coming from durham. durham is investigating in connecticut. and the way it's done is durham would keep his indictments if he has any under steel until all the indictments are ready. this is just to me -- this suggests to me durham may be done with mccabe if they are going to out mccanes indictment. but they haven't. so it may be sealed. do you have any idea what's

going on? >> i don't. when you reference what jim comey says about how they tried to trap michael flynn. think about this. just one month prior to that. just a few peeks prior to that they tried to do the same thing to the president of the united states. mr. horowitz points it out in his most of recent report. they go up to the trump tower meeting and james comey tries to trap the president while's telling the president he's not under investigation. jim comey, the guy who allowed the dossier to be used to get a warrant to spy on the trump campaign. jim comey who leaked memos to get the special counsel tried to trap michael flynn and the president of the united states while telling the president, you are not under investigation. these guys are problems and it's great to see what they heard from the justice department. judge jeanine: the other thing

is the fracture created because of comey and mccabe. >> you are exactly right. but for comey leaking this nonsense to his buddy richmond to give to the "new york times," a special counsel wouldn't have been appointed and we wouldn't have gone through the hell we went through. >> the first memo he wrote was immediate lid after that trump tower meeting when it's president-elect trump. on a secure laptop starts typing out what he and the president were talking about. they were trying to set up the president-elect of the united states while they were telling him he wasn't under investigation. this is the scary part. when they wrote the letter to the attorney general, if they can do it to a president, imagine what they can do to you and i. when you talk about blind justice and equal treatment, you are right. that's what's at stake here.

judge jeanine: that shows the clear intent, the intent james comey don't seem to understand. they know the rules. they knew weren't supposed to lie. they didn't want to protect a three-star general or give him his rights. i don't want them protect anyone. but you give them their constitutional rights. last night the i.g. sent a letter to house and senate judiciary saying my report is done. this is i call it the big a hundreda. this is the big one. this one, barr let comey liking, this is where combative gets the inspector general to say comey you swore to a judge and you chief frauded the fisa court. you were the head of this cabal that was to bring down a president. what do you think it's going to say? >> we'll have to wait and see. a couple things i hope happens.

i hope chairman cummings and chairman nadler at least allow us to have a hearing on the findings. i hope we have a hearing. spec we'll just have to wait and see. i know this. bill barr, the attorney general, he's look at what needs to be classified and what doesn't. bill barr starts from the right premise. remember what he said to the senate finance committee. he said there was a failure of leadership at the upper echelon of the fbi. then he used two terms that should scare us to death. he talked about political surveillance and unauthorized surveillance. so he starts from the right premise and we look forward to that investigation and that report at some point in the future as well. judge jeanine: i have to thank you, congressman jordan. if not for you and the freedom caucus we might not have known about this ourselves.

joining me with more reaction on all of this, host of the dan bongino show. dan bongino. i will let you have your two cents on mccabe before i go into what they are doing with impeachment. talk to me. >> mccabe is in a world of trouble. he brought up a great point. you are not going to be able to rely on a jury saying let's let mccabe go. i don't want to impugn a jury mccabe's leaks are direct at hillary clinton he's in a world of trouble if these allegations turn out to be true. he's not endearing himself to a jury by having called his supervisors in new york and washington, d.c. knowing he was the source of the leak and blaming them for it. it makes him look like a bad character person.

i think he's in a lot of trouble here. judge jeanine: it makes him appear what he is, a manipulative scheme were. a liar, obviously, then project on to other people. i think this is not -- i think that the charge that they have got for lying three times to fbi agents and i.g. investigators is not going to be the only one. i want to talk to you about sanders and the debates. one of the things sanders talked about was socialism. and he says -- and i have this in my book. he says different many up on the screen. the american crimes more apt to be realized in ecuador, venezuela and argentina where incomes are more equal than they are in the land of more ray show

alger. he said i was not that hot on venezuela. when he himself lad touted how great socialism was in venezuela. he says he wants now to do what they have in scandinavia and he doesn't want venezuela social i. is this guy -- he looks like he just jumped out of a garbage can. he looks like he hasn't combed his hair. he dos hasn't done anything in a while. it's just, i am here. >> you are making it tough to continue this segment. number one. bernie should crack a textbook once in a while. he should also crack youtube. he's on trip praising communists on multiple video. secondly, judge, what's going on

then he said it's an insult to talk like that. we are not stupid. let me ask you have a question. who did you find the most of fascinating at the debate. >> elizabeth warren has developed an ability to lie better than anyone. not all of the voting democrats out there, the candidates for president are all liars it's amazing that she got away with it. rationing for everyone in the country, she managed to get away with the fact, oh, yeah, it's not going to raise your middle class taxes at all. this not one credible sane study out there that says that. the fact that she wasn't put on the spot. at least bernie told the truth about the tax portion of it. i'm going to raise your taxes, vote for me. elizabeth warren lied by the so

is energy independent. half of saudi's oil production has stopped. oil could be $100 a barrel real soon. but if america is energy independent, we are also able to sell oil to the rest of the world. the democrats who want to get rid of fossil fuels, i think we ought to get rid of the fossils in the democratic party. judge jeanine: we export a high percentage of gas. is it gas or fuel more than we take in, i think. >> for the first time probably in i don't know, maybe 60 years, we are actually now an energy exporter, not importer. we are energy independent. and that is different' critical. there are four things the country has to do to be free. it has to think for itself it's

cost got to be able to file self and fund itself. fueling itself, being able to have its own energy source is the only way we survive. judge jeanine: if iran or the iran-backed rebels end up continuing -- if they threaten to attack more drone strikes on the oilfield, what do we do? >> we keep drilling, we keep producing and refining. because if we don't, the next option is russia. and for all these democrats who whine about how powerful putin is, the one group of people who empower putin are the ones who want to destroy america's energy industry. i don't know how they can be that dumb, but apparently they are. judge jeanine: lindsey graham

tweeted out it's time for the u.s. to put on the table an attack on the oil refineries. that that's pretty aggressive. don't you think? >> that's pretty hawkish. i love lindsey. he's my friend. i think his views ought to be on the table. that's not the best or first course of action we ought to take. the last thing i will see america get involved in is yet another military action. judge jeanine: bolton's departure, does this have any impact on this kind of thing? >> i think one thing we clearly know. i like john bolton. i liked him in the white house. i thought he was a good balance. but he served at the pleasure of the president. but the president is the one calling the shots, and he's the only person in that white house who was elected for the job he's

holding, and we need never to forget that. judge jeanine: let's talk about hamza bin laden. they announced they were grooming him to be the head of al qaeda. he was killed in the afghani-pakistani area. not clear on exactly where that occurred. they announced it today. why now? >> i am not sure what the timing was. i don't know if it just happened or they were just getting around to releasing the information for security purposes. maybe to protect some of the assets we had to help reveal his whereabouts. but the good news is for whatever the reason is for the timing of the announcement is he's dead. that send another message. this country does not quit going after the people who are after freedom, after us, and after bringing disruption to world

filibuster? >> that was dumb. i think the house majority can change the rules any way they want. we know the republicans did that when they were in. i think the democrats know the lemmings in the senate are not going to convict the president no matter what they show. so they have to time the hearings right so the american people have the maximum effect. i believe sometime in february there will be an ernest effort. including is the president moving markets. the president is making speeches about china trade and markets are going up and down. i want to know if anybody is benefiting on it. judge jeanine: now the guy is trying to take china on to make it better for us. >> i'm sick and tired of the

democrats huffing and puffing. they misled us on the trump and putin puppet for two years. they wasted $32 million. now they want to waste more our hard-earned tax dollars on this stupid investigation and impeachment effort on trump. speaker nancy pelosi obviously isn't on board because she would have said so. she is trying to stay out of it totally all together. number two, this is all about a fake narrative going into 2020. when i used to go to the protests, some of the paid protesters about their little signs about how trump and russia collude. now they will have trump is being impeached so you can't support them and you can't support republicans. this really -- average americans are sick and tired of this

when you have tell four lies in one war story. judge jeanine: i agree with you, i say joe biden doesn't know what state he's in at any given moment. i'm not one to stand back and not criticize. but that was, i think -- it hit me the wrong way. let's talk about beto o'rourke who finally has something to say. he says i'm getting rid of your ar-a 15s and ak-47s and they cheered. will that endear him to get nomination. >> certainly not. they have no respect for the second amendment and zero understanding of guns. if he had any hope of winning nationu nationwide, gone. any hope wing in texas, gone.

mainstream americans want to be able to protect themselves and that was anathema of any chance of victory going forward for beto o'rourke. judge jeanine: elizabeth warren is bright, i don't think she can add with her medicare thing. but nobody hit her. and if she is the leader they are going to start hitting her, i assume. it's like she was in the trench and everybody else was in the battlefield duke it out. what do you think her chances are? >> i think she has a good chance of getting the nomination. when we watch these debates, all the candidates are riding down the streets with training wheels on. they never met a match like president trump. there are varying degrees of crazies are going to be torn

apart by president trump. so the training wheels are going to come off. they can play nice in the sandbox now. but president trump will expose the frauds for what they are. judge jeanine: that will be popcorn worthy. but think about biden which i thought was frightening and sad at the same time. he was asked about reparations. he made a statement 30 years ago, i will never make reparations about something that happened three years ago. when he's asked about it, he comes back with an answer saying make sure your kid listen to the record player. >> judge, it was so bizarre. one of his campaign staffers came out saying record players are in vogue, they are really popular to cover for joe. like in the moments after the debate trying to make that comment seem normal. all of us were what's going on, joe. judge jeanine: kamala harris had

a shining moment when she duked it out with joe biden or sucker punched him. but she -- aside from calling the president a smool governor from the wizard of oz. i think she is on a downward track. >> she is. how many times the word president trump came out of her mouth. you couldn't stop this woman. she has an obsession with president trump. she thinks that the only way to climb to the top of the field which was to attack president trump. she is so incredibly desperate. judge jeanine: impeachment, impeachment. no one talks about anything, or they talk about venezuela or social i. and it's not making sense to anyone. last word. we saw rariving degrees of

>> i feel good. this is the next level of supporting my country and our president. he's under constant support. i would be like ron desantis, i would be in your face if you are pushing against the president. judge jeanine: i have seen you in public areas. you stand up strong. your organization for america and the principles. what made you decide to do it? in the end it's not easy running for congress. can you see yourself in congress? are you going to show up on a motorcycle? >> i will never be in an ivory tower looking down on my constituents which is what many people do when they get there. because i'm not a politician, i don't get distracted. i will bring resources back to charleston and the low country. judge jeanine: what the viewers are looking at is your ad.
