country and to the people of new mexico. [cheering and applause] we've cut a record number of job-killing regulations, saving the average american household $3,000. we passed the largest package of tax cuts and reforms in american history. what that means is a typical family of four in new mexico making $75,000 has seen their tax bill reduced by more than $2,000. [cheering and applause] and it's one of the reasons that, as the world is not doing great, you look at europe and you look at asia and china is not doing too well, i must be honest with you. worst year in 57-years, i would say that's not good. but i hope they still like me.

and we've taken in tens of billions of dollars worth of tariffs and we've given those tariffs -- and by the way, the china is eating the tariffs, they're devaluing their currency, the price is very similar. they're eating the tariffs. and out of the tens of billions we gave our great farmers because they were targeted by china. because chinaio knows, very smat that farmers love trump and trump loves the farmers. i said to our -- [cheering] i said to our secretary of agriculture, sonny purdue, i said, sonny, how much did the farmers get hit by china targeting them and pulling back ged doing all sorts of things. i said $16 billion. i said that's okay, we will take $16 billion out ofid a much, mu, much larger number, we're going

to give it to the farmers so they're even, and the farmers do love trump. they do love trump. and to keep new mexico's farms, ranches and small businesses in the family, we eliminated the unfair estate tax, or death tax, so that you can now give your farm or your ranch to your children. now, if you don't like your children, don't do it, but when it is your time to kick the bucket, you worked hard, you have great kids, you love your kids, they've taken cares of you, you really love them, it is a great thing if it is you dont love them, don't leave it to them, leave it to charity or someone else. i know a guy who can't stand his

children, they're horrible human beings, they are a little older, he wanted to leave them their wealth. i saiding why leave them, they don't even like you. but onhi the assumption you love your children, small farms and ranches and things, you will be able to leave them to your children, they have won't have to borrow a fortune to pay tax, they won't be losing it to the banks five-years later. we got rid of it, that's a big deal. thank you. thank you. our shared republican agenda is pro-worker, pro-jobs, pro-family, pro-growth and 100% pro-american. people came in, the took your jobs, no border, not border control. look at what is going on now. how we're doing. honestly, i mentioned to the president of mexico, we have today 27,000 mexican soldiers on the border, protecting our country and i'll take it. [cheering and applause] because our laws are so bad, they're so pathetic, and the democrats could change these laws, they could change them so quickly, we could change them nhl less than an hour, whether it is asylum, any of the laws, we have so many of them that are so bad, how they got that, it took years and years to end up, but the mexican soldiers, you see them, they're stopping people and the numbers are plummeting down, so i want to thank all of the representatives of mexico.

[cheering and applause] in my first week in office, i proudly withdraw from the last administration's job destroying cap, and this was a catastrophe, you know with the transpacific partnership, tpp, this would have destroyed the automobile business in our country. now newtr mexico, you know that you were totally devastated by another disasser known as nafta.

[booing] your state lost 33% of jobs after nafta was signed. now we're replacing that with the usmca, the u.s. mexico canada agreement. they will of the song "ymca." usmca, that's u.s., mexico, canada agreement, and it is drawing strong bipartisan support from all across your state and all across the countr country. juit's amazing. [cheering and applause] the county board of commissioners, all democrats, just unanimously endorsed the usmca and encouraged dong pass

it immediately. thank you, commissioners. all democrats, hopefully, they will put it up for a vote, nancy pelosi. they love it, farmers love, love, love it and everybody want it is, your farmers and ranchers, it is an incredible agreement and mexico already passed it and canada is ready to pass it, as soon as we do. see, they don't maybe trust us, that's why. why runted passing it now, they say we'll pass it soon as we do. they invited china freely loot the u.s. economy. china has been taking out 300 billion to $500 billion a year approximately, not million. think of what 500 billion is,

we've rebuilt china. now it is a different ballgame. somebody had to do something with china. president obama should have done it. presidents bush should have done it. president clinton should have done. it they all should have done. it frankly, they all should have done a lot of things that we're doing right now. [cheering and applause] so, if you look at it, nobody did it so i'm doing it and that's what is going to happen. we're doing well. [cheering and applause] so now we're taking in billions and billions of dollars from china when in the past, we never got 10 cents. we never got minute, we never got anything. you know, we got unemployment and losses, and some cheap pencils, more than we needed.

you could do with one less pencil. following decades of outsourcing, our jobs and factories are coming back home where they belong. if foreign companies do not want to pay our tariffs, there is one very simple solution, come and make your product in america, come and make your product in new mexico. [cheering and applause] and by the way, i'm just seeing this great group of people, this spirit, is there any place in the world that's more fun, or more exciting than a trump rally. really. is there any place? is not about fun, it's about achievement, because what we've achieved in the last almost three-years is unparalleled. there's never been an administration that in the first 2 1/2 years has done what we've been able to do or achieve. [cheering and applause] in a few short weeks, we'll be up to 1890. sounds -- 180, sounds impossible, federal judges, including court of appeals judges. [cheering and applause] because president obama did as you great favor, when i came in, i said i assume i have no judges to appoint. no, sir, you have 138 judges. 138!

didn't put them up, couldn't get them approved, i don't know what happened but we e started off wh 138, now we're up to 180. i just signed my 150th federal judge and court of appeals judge. [cheering and applause] and we already have two great supreme court justices. gore goresuch and kavanaugh. think of that. you come in and i've always heard the most important i think that president does, and i disagree with this anyway, but that's okay, i think the most important thing is our military and protecting our country. [cheering and applause]

, if you listen to the so-called washington elite why are they called the elite? we're smarter then them, make more money, better houses and everything that means the elite. that means you're the super elite. i've always taken offense when they say, president trump tired of listening to elite morning i'm more elite than them. [cheering and applause] i will think so. if we go by the old standards, better houses, better schools, made much more money, lived better, had everything going and then i decide to run for president. i'll be honest, what we have to put up with these people and others -- [booing] it is incredible, but it is the greatest single decision i've ever made because our country is turning around so rapid legal. i could not be happier, despite what they put us all through. [cheering and applause] after years of building up ore countries, we're finally building up our country. isn't that nice? it is time to finally take care of our own. and we're also aggressively combating the opioid epidemic, which is horrible. and, as a result of our non-stop efforts and billions and billions of dollars invested,

last year we saw the first nationwide decline in drug overdose deaths and it was very big decline in nearly three decades, 30-years. and, at the center of america's drug crisis, this is where thed hispanics know it better than anybody, people said, oh, the hispanics won't like a wall. i said i think they're going to love. it they won't like border security. i think they're going to love. it you know why, because you understand it better than other people. but, at the whole center of this crisis is the drugs that are pouring in, and you understand that when other people don't fad it. -- don't understand it. [cheering and applause] the border crisis, every day criminal cartels smuggle vast quantities of lethal narcotic

he's cross the southern border, including heroin, meth, cocaine and fentanyl, and we're stopping them now. you see the numbers, getting millions and millions and millions of dollars worth. we had somela shipments where it could kill half the country. the fend nel nalthe fentanyl, ad stuff. this is like a war like situation. that's why you're liking trump because you're not going to let that happen. guns and rifles and everythingac else, they go out into the desert areas and they hang left or they hang a right and they come in. but now, when you have a wall, they can't do that, right? they can't do that. it if somebody pies a tank of gas in scotland from an airport that i don't own and they happen to go to a hotel, he's enriching himself by 20 people. i'm going to lose billions of dollars, than is okay, i expected to do that when i did it i didn't know what would happen if i lost. supposing i lost, we would have had the same basic rhetoric. winning was great, supposing i'm doing all the things, supposing i didn't make it, i would have gone around and lost billions and i would have been really unhappy. but i'll tell you what, i expected when i did this in terms of opportunity in terms of certain places they can never do as well when you have this kind of rhetoric, so i'll lose billions of dollars, always expected. they say i enriched myself because somebody is going to stay at my hotel. it doesn't work that way, folks, and these are very, very

dishonest people and they know it [booing] >> it doesn't work. you know it, too. you get it. the democrat agenda of open borders places vast burdens on your communities and your schools and your hospitals and public safety, all at the expense of hard-working null new mexico families and throughout our country. sheriffs and commissioners from nine mexico counties recently sent a letter for your state's congressional delegation begging them to vote for strong border security. they want in new mexico. they don't want open borders, they don't want criminals pouring into your communities and doing what they do, and we won't even talk about that. they want strong -- these are people that are with you in many cases democrats, they write

letters, we need strong border security. you know in san diego, california is very difficult, always complaining, not doing great. but they wanted a wall in san diego. mayor in san diego, by the way. they wanted a wall. i will said let's build it some place else because california, you know, once we build it, they will complain. i said, you know, the people are pouring in, they needed it, they're pouring into san diego, going r going all over the place and people that had houses, they didn't like people running over their garden being all day long coming in from the other side. as soon as it was finished, we were notified, we didn't want the wall, why did you do a wall. it is all a game. i have love to take the sucker down and move it right now to new mexico.

[cheering and applause] and, if i did that, they would go crazy and say please, sir, don't do that. please, please, the same people saying we don't want a wall, why did you put up a wall? and i knew that was going to happen, i told my people that was going to happen. but they're very happy with the wall. most of them won'tth say it, thy love. it it only stopped 99.9% of the people coming here. [cheering] the only reason i'm not moving into new mexico is it would cause more to build it than to build you a brand new beautiful wall, so i will give you a new one. have have been dealing -- it had cost more to move it than to build a new one. they have it. but the commission, your commissioners wrote, i quote, our communities do not have the resources nor the budgets to handle the massive influx of immigrants we're experiencing. 24 is your commissioners writing to us in washington. your scarce resources are in danger of being rapidly depleted to the point we will no no longer be able to care for a sour own citizens, and our homeless population, many of whom are american veterans. so democrats put illegal aliens before american citizens. republican believe we take care

of our own citizens, first. i'm sorry. [cheering and applause] that includes millions of hard working lawful immigrants who waited in line, followed the rules and came into our country legally. change his opinions. they cannot accept the fact that they lost fair and square in the confirmation process and lake the president said, they will do anything with all respect to the president, it is not just about a failure of fact checking at "the new york times," the reporters who wrote this piece are the same reporters who wrote the book where they spent a year researching these allegations. these are not allegations, everybody on the committee knew about thosele supposed allegatis and now they're saying this is basis for impeachment which is, frankly, beyond hypocritical. >> there was moment today on cnn, interest was back and forth with jake tapper and the panel about this entire die napm wick an uncorroborated allegation. listen to how the conversation turned. >> the alleged victim had no knowledge while we're setting here talking about this today. >> if the book it makes clear

the woman who is the victim of the alleged incident doesn't remember and told friends she doesn't remember senate times has done a lot of work on this, but they don't have subpoena power, but there will be unending pressure from the democrats to get to the bottom of this. there is a cloud over brett kavanaugh that will be there -- >> there is a cloud over brett kavanaugh thatt will be there forever. john. >> this is the real agenda that's going on behind this, it is not about standing up for women's rights, this is about peoples. who want to deny the results of the 2016 election. president trump says he would apoint conservative justices like brett kavanaugh, the tems can't stand that so they're triping to undoing the election and undo the people he puts on the bench. this is a misuse of the subpoena power to attack and judiciary and browbeat politically justices to try to get them to

vote the way they want. this is something that we in our country have reject since the jefferson administration and the democrats want to turn the impeachment power back to a club to beat up our federal judges, that is something that would end the rule of law. >> i keep saying it is shocking but given what we were all discussing a year ago, it shouldn't be shocking at all. we had that speckle on capitol hillll that was really about shw boating for a lot of the senators on the committee. klobuchar, obviously, we had booker, we had kamala harris, everybody is up there auditioning for 2020, so it is clear, i think, why the democrats in the media are attacking kavanaugh again, building on what they sail, joe scarborough, believe it or not, summed it up today. watch. >> if donald trump is re' elected president, then donald trump and mitch mcconnell will determine the shape of the united states supreme court and the federal judiciary for the next half century.

the disruptions continually during the hearing, the people jumping up and shouting. beet reefed father who was a guest of senator feinstein who approached him. all of this stuff is something that's unprecedented. it is basically the eyes of ante in a-style politics -- antifa-style politics in the hall of the senate. it is a very dangerous thing they'recs playing with, i thinkt will harm them incredibly. >> they're desperate. i didn't have time to get to the angle becauseid of the presidens rally, we wanted to cover continue but do a flash back to saul's point, because ford's lawyer recently did admit the real motivation behind the kavanaugh attack as year later. watch. >> he will always have an asterisk next to his name. whene he takes a scalpel to row is v wade, we will knoll who he is, we will know his character

and we will know what motivates him and that important it important we know than is part of what motivated christine. >> what are they going to do not next nominee wish some conservatives are concerned that kavanaugh is not a strict originalist in the ct or, you know, the scalia, justice thomas or scalia mode, i'm going to say. that he is more moderate than some other people that could have been selected. what if it is barrett or hardman or other potentials. >> i think it will be really interesting to see if they try to do this to a woman because they've now set themselves up as the supposed ultimate preticketters of women's rights which is not what this is about at all, so what are they going to do to a woman. i would like to see that try it act because i don't think it is going to work.

what is important with is we all stand firm and we all continue to speak the truth about the error of these ways. you have know there reporters here spent a year, this is important, laura, they spent a yearar trying to find out more information blasey ford and they didn't get anything on her but uncovered information her supposed best friend who now says in the book i'm not confident at ball any of her story. did the press cover that? no, what they coverthe supposedly newd allegations when the reporters themselves left iot of the story the fact that that was unacross-the-board rated, nobody would say thatut that was true and that's what he they chose to cover. >> and the best friend of, close friend of blasey ford,. >> at the time they were best friends. >> had some medical issues but was not able to testify at the hear bug comes out in the book and said i don't remember this
