tomorrow 8:00 p.m. that >> the show that is the sworn enemy of lying, pomposity, smugness, and groupthink. corn pop? we are doing the show for you. sean hannity is next live from new york city and he takes it away. >> sean: keep reminding me all the taxes i pay. i love my accountant says once a year, whatever you do, sean, don't die in new york. i will try to come i promise i will try. >> tucker: you want to be on the plane to florida. >> sean: 16% from another bite of the apple, tucker, a great show, thank you. welcome to "hannity" and we are tracking multiple big breaking news stories. coming up tonight, we will cover ongoing latest fake news saga at "the new york times" come almost a daily occurrence. the paper's long-term credibility crisis has never been worse. president trump, b by the way in other news, locked and loaded,
6:01 pm
we have those issues but weight is the hostility in the developing situation out of iran tonight. we start with another addition of jerry nadler clown show on capitol hill. again, and other circuits in case you haven't heard, nadler's judiciary committee have started impeachment proceedings i guess against president trump, for what? high crime, misdemeanors, nobody knows, not even he knows. it is one big political stunt nothing short of a psychotic rage, a hatred that is never-ending. every second of every day. the simple truth is, there are no high crimes, there are no misdemeanors, no collusion, no conspiracy, no obstruction but the dog and pony show must go on. the judiciary chairman needs to appease the radical extreme base of this new democratic party. if that means destroying the careers of his colleagues every other house member and moderate
6:02 pm
districts and districts donald trump won they could care less. it hurts the country but sadly he could carry the left. like speaker name only nancy pelosi, nadler is terrified of the squad. and all the other extreme socialist that announced during the ship of this new extreme radical democratic socialist party. and today, nadler, former trump campaign manager corey lewandowski before the committee and corey lewandowski has testified before the house intelligence committee not once but twice. the senate intel committee for eight hours. and he was interviewed by special counsel mueller witch hunt team for over 15 hours. so, jerry, what was the point of today's testimony? clearly today was not a fact-finding mission but political grandstanding opportunity by a group of inapt, angry democrats, people that don't care about we come of the people, you the american people. they are not fighting for jobs, or a safer world, they are not
6:03 pm
fighting for more security in the country, no, what they are fighting about the real issues facing america, donald trump impeaching for no reason, take a look. >> at the house and obstruction of congress across every committee and virtually every investigation of the administration. we have mr. mueller here. , judging by all accounts, it did not go well. more obstruction by congress by this administration and you follow instructions and you are doing exactly what you thought they were doing. you are a little allele -- whale soldier. to impact the election jim comey that very table, said after ten months of investigation we didn't have a thing. but bob mueller gets name special counsel and weighs $30 million in tax payer money, 22 month investigation set up that table a few weeks ago and gives the same darn answer. these guys over here, they don't care.
6:04 pm
>> president, you should be here to be telling the truth. the truth will set you free and the american people. i yelled back. the time of the channel lady is expired and he may answer the question. >> i believe there was a question, congressman. >> yes, there was. >> sean: chairman of the clown show on capitol hill and if you're listening i'm sure you will hear about it, you should know the democratic members on your committee, they pretty much look as dumb and stupid as you do every day. members of your committee, well, they were humiliated. they were embarrassed. corey lewandowski owned them. take a look. >> again, congresswoman i recognize the privilege is not mine but i'm asked by the white house and i would be happy to answer your question or you can have a conversation by yourself but if you would like to ask me a question. >> the reason is -- >> this is a house judiciary not a house party. >> are you the hit man, the bagman, the look out or all of the above?
6:05 pm
>> i think i'm the good-looking man can actually. >> are you ashamed of the words you wrote down? >> residents while well i'm very happy but you can read it if you like. it is pretty easy -- >> sean: nothing but a joke, the impeachment fantasy, yes to all the democrats on the committee, it is over, it's never going to happen, and what you are doing is you are showing the american people who you really are. the american people see this charade for what it is, but by all means, my advice, keep going. don't give up. keep giving this. all of your obsessive, compulsive rage, don't always give into the temptation. it is donald trump impeachment 24/7 because i'm for sure the president's campaign, they will thank you after 2020 november election. joining us the very latest fox contributor sara carter, the ranking member of the intel committee and that would be congressman devin nunes. you know, congressman we have
6:06 pm
dealt with this. they didn't care about law and order. they cared about obstruction. they cared about russian interference. maybe they would have looked at the dirty dossier if they cared about obstruction, they could have looked at the subpoenaed emails, the bleach bit and cure -- care about spine, and they could have looked into that but that not seems to impact tht why? >> what is really going on sean, jerry nadler and many of the top democrats including ones on the committee, they are being challenged by the left. so the squad is out fund-raising and recruiting candidates all over america that fit more of the socialist model. so that is what you are not seen. that is not what you are hearing. so they are caught in this fantasy land where they don't know exactly what to do or impeaching but they've got to do this to be their base. now, i don't see how today was any better for them than the mueller report when it came out and them you are hearing.
6:07 pm
i don't see what they were gaining from this politically. >> sean: you know, i don't know, but we've got a lot of steps now that are coming that i think we'll blow this all out into the water. sarah, look, i guess everybody knows there is nothing we have reported on in the show that is wrong. we were right about the dossier. we were right about the investigation. we were right about spying on the trump campaign. we were right about james comey, peter strzok, lisa page and all the others. we were ready -- right about the intel and being president obama's but the question is, we know you are rie see the evidence is there, but it's overwhelming. when is something going to happen? do we know the answer to that yet? >> i don't think w we know definitively the answer because the doj, remember, sean, they are being tight-lipped about this. this is an intense investigation and its all-encompassing, john durham, and john durham is looking at every single aspect of the very beginning.
6:08 pm
the origination of the fbi probe into president trump and russia. which is now defunct. and if anything we know that horowitz is ready. his report is ready and being over viewed by the doj as well as the fbi for any classified information. i think an important fact here is that the information that has already been sent over to william barr to the attorney general from a lot of that information, the fisa as well as the other documents, bruce ohr, congressman nunes requesting, may be declassified before the horowitz report comes out. that way it limits the classification of the report for the public. this is very important. one thing, i've spoken to a number of senators today. i've spoken to a number of people today. they say let's take our time with this. let's see what develops. not rush. let's make sure this is done right so that the american people get the full truth. in the end, sean, this is going to be at the hands of attorney general william barr
6:09 pm
and john durham. they are in charge. they are the ones that have oversight, and they are the only ones that can indict or move forward with any type of criminal prosecution if any of these laws were violated which we know they were. >> sean: devin nunes, you know this as well as anybody. where do you see this now coming or going? and we keep hearing that the fisa report by the inspector general will be devastating. i would assume that he concludes all four, five applications were obtained illegally. do you see in a different conclusion than that? >> no, i don't, sean. where we are at right now are in evidence gathering. you look what came out with james comey a few weeks ago. that was more evidence. if you look at the horowitz report from i think what sarah said is correct, the more that can be declassified, the better because we don't want to get the horowitz report out and i don't know how many pages it's going to be but i imagine it will be
6:10 pm
long. we want the american people to see everything. in order for that to happen a lot of the documents that we have been requesting to be declassified have to be classified now. i would only add on with one final point on all of this and that is that durham needs to gather all of the evidence and needs to make sure that whatever he takes, if he's actually going to do a prosecution of the dirty callouts, he needs to have all the evidence. he needs to get it right. because we want to make sure that justice is definitely served in this case. >> sean: all right, congressman, thank you, sarah, thank you. and we turn to breaking news in the middle east. president trump reportedly weighing totality or a action against iran after hostile regime carried out a devastating attack on major oil facilities in saudi arabia. that impacting the life of the economy around the world and the free flow of oil at market
6:11 pm
prices. that would impact many other countries economies. we would do okay. we are friendly energy dependent after 75 years and number one producer of energy in the world, but impacting the economies of people we do business with. it is impacting us. tonight the secretary of state mike pompeo is traveling to saudi arabia has these pensions in the middle east continue to rise. and the middle east, an important election and the results, as we speak, and my sources on the ground telling me, it is too close to call. the prime minister, to chilean figure in our time, bibi netanyahu, the political future to hang in the balance, it would not be good if he is no longer on the world stage. and the author of defending israel the story of my relationship with the most challenging client, my most challenging client, harvard law professor, dershowitz, pete, life in israel a little after 4:00 a.m. pete we will start with you
6:12 pm
there. i see some votes been counted, but i'm told the final outcome is in doubt by everybody. and like in the last election in april, it was close at this hour as well. >> yeah, the television in israel, too close to call because the exit polling will be certified today. one thing i will say commit is close at the top of the poles. the tenure who has done better once the votes certified in the media no friend of him but similar to president trump faces in the united states. the media here are very bibi netanyahu left-wing and so we've had to deal with the face of that as well as other charges but ultimately, the united states has had no better friend than bibi netanyahu. i've even seen campaign with bibi netanyahu throughout jerusalem so this election is about him i'm at the security situation has been great under the last ten years for him. there is a lot of internal
6:13 pm
politics going on but as it pertains to the united states, if bibi netanyahu not able to perform a government that is what happens next. someone has to form a government, he might get that chance first. but again, this will unfold for weeks going forward. but if bibi netanyahu not to be the prime minister, that would certainly change the landscape. >> sean: let me go to my friend, professor dershowitz, the prime minister saying we will work for a zionist government and we will block coalition with terrorist praising arabs. there are arabs in israel, there are citizens that vote. they cannot vote conservative, and for any left point government to be formed, they would need that coalition. i don't see that unfolding either. i mean, we now have gridlock, if you will, and his role at the end of the day. it will be hard for anybody to form a government. >> bibi netanyahu has been the magician in the past and turned defeat into victory. he may do that again.
6:14 pm
the first election is over. that was between netanyahu and cans. the second election and the two major characters are the president of israel and lieberman who has eight to ten seats with his party. and he made be the mentor. he is trying to forge a national unity government in which both alternate as prime minister and you get a government with not 61 seats but 70 or 80 seats. the problem is he said he won't sit down with bibi netanyahu because he was under investigation. so he's putting the interest of the fake criminal justice system because he didn't create any crimes over the interest of the government. i think it would be far better if they were able to form a national unity government if neither of the two. formed their own government. >> sean: in his particular
6:15 pm
case, it's not likely that he would form with the arab coalition either. >> no, he won't form with the arab coalition either. i've known lieberman for years and i've known bp netanyahu since 20 years old. i know all the players and they are all zionist and they all love america. none would allow iran to develop nuclear weapons. this election is not about issues as it was a referendum on benjamin netanyahu much like 2,020 -- 2020 election on donald trump here or there are parallels what's going on in hie in the united states. i try to draw the parallels my book "defending israel" because i know all the players and i personalize the issue that i'm waiting like everybody else to see whether benjamin netanyahu feature channel -- church chilean figure will be on the world stage. he's the only guy, we can call china, india, and anybody else come i think will change the nature of israel. >> sean: professor, the book

is phenomenal. we will watch for the results. thank you both. we will keep you posted as results come in and as warranted and iran and details become available. first, brand-new details with the shameful conduct at "the new york times," the so-called paper of record. now, the paper thought it would be a good idea to revive the unverified, and cooperated sexual assault accusations against brett kavanaugh, two times reporters publishing single source story from a third party claiming he witnessed kavanaugh had sexual assault at yale. what was not reported by "the new york times" in that article the alleged victim doesn't know a single thing about the alleged incident. and refused to be interviewed by the times, wanting no part of the fake news trump or age. so why didn't the times initially report this incredibly important fact? according to the authors of the report, the editors are to bla
6:17 pm
blame. >> during the editing process, there was an oversight. this key detail about the fact that the woman herself had told friends, she doesn't remember it, and she has not wanted to talk about it got cut. i think actually what happened, the editors being concerned about naming her come at the time, had a tradition of not naming victims and really have o deliberate whether to do that. in that sentence to have her name, it also had that she did not remember it. they took out the whole sentence and to remove her name to kind of protector and not just sending people to her door, we also took out the fact she didn't remember it. >> did you read it before it went to print? >> i thought we had, yeah. as soon as we realized this, we corrected it. >> sean: what we see here is not by admission but effort wide company effort to smear justice kavanaugh after the rest of the media mob lied, smeared, slandered, and the character assassination against the president and then of course anyone close to the president.
6:18 pm
don't hold your breath waiting for an apology or correction. it's never been more obvious "the new york times" is not a newspaper, it is a propaganda social estate party and literally fake line news. all of those involved in the sleazy conduct, they are not journalist. journalism died in '07. we have been right for two and a half, three years and they've been wrong. for dishonest operatives working in an echo chamber known as the media mob and i called him a mob for a reason. that is why these disgusting smears are repeated over and over again by nearly every other mainstream media outlets. look at news busters. they reported the news network and spent 30 minutes reporting the times b.s. reporting. i wonder if they spent 30 minutes correcting it. meanwhile fake news cnn conspiracy television msnbc, they dedicated a whopping 233 minutes of coverage. they will spend 233 minutes of coverage now correcting the record and their mistake?
6:19 pm
this has been the ammo now for the last three years, lies, conspiracy theories, fake news come a hoax, one outlet report said and everybody else repeats it as gospel. slander, libel, character association, this is what they do. this is who they are. and in the media mob hysteria over a single source on cooperated third-party allegation of assault, with no victim the mob neglected to report a pump show development. it does turn out it would be cooperating witness for christine blasey ford, the professor is not backing up her claims. why isn't that big news? despite the enormous pressure to do so, take a look. >> is sufficiently consistently last year in the reporting of this, that she doesn't recall te incident one way or another. but it did not ring a bell, and she thought the circumstances around alleged incident, the fact that ford had been in a

certain country club that day. the fact that it was a relatively small gathering and among other things didn't ring right to her. so she initiated a second conversation with the fbi and recorded all of this along the fact she felt pressured to change her story by friends of christine blasey ford and friends of hers in high school. >> sean: truth is a force of nature. ben franklin once said, fisting in any rebuke is the truth despite all the bad reporting, lies, misinformation, propaganda, bias, they will not stop you, we the american people from getting to the truth. tom, media reporter for the hill, radio talk show host, w0r -- wor. the media side of this, they don't want truth, they've gotten away with three years of lying and letting it go, moving on to the next group of lies so why would they change? >> i'm surprised after two and a half years of the mueller

investigation and russia collusion and everything that went into that reporting and when we just look at it, reckless speculation using flimsy sources, one source, nefarious sources surprised by what we are seeing in "the new york times" here appear the question now, sean, why hasn't anyone of importance at "the new york times" made any verbal statements over one of the biggest editorial debacles that this publication has seen perhaps since the jayson blair fiasco? the times always preaches about speaking truth to power, and speak about transparency from the leaders and the people they cover. they need to be transparent here in terms of how this story got to print in the first place. right now, they are trying to play a game of hiding and waiting for it to blow over. nobody has come out and say what has happened. >> sean: it is like cnn and one of the humpty dumpty, you know the guy, the stenographer
