tv The Ingraham Angle FOX News September 17, 2019 11:00pm-12:00am PDT
11:00 pm
>> sean: it's soulless, what you see on that tape. it's like something very wrong. we better arrest every one of them. hold them accountable. thanks, trace. that is all the time we have. let not your heart be troubled because laura ingraham is standing by. >> laura: hannity, fantastic show. >> sean: am i allowed to lodge a complaint?i' >> laura: sure. >> sean: okay. i'm watching the rest of the president speech in new mexico tost night and i wanted to see the ending. you cut to the debate early, and it was just at the end. sorry.nd i loved watching your show, too, >> laura: is that the white house speaking or is that you? >> sean: that was hannity. >> laura: i couldn't tell. i'm just teasing you. >> sean: the point is, we were right at the crescendo! a great work of mozart and then you are about to crescendo. >> laura: got it. you know what we used to say in the courtroom, we'lltake that
11:01 pm
under advisement. but i've got an idea. you handle your hour, i'll handle mine. >> sean: now laura is going to take it personally. >> laura: don't try to boss me around in my hour. i don't boss you around in yours. >> sean: i had to find the rest of the speech online! >> laura: we love the president's speeches, but he had hit all the new points we wanted to get across and we had a fantastic panel to dissect what we were going to talk about now. >> sean: you always have a great show. >> laura: good to see you. [laughs] i'm laura ingraham, this is "the ingraham angle" from washington tonight.the media ise elizabeth warren after her speech in lower manhattan last night. we areng going to tell you why e is president trump's dream opponent. and congresswoman ilhan omar is under fire tonight on two fronts. first, a rash of viciousus beatings caught on tape in her district. plus, new intrigue over her alleged sham marriage. president trump is currently raising huge amounts of cash in
11:02 pm
california of all places at this very a moment. actor robert davi has all the details, that hidden trump fans in tinseltown, really? first, democratic smasher smear campaign, that is the focus of tonight'ss "angle." one year ago, democrats and the senate judiciary committee showed the world how low they would go. how dirty they would play in order to derail the supreme court nomination of brett kavanaugh. of course, despite their best efforts, kavanaugh was confirmed but now radical democrats and their friends in the media are picking up where they left off. >> the sexual misconduct allegations against supreme justice kavanaugh back in the spotlight. >> a new book on kavanaugh by two "new york times" journalist mentions a previously unreported claim. >> a new allegation of sexual misconduct against kavanaugh.
11:03 pm
>> serious allegations on thein? supreme court justice brett kavanaugh. >> were previous investigations mishandled? >> laura: this new smash and smear campaign, you might've heard about it from these two "new york times" reporters in order to sell a book about the kavanaugh fight. klewd accusations, they threw them out with no evidence or even a victim. they were quickly smacked down by real journalists. that should have ended this entire shameful saga. but it didn't. the authors are defending their vile article since it has now become politically useful to democrats. but their big bombshell is imploding. you see, "the times" editors didn't want to include the victim's names so they omitted o key detail that undermines the entire allegation. this supposed victim has no. memory of this ever happening. it didn't give an interview. now the reporters' excuses are rolling in.
11:04 pm
>> we had her name, and you know, "the times" doesn't usually include the names of the know, "the times" doesn't usually include the names of the victims so the editors felt like it was may be probably better to remove it. >> did you read it before it went to print? >> we thought we had. >> laura: they thought they had. a new story here also. well, they were wrong. but don't worry about the slanderous charge, the damage done. auy people are making too much of this. >> it's two paragraphs in an almost 300-page book. we did not make a lot of this. the world is making a lot of this. we just put out every fact that we could find that hadn't been reported previously. >> laura: but the times reporters, in an excerpt use to hype their book, omitted this key fact. what is it? that christine blasey ford's friend now doubts her claims that kavanaugh ever sexually assaulted her. that's not all.
11:05 pm
kaiser also told the author she felt pressured by ford's friend including a former fbi agent to change her story. otherwise, they publicized h her past problems with drugs and alcohol. can you imagine this? now, we've seen this type of smash and smear job before when the deep state employed similarly sleazy tactics in an uncorroborated allegation against president trump. all the while media lapdog apreporting it all without a hit of skepticism. and when all turned out to be hogwash, talking about the dossier, et cetera, the left just moved on. nothing to see here. but even after all the backtracking and the corrections, democrats are still using this fake news for political gain. >> the calls for kavanaugh to go are now growing. this morning, at least six of the democratic candidates say kavanaugh should be removed from the bench. >> what should become clear is atthat he should be impeached. the house absolutely has the ability to impeach him.
11:06 pm
>> i think that he has disqualified himself for service on the supreme court. he should step down or be impeached. >> laura: speaking of people who disqualified himself. what is he at, zero percent now. predictably saying aoc has returned her own verdict. also calling for kavanaugh's impeachment and her provocateur protege, congressman ayanna pressley, followed up with a resolution in the house today, which of course kamala harris seemed to almost take as her cue to act. kamala is pursuing jerry nadler to investigate, and yes, impeach kavanaugh. if they don't act, senator harris wants to turn it into the next mueller probe. >> the process by which he was confirmed has created a crisis of confidence in that court. if the united states congress doesn't act, well, then, let's
11:07 pm
appoint an outside counsel. somebody who is neutral, who can review the evidence in this case, determine the creditability of the witnesses. we have to pursue justice. >> laura: hear that thud? that's the sound of kamala falling off her high horse. pursuing justice? it's the last thing they are interested in. that's nearly impossible three decades after any alleged wrongdoing, especially one with invisible victims. and the democrats know it. that is what is so sick about all of this. where trump is on the campaign trail selling peace and prosperity, democrats are sowing chaos and calamity. what they are doing to kavanaugh right now is a classic leftist smear operation. throw out charges all over the top, inject them into the media ecosystem, where compliant
11:08 pm
journalists will eagerly spread the fake news. the charges are so outrageous, so lurid, that they are beneath response but the press, possessed with anti-trump hatred, endlessly regurgitates them over and over hoping to inflict maximum damage and they are doing all of this while controlling only one house ofof congress. i am here tonight to tell you, or ask you, imagine what they will do if they win the white house again. give them the presidency or the senate, and they will use the power of government to do to us what they are doing to brett kavanaugh. they will demonize opposing voices and work to silence them or intimidate them. but i have to believe that fair-minded americans, anyone who has a son or a brother going off to college orr in the workplace will see this new kavanaugh smear for what it is. a sad, revealing and desperate commentary on the current state
11:09 pm
of the democrat party, and the press that long ago stopped calling balls and strikes. that is "the angle." join me now with reaction carrie severino, chief counsel and policy director of the judicial crisis network and coauthor of the fabulous book "justice on trial." also, a conservative commentator and filmmaker, dinesh desouze author, both of you, great to have you. carrie, you literally wrote the book on this case. people can believe, are we here again? what really is going on here? the authors have said, their intent was not to fuzzed things up here. their intent was to put the facts out. >> in happen to have read the entire book and let me tell you it is not just one paragraph and a 300-page book. i've got pages and pages of notes. they got this wrong, they got that wrong. eyere was an excerpt and "the atlantic." they also left off exculpatory comments. they said, oh, the people involved in the ramirez thing who were alleged to have been
11:10 pm
there didn't say anything. turns out they did. they said this never happened. this is the problem. these smear campaigns have been run, now they are trying to parlay.n, no new facts, no new evidence into somehow impeachment investigations. you and i both know that is legally absurd. you can't even impeach a supreme court justice for things he did 30 years ago. it has to be things he did after taking office. a this is a lunacy. there really just playing for the cameras.trying to raise cam. >> laura: this is about 2020. dinesh here's what one of "the new york times" authors it said on "the view" today about these calls for impeachment. >> it's fine to have a series of democratic candidates calling for impeachment, but that was before the book came out, which is today. you alsoe have trump kind of jumping on, saying, we have an agenda, which was not our intent. our intent was to revisit these facts with detail and depth and then have people open their minds. >> laura: dinesh, is it fine to ruin a man's life, his career, based on misleading, incomplete
11:11 pm
and even deceptive reporting of or hyping of a book that is just out? >> i think this has now become standard modus operandi, not aronly for "the new york times" but the media left colluding with "the times."e we see and hear the way they work hand-in-hand, so this is not a republican and democratic fight. the democrats have allies in hollywood and academia and the media, and that is how this plays out. now, of course, among the presidential candidates, they are all competing for the votes in the craziest people in their own party. there is a kind of competition to pivot to the left so it is very predictable that this would take this course that all of them will keep coming for impeachment. it will never happen, it is kind of ridiculous but nevertheless this is the way in which each of them shows that they are more left-wing than the next guy. >> laura: tonight, chad pergram,
11:12 pm
our producer on capitol hill has said that off-camera, pelosi is not pushing forward on the kavanaugh deal. doesn't look like it, at least. it says she has not really spoken to members about kavanaugh and they are focused on everything else from funding the government to funds. she smart enough to know that this is a nightmare for the democrats. >> not a good move. a lot of people are saying, why bring this up? thise ignited the republican bae last year and why bring it up now because i think this is all about politics but i think there is something else, an attack on the judges themselves. they want to intimidate just as kavanaugh.es keep stepping out of line and we will continue to destroy your reputation. they love to intimidate the chief justice, anyone else who might dare keep their name on president trump's list to be nominated for a future vacancy. i think that is the real problem. they don't want the justices to be able to have an independent voice. >> laura: this is an attack on the judiciary, in my view. people think it is about kavanaugh, is not about any of it. this is about, you better watch your back. you better watch what you're
11:13 pm
doing. there is implicit threats, just like they threatened leland keiser, friend of christine blasey ford. it's a type of threat against sitting supreme court justices or future. >> because they are on the bench for life, but it's their reputation at risk like this for nothing. an allegation that the alleged victim herself doesn't think happen. >> laura: "the new york times" was also forced to apologize this now deleted really offensive tweet promoting its kavanaugh hit piece, but it wasn't until today that we actually found out who wrote it. >> i drafted this with this in mind, to have actually the opposite effect, which is to anticipate those who would say a guy pulling down his pants at a party when they were drunk is on the spectrum of sexual misconduct, it is not sexual assault, it is not rape what's the big deal? put it in context and say actually it was a big deal and for those who minimize it and
11:14 pm
dismiss it, i was trying to let them understand and i had the opposite effect on twitter. >> laura: there is so much there. dinesh, this is one of the hit pieces co-authors. your response? >> i think that was a case where they were trying to pedal back the offensive content of the tweet, but i want to pick up the theme about kavanaugh here because i think it's right that is was an effort to intimidate kavanaugh. to telegraph to kavanaugh, hey, if you pivot to the left, we will start treating you better. it's really important that kavanaugh recognizeor this and kavanaugh, in a sense, take the page out of the book of clarence thomas. kavanaugh, remember that these are the people who tried to do t this to him. the good news is he now has a lifetime appointment on the bench, and he has a long time, in a sense, to teach these people a lesson that they will never forget.
11:15 pm
>> laura: kerry, if the president has another supreme court pick, what should he take from this experience? be careful, moderate judicial temperament? >> you don't negotiate with terrorists. do not give in to this kind of behavior. in fact, he should just keep doing what he has been doing. we need to appoint judges that are going tot e be faithful to e constitution and do continue to vet them for what we all know they need which is courage. any courage on the bench to stand up to these kind of attacks and make it through the confirmation process. if they have done this to kavanaugh, what do you think they do the next time? especially if he is replacing a liberal judge. heads exploding. >> laura: notre dame. notre dame professor, how would you put her in the pantheon of judicial conservatives faithful to the constitution? >> with the evidence we've seen so far, looks great on her. there is a lot of great people on this list. she's talked about as a front runner but i think it is anyone's game still. you've got to have the vacancy first. >> laura: absolutely.great to r,
11:16 pm
kerry and dinesh, thank you so much. as i told you one "the angle," kamala harris has jumped on the kavanaugh impeachment wagon. unbelievable. pressuring jerry nadler to investigate the supreme court justice. we've got mollie hemingway riding follow-up books to all whis. joining me now, former whitewater deputy and independent counsel, fox news contributor, is this latest impeachment bush going anywhere? >> no, when joe scarborough even he scratches his head and says he doesn't understand what senator harris is doing, you know you'veha got a problem. and, for senator harris, who had a dreadful record of suppressing exculpatory evidence when she was the d.a. in san francisco, they had to dismiss more than 1,000 criminal cases because of her office or policy. she is the last person who should be commenting about the integrity of the judicial system.
11:17 pm
what is really amazing here is that it was also obviously preplanned, laura. the evidence is so absolutely flimsy. but, as i said last night, this is a war, this is a culture war. it's a total war. they will be unrelenting, and conservatives just have to be ready and to be vigilant and return fire with fire. >> laura: this is all about 2020. people are trying to jump over each other to prove their progressive bona fides. so when aoc comes out and pushes for impeachment or investigation on the road to impeachment, ayanna pressley comes out,nn same thing. the squad is an action and even before that, with several democratic candidates for the presidency saying a sitting supreme court justice should be impeached for allegations about conduct, uncorroborated, from 30
11:18 pm
years ago. is the message don't even think about working in the trump administration because this is what we will do to you in any capacity? >> it doesn't appear to be working, and they don't seem to realize the same thing can be and will be done to their judicial candidates and their supreme court candidates the next time that they have a president and that is really a shame. why can't they follow the example of the supreme court? the supreme court still has a number of liberal justices. these are strong personalities who have very differing constitutional opinions, yet they are incredibly cordial and have urged the country and have urged the politicians and the senators in particular to stop this, and they just don't get the message. the progressive left, the coastal left, the lunatic left, they just don't get it and they just don't care. i'm tellingus you, it's a loser. they are going to get crushed by this.
11:19 pm
>> laura: sol, i also want to get your reaction to something different. this corey lewandowski on the hill today, house judiciary committee democrats and they were trying to get trump's former campaign manager to give them dirt for their impeachment probe on trump, and i think it backfired. watch. >> are you ashamed of the words that you wrote down? >> president swalwell, i'm very happy with what i've written but you're welcome to read it if you like. >> are you ashamed to read out reud? >> i'm not ashamed of anything in my life, congressman, are you? >> when you refuse to answer these questions, you are obstructing the work of our committee. ayou're also proving our pointo the p american people to see. the president is intent on obstructing our legitimate oversight. i you are aiding him in that obstruction. i will remind you that article three of the impeachment against president nixon was based on obstruction of congress.
11:20 pm
>> laura: throwing drown, sol, going right to nixon and obstruction. is there any parallel whatsoever to his analysis there? >> richard nixon was not successfully impeached because his administration officials or his friends were rude to congresspeople. he was impeached for classic criminal obstruction of justice. however, i do want to say theycr have a right to question lewandowski. the legal position he was taking is a loser in court. the problem is, the democrats in congress have taken so many ludicrous constitutional and legal positions during the whole dependency of the mueller investigation the nobody listens
11:21 pm
to them anymore. jerry nadler is no peter rodino. of course, he had the support of the entire democratic establishment. the fact is on this particular issue, i think it is ridiculous that he can't answer questions about conversations he had with the president.but no one listene democrats any more because they are way out there. >> laura:: deliberate process you know, conversation with the president, i would love to make that case in court. i don't think it's necessarily a loser. let's litigate it and see where it goes, i guess, sol, right? >> absolutely. that is what is so amazing, they don't want to litigate anything. >> laura: they never want to litigate these things that you and i would be fascinated by. great to see you, thanks for coming in. the media, they are ready to hold a big coronation for elizabeth warren. >> she started out with all these doubts about pocahontas and very negative coverage, so the second impression has been a lot better for voters. >> laura: okay, what are they missing? in moments we are going to explain why the speech in new york she gave in the city last night has the trump team skipping daisies. don't go away. ? ? o

11:25 pm
sure, she has drawn big crowds kein liberal strongholds like seattle and new york city, but would she dare make a statement like this one in ohio or michigan? >> i wanted to give this speech right here, and not because of the arch behind me or the president that this square is named for. bnope. we are not here today because of famous arches or famous men. in fact, we are not here because of men at all. >> laura: here now, two famous men, who know how this plays with the voters, democrat pollster, tom bevan, cofounder and president of real clear politics. all right, doug, is elizabeth warren a dream opponent for trump? or is trouble afoot? >> well, i think, given that the economy remains strong, there is no sign of a recession as of myt. laura, i think the answer is simply, yes, she is a dream
11:26 pm
opponent. she doesn't focus on economic growth. there is only an emphasis on redistribution.is for her to make gender appeals may make sense in a democratic primary, where up to 60% of the voters are female, but goodness gracious, that is not an appeal that you'd want to make in a general election where the swing voters in the midwest, as you suggested, are largely centrist. >> laura: tom. i understand making a pitch for women voters, that is fine. i think women care about peace and prosperity, and the world economy. some women are tired about the me too excess, spending, and borders, but it's fine, to do it at expense of almost ridiculing
11:27 pm
men, i don't see how that plays anywhere outside of places like nyu which is a great school, but it's pretty liberal. i don't get it for the life of me. that is not who she has to convince. >> no, and i think, again, she is in the middle of the democratic primary. she's got a win over primary voters first and foremost and then sort of worry about getting back to the middle to appeal to those voters, but there is no question she is a less formidable general election candidate. she runs eight to 10 points worse than joe biden in ohio wisconsin, places like that. it's no wonder that you saw the ad that trump's campaign came up with him tagging joe biden for maybe not having all of it. i think the trump campaign actually wants to see joe bidene elizabeth warren as the nominee because she will run much softer and the middle of the country and that is trump's stronghold.
11:28 pm
>> laura: he's been touting the anticorruption plan on the trail.n >> i saw the biggest corruption plan since watergate. a lifetime ban on senators, congressmen or and cabinetsecreg lobbyists. no more hiring corporate lobbyists to staff up the federal government! >> laura: warren didn't always have a hatred for lobbying, did she? she accepted least $95,000 from federally registered lobbyistsde senate. of course, warren accepted the money during the 2012 and 2018 senate election cycles, a so doug, could hypocrisy like this end up hurting her, or do people just say, now she has evolved in the left direction so that the-d with the primary voters? >> the primary voters, i think it will be good. she is only taking small donations, and the big donors
11:29 pm
who i saw interviewed in a piece on the same subject in "the new york times." i guess it was last weekend.lasy careful not to attack her. that being said,s this is a womn who used to be a conservative republican, is a multimillionaire, and is now for radical redistribution of wealth. her program is, again, appealing, one, in a primary, i haven't heard anything about job creation. >> laura: they don't even talk about the economy. wealth inequality, they've given up. i just want everyone to understand who is watchinghe "the ingraham angle" right now the democrats in this campaign have given up the idea of really raising your standard of living. they don't talk about it, they can't answer trump on this, and it's been glaringly obvious in these debates. they are done with that. it's on to social justice causes and that is aboutre it. now, tom, you mentioned this ad
11:30 pm
the trump campaign just put together about biden. i want everyone to watch. >> i think biden looked unsteady at many points. >> play the radio, make sure the television -- excuse me, make sure you have the record player on at night.the phone. >> he's not the most polished speaker anymore. >> the bills that the president -- excuse me the future president here. >> a lot of people are concerned by joe biden's ability to carry the ball all the way across the end line without fumbling. >> go to joe 30330 -- >> he looks unsteady and almost ike a deer in the headlights. >> what are we doing? what is going on right now? >> laura: the spooky music, too. does biden have the stamina to gke it to the finish line, or look, he's going to keep going? he has not lost any groundin th. warren has bumped up a little bit, but biden is pretty much
11:31 pm
where he was, or up five or six points. >> that is the case in the national polls, but in iowa and new hampshire he is considerably weaker. i think warren is the clear favorite among both insiders and increasingly, ordinary voters. i don't think really that biden has the stuff to go the whole distance. >> laura: are you buying that?a. >> biden just slipped under 10 points. his lead is under 10 points in our national average, real clear politics "the wall street journal" poll just said elizabeth warren has 35% of voters are enthusiastic about her candidacy. that is up 15 points in the last couple of months, 12 points higher than joe biden. folks are enthusiastic for biden. she is creeping up be the favorite, for sure. >> laura:ha banning fracking that is going to work out well.i arabia. all right, panel, thanks so much. moments away, why california state lawmakers have proved today unbelievably dangerous. tom homan has a message for governor gavin newsom. plus, another rape illegally carried out by an illegal alien,
11:32 pm
11:34 pm
11:35 pm
and the state legislator recently passed a bill banning for-profit prisons in the state. sounds of a lofty. that includes four i.c.e. detention facilities that can include up to 4,500 illegals each. we all know the real reason for this. open borders. here is what the head of an activist groupup behind the bill told a local outlet. people do not need to be transferred. we've had closures in the state of california, and we were able to have just and humane closures where many people were released to their families. here to respond to this loony-ness, former ice directorr tom homan. what happens to all those individuals in i.c.e. holding facilities that are privately run? >> if they are successfulshut ye facilities, people will be moved out of state. the quote you just gave, wrong. i.c.e. isn't releasing anybody and they should have done their research because 72% in i.c.e. detention is congressionally mandated to be there.
11:36 pm
if i.c.e. released them, they would be violating the law. these people will simply be moved out of state to a county. jail, the highest detention standards in the country, away from theirom families, away from attorneys, away from the advocates, away from the network of attorneys over there. plus, you're putting a couple thousand u.s. citizens out of a job. bad idea, won't work. >> laura: gavin newsom was on cnn today, kind of a warning to people who are meddling in their affairs. watch. >> look, stay out of our way. let california continue not to survive but thrive. despite thee headwinds, despite everything you are doing to try to put sand in the gears of our success. >> laura: to the president and i think republicans in general. your. response? >> i think gavin newsom needs to remember he is part of the united states. california's part of the united states. >> laura: is it still? >> it is supposed to be.
11:37 pm
look, if he spent less time in el salvador and more time taking care of the homeless problem in california. how many homeless veterans are on the streets of california? yet he is running down to el salvador to try to get more illegal aliens to come. he wants to shut down i.c.e. facilities. it's not going to work. he says he is doing this for the immigrant community, this would damage the immigrant community. they don't leave the state they don't want to leave the families where they certainly don't want to go to county jail in louisiana and texas. our facilities are grade a facilities. anyone can go to the ice.gov website, lowest rate of custodyy state facility. >> laura: whether they are for-profit or not for profit,ru, high standards? >> highest in the industry. plus, the private sector does things better than the government. >> laura: you think? >> the most expensive beds i.c.e. has all the ones we own. we don't do it very well. the contracts, we do this for a living, they are credited.
11:38 pm
>> laura: it sounds good. we are going to shut down the profit-making!g!separating fami. >> right, you want to run for president and throw out and say listen to me. this is all about him, it's not about the community.. look, 90% of i.c.e. arrest, it's a public safety thing.they haven or pending criminal charges. i.c.e. is not going to release a single person, they're going to transfer them out of state. >> laura: in a moment we will talk to michelle malkin about what is happening in montgomery county, maryland. i know you've been following this. now we have nine rapes, allegations against illegal immigrants. oneon sentence on this. >> this is disgusting and we've been talking about this way too long. when is the commission going to be out of a job? when is he going to resign? what are the voters going to make him resign or get rid of the sanctuary policy was
11:39 pm
recommended, hwo many more victims do we need? nine is enough, ten is enough?w. how many are enough? little girls' lives have been lost forever because of this. >> laura: thank you. ,your expertise is much needed now.e as we just mentioned, the left's open border policies have a real human cost. case in point, today, as i mentioned, police and it sanctuary city brought rape charges against another illegal alien.our local fox affiliate wg reporting the 23-year-old salvadoran allegedly raped on her his own bed after he got her drunk and sexually assaulted her in his car. from our account and local reports, what we know of, he is at least at the 10th, not the ninth, illegal immigrant charged with sex crimes in montgomery county just since july 25th. joining me now is michelle malkin, conservative commentator and author of the fantastic book, "open borders inc." it is a resource, it is a must read. michelle, how many of these heinous crimes will it take
11:40 pm
before the voters in montgomery county -- again, this is a bedroom community of washington, d.c., to wake up? >> it used to be a safe and affordable community. i lived in germantown, maryland, we several of these illegal alien rape suspects preyed on women and girls. the one in this most recent case was six years old. c there was another one who was gang raped, allegedly, 11 years old. a 16-year-oldea girl in germantn who was taking a nap in herar tn home and there was an illegal alien rape suspect that perpetrated a home invasion and allegedly sexually assaulted her, who had already been ordered removed from the country. these are the worst of the worst, and montgomery county and every sanctuary jurisdiction for that matter, laura, c is protecting criminals at the expense and safety of young girls and women and families. i agree with tom homan. these people need to be put to
11:41 pm
the test and held accountable, and we are seeing a revolt now. i have attended stand with.c i.c.e. rallies and help to be a catalyst in colorado and montgomery county just this past friday where nearly 600 to 700 people showed up. >> laura: look at this video. i want everyone to look at this video and i was remiss at not plugging this because you went out there, you supported i.c.e., you faced off a gaggle of protesters. these were patriotic citizens who want to take their neighborhoods back. these are liberals, by the way, on the other side, who claim to stand with women and the me tooo movement and we are against brett kavanaugh. meanwhile, they are sheltering look at the faces of the people they are sheltering. they are alleged rapists, they are not all convicted. but we have a list of those just in montgomery county. there they are. this is kind of small mug shotsi there but you get the point.
11:42 pm
these are all individuals who have been accused and they are often immigrant girls. latino girls who are suffering. the latino community should be outraged, as well, and many of them are. >> c c of course they should. as you mentioned, these are the only ones we knowen about. what is happening is there is a grassroots revolt not only among citizens in montgomery county and across the country, but police officers who have to operate with their hands tied behind their back and gags on their mouth, unable to communicate with federal immigration officials when we know that local state and federal enforcement officers could cooperate all the time whether it's drug investigations or human trafficking. why would we wall them off when it comes to immigration? in large part, it is because of the funding and power behind open borders inc. >> laura: people like mayor pete saying that i.c.e.ram this, ice raids make the country
11:43 pm
less safe. and the reporters are like, oh thank you mayor pete. no follow-up, no logical rejoinder, because it makes no sense. that is the mentality of the mayor of south bend, indiana, where violence is out of control there, too. >> they are detached from reality and their only response so to accusethe rest of us no matter what colour we are, of being racist or xenophobe. people are sick and tired of that and that is why you are seeing this stand with a i.c.e. movement spread across the country. aurora, colorado, nearby is being targeted again, on thursday and saturday. there will be citizens rising ut in defense of the people who are defending our country. >> laura: thank you thank you, michelle. we will put that on twitter anda remind everybody. where you are on these various rallies for i.c.e. a rash of violent robberies caught on tape have struck the district of congresswoman ilhan omar. why isn't she be asked about or speaking about it? plus, how a deleted tweet from a freshman lawmakerki is raising

11:47 pm
why hasn't the media even asked her about it? steve, how has congresswoman omar avoiding questions about this rash of attacks ands they are disturbing attacks in her district. >> it is disturbing, laura, and it's equally disturbing that congresswoman ilhan omar isn't concerned about her district. instead, hersn narcissistic behavior is more concerned about deleting tweets and deleting the evidence about her marriage to her brother and the perjury that she has committed. downtown minneapolis is in disarray. we are seeing rioting in the streets, three out of five kids in school cannot be proficient in reading, math or science. the police are losing their support in the community, and the city council is actually

thinking about disarming the police in parts of minneapolis. this was once a thriving community. the breadbasket of america was here. agri business, transportation, all those industries that were here.we're seeing it fall apart. >> laura: what is going on with these kids? are these folks from neighboring communities, the somali community? where are the kids from? do we have any idea? it's notm just kids, it's young adults, as well. >> yeah, we don't. the part about riding over them with the bicycle was just amazing. this is antifa-style behaviorang democrats supporting this type of behavior
11:49 pm
by not addressing it. >> laura: she is not saying she supports it, but she is certainly not being pressed by the media. this is as much of the media's fault. on the issue of the deleted tweet, which is a separate question, really quickly, people are saying it indicates more problems or confirmed problems with her marital status, and her father, and the fact that she allegedly married her brother and this 2013 tweet that identified her fatheras this ma. your thoughts on that real quick? a >> this is just a reaffirmation of much of the evidence we have that nur said is her father. it's very clear she continues to hide her family from the mediac and from the public eye. if she brought them forward and clearly wasn't guilty of this it would be very clear. >> laura: herf office did respond to us and i believe is rejecting, saying, nur said means happy life, her dad's nickname since he was a kid. basically calling this, these charges of conspiracy theorists.
