that has to happen first. mark meadows said he will send a referral over the ig, the ig has to investigate, it will be relatively easy to do, they just have to compare the transcript of his testimony to congress and the testimony he gave to the ig. rob: we are waiting on the public release of the fisa investigation. what do you expect? >> horowitz testified yesterday he completed his report and it was looked at by the attorney general. i would be very surprised if he had not concluded the fisa statute was abused by the fbi and obama justice department. everything we have learned so far was they opened the investigation based on the steel dossier without checking or verifying that any of the

claims were true. if that is the case then they abused their authority. todd: 1 else should we be watching right now? >> the biggest thing we should be watching is this fisa investigation. that is the biggest issue still remaining in the entire investigation against the president. we know there was no russian election collusion. the question is was there any justification for opening the investigation? this was totally unprecedented. a counterintelligence operation of the opposition presidential candidate. that has never happened in american history. rob: getting a look at that report, thank you, we appreciate your time. jillian: donald trump says his administration is ready to take action if california can't get

talk about before heading into this. were you surprised when you heard this? >> not at all. it is going on throughout the country. basically ruling the curriculum. the curriculum in favor of this agenda which is a progressive agenda but is regressive because all attempts at making excellence the main criteria for education. >> when i was in school i don't remember having anything like this but where do we go from here? >> this is throwing the baby out with the bathwater. we have talented kids, we have stuyvesant high school, all of they -- they tried to undermine those programs which countless families out of poverty, backwards policies. >> i like when you see school should focus on teaching students how to think, not what to think.

into a protest, foreclosing the possibility of having critical thinking about the issue so instead of having a classroom setting in which is debated or treated as an issue of contention which it is they say it is a foregone conclusion and expect everybody to follow suit, this is brainwashing, not teaching. >> the school allowing kids to do this with their parents permission have a day off granted do you think from the students perspective when i think back to my time, the school allowed me to do something like this would take a day off to protest climate change i would think this is what we are supposed to be, how i am supposed to feel. >> if this were something organic by kids who skipped school and went to a climate change rally it would be more forgivable but this is the school, the administrators using their office to encourage progressive policy. i doubt this would be the same policy if it was a second amendment rally or anti-bill
