the transcript of the call in the whistleblower complaint? >> the transcript has nothing impeachable in it. like it or not it is not an impeachable offense. we are looking for high crimes and misdemeanors and haven't found them but democrats are still moving forward with this. the whistleblower complaint when i read that looks like a political agenda. looks like something written by the new york times or an attorney. it is not your factual reporting. it is laced with opinion. >> what about nancy pelosi? she seems to be going back and forth on this impeachment issue. what do you think of her latest comments? do you think she is backtracking a little bit? >> worst thing this could happen is to move too quickly. what they don't want to happen is for them to impeach the president and it be over. they want to drag this

throughout 2020 into the election because they know they will not get the vote in the senate to throw the president out of office. they want this to carry on and carry on and they don't want to take a vote. that is the reason we are criticizing jerry nadler as chairman of the committee because he is moving forward with an investigation that hasn't been authorized, they don't have the votes to pass it but they are trying to protect 31 democrats in house district donald trump won in 2016. they know the american people don't support impeachment and those 31 incumbent democrats will suffer if they go on record. heather: you have introduced this legislation to out nadler from the judiciary chair spot over the impeachment proceedings. some of that resolution as you describe it, tell us why. >> chairman jerry nadler has said multiple times that he is undertaking and impeachment,

these are his words, that has not been authorized by the house. nancy pelosi, what she said about i'm officially opening an inquiry, she can't do that. what she said change is absolutely nothing that is happening these past few months. all she has done this week is say she is fully onboard. if you go back 25 years the u.s. house is impeach three officials, william jefferson clinton in two federal judges and all three cases of a vote taken by the u.s. house to take up impeachment. if you go back to the clinton days jerry nadler delivered a lovely speech saying the fool house should be voting on this and there should be bipartisan support. he criticizes the process. they won't take up a vote. they don't want to get their vulnerable democrat incumbents on record. heather: we use this phrase a lot, throwing out red meat to their constituents because that's what they want to hear but at the same time these aren't the legal processes they need to take.
