jillian: everybody has rebounded since, what do you expect to happen going forward? >> the market will not be much affected by this process for two reasons, right now it's only political theater, when you look at the democrats may have on mr. trump it's hardly comparison to what republicans had on clinton and democrats and everyone really had on richard nixon, this is theater right now, when people step back for a minute they see that and recognize senate not likely to remove him, however, businesses, they are uncertain now because of trade war and things of that nature and this is not likely to affect that very much because the democrats don't want the president to make a weak deal with china, he won't gain much in terms of the impeachment process by making a weak deal, so i just don't see it really affecting things very much for quite a while. rob: do you think nancy pelosi lacks confidence that she wouldn't call a vote on the house in.

>> absolutely, what's disappointing is republicans on the house aren't going wild, absolutely taking down the chamber and keeping it from doing business because adam schiff have made evidence on someone who whispers on something they heard from somebody else, markets tend to react very negatively quickly especially with a republican because you may be the only conservatives in manhattan right now that are awake. but it steps back after a moment and says, hey, what's going on here, would the senate really remove trump and the other thing is that they did what would we get in his place, mr. pence is conservative and continue same policies and the democrats would be hard-pressed not to cooperate with him. rob: they think they can beat pence in 2020 easier that's for sure. >> that's a different issue, right now liz warren looks so good but in september till

february the lead is going the change, so much happens in that kind of thing, that's really the distant future in terms of markets. jillian: what does this mean for investors and also you say if the economy goes into a recession it won't be because of the impeachment process, explain that. >> essentially if the economy goes into a recession it'll be because of conditions in europe which are being blamed on brexit when they are really more fundamental and structural and not getting addressed, conditions in china because presidency not just because he won't make a deal with mr. trump but because he's using an outdated model of economic development that is slowing the economy on its own even before mr. trump came along and the fact that investors are just all kinds of nervous about this stuff and honestly the two major central banks, the european central bank and the fed are being run by am-- amateurs.
