at any point prior to viability no matter what interest the state serves to support it. what do you say about this? >> we will see what happens in the supreme court with these heartbeat laws but these are so educational about the humanity of the unborn child. science and technology are on the side of life and we are seeing the heartbeat at the earliest stage so it is educational for the american public that is on the side of life. jillian: ready you see it going? >> the supremes will make that decision but for now it is in some ways a reaction to the extreme abortion laws we've seen and acted in states like new york and illinois. >> states the past fetal heartbeat laws, it is important to note that none of the states you see highlighted here, none of those laws are currently enforced because they are blocked by courts or the laws have not taken effect. that is going on in georgia and across the country and a few of those states. let's talk about other cases that are big ones to watching

colluding major abortion appeals cases, the ultrasound case, indiana in stating a requirement that women under ultrasounds, 18 hours before an abortion. what do you say about this case? >> ultrasound laws, and acted around the country are little unique. it is interesting that when women see an ultrasound they choose life and i offer what is wrong with that? before a woman is about to make the single most important decision of her life doesn't she want as much information as possible? they help with health issues, they ruled out as topic pregnancies and what they are showing is what is happening inside a woman's woman so to me having more informed consent, more information is positive. jillian: people spent a lot of time talking about the hyde amendment. >> this has been bipartisan,

essentially prohibits taxpayer funding for abortion, saves 2 million lives, certainly the most impactful pro-life piece of public policy ever and all the democratic candidates are against the hyde amendment, biden flipped on this. it is popular with mainstream america. jillian: we will keep an eye on these, thank you for your time. rob: the flag on the playa, the company banning its employees from playing fantasy football. jillian: no need to call the fashion police. a supermodel is on the case. runway crasher had to be corralled. we will explain coming up.
