>> we are out of time. thanks to dana, mike baker, our studio audience, and i'm greg gutfeld and i love you, america. >> welcome to waters world, i'm jessie waters. the scared democrats that's the subject of tonight's water's world this is a fake crime, fake coverup, and now fake impeachment. nervous nancy won't even put it to a vote. here is why, bad politics for democrats for two reasons. if she makes her caucus cast a vote now it's going to backfire, and she will lose the house. and it's impeachment is official , she has to let republicans be a part of the process. right now, they are shut out. she doesn't want us to be fair. she just wants it to be fast. her goal, impeach before people lose focus, impeach before the iowa caucus, impeach before the story gets holes poked in it and

impeach before william barr exposes theirid corruption and this week we found out biden lied and adam schiff lied and we know what they are hiding and biden knew what his shady son was up to and schiff knew, what's trump covered up? he released the transcript of his phone call and he's been honest about what's been going down. president trump: if you look and you read our constitution and many other things, i have an obligation to look at corruption i have an actual obligation and a duty. i don't care about politics. i don't care about biden's politics. i never thought biden was going to win, to be honest. i was investigated and they think it could have been by the uk. they think it could have been by australia. they think it could have been by italy so when you get down to it, i was investigated by the obama administration. >> let's go over this again.
8:02 pm
america has treaties with ukraine and china about crime dand corruption and it allows both governments to help with investigations and share information. biden isn't above the law because he's running for president and his family isn't above the law when he's overseas now, you'rese saying that if hillary decides to run again in 2020 bar would have0, to drop te investigation into her fake foreign dossier? because she became trump's political opponent all of a sudden? that's ridiculous and then everybody who committed crimes could just announce the presidential run to get immunity the obama crowd asked at least four allies to make up dirt on trump. he was investigated, set up, spied on. there was no evidence of corruption. remember the mueller report? no collusion, but there is biden family corruption in plain sight video records, and bank records. trump is not planning evidence like the democrats did to him. he's not using secret wire taps,
8:03 pm
foreign spies and crooked fbi agents. trump is saying it all out in the open. let's look into this. now it might be shocking that trump is calling attention to it in this way. we're just not used to it but this is why he was elected, to drain the swamp, restore justice ,, punch back twice as hard, and make the system work for people not just the powerful trump's challenging the whole system, where politicians and their family members cut the sweetheart deals with foreign nations kind of like a bribe and then those nations get to turn around ando rip away jobs from working americans all these ex-senators and congressman and their family members and wealthy insiders, they're vested in an unfair system that donald trump was elected to change. now he's tearing up old trade deals and treaties. taking on china, and the opioid industry. locking the vote on afghanistan and locking down the border. making a lot of people that are

very powerful, very uncomfortable. trump can't be controlled, and that's the problem. they've thrown everything at them. spygate, the insurance policy, the witch hunt and now this. they want to impeach him for a phone call, for fingering their own corruption. he's a threat to their way of life. they're scared, and they're fighting back hard as hell and the media just expects trump to lay down and take it. but you're fighting back too and i hear what you're saying. i hear it on social media, and you come up to me on the streets and say it. the fights worth it. both sides have a lot to lose here, except your side has the most to gain, and i'm sure you're all going to make your voices heard from now until next november. here with reaction, former republicanan presidential candidate and ceo of the new voice, herman cain, and trump
8:05 pm
2020 national press secretary, kayleigh mcenany. kayleigh, i mean you guys raised a ton of dough just in the last week ande not only that, i just looked at the latest harris poll , trump is up two points to almost 50%. i don't see how this is back firing onn republicans at all. i think the democrats are scared as hell. >> oh, they've got to be. you look at this and in 72 hours since nanny announced this bogus fact-free conspiracy-ridden impeachment inquiry, we raised 15 million. jessie that's the amount that biden raised in the entire third enquarter of this year. >> amazing. we did it in three days and in two days 50,000 new donors who never donated to the trump campaign, never opened their pocketbook, but did in the aftermath of nancy pelosi announcing thisi fraudulent inquiry to disen franchise the people of this country. >> herman you also have a poll that says here people think the motivation among congress
8:06 pm
members who support impeaching trump are dealing withh the facs at 36% and they believe partisan politics has the most to do with it. >> i believe partisan politics does have most to do with it and reflecting back on the numbers that kayleigh gave and then the number you gave, $125 million, it underscores what i have been hearing and seeing, that trump supporters are not defective. they are not jumping ship. now that's what nancy pelosi and the democrats were hoping would happen with the whole impeachment thing but people are not. they are not buying it. they don't have the facts in order to back it up, so i think that the increase in approval rating, theov increase in fundraising, the increase in new donor, all of that suggests that people are not buying this phony inquiry. one other thing verye quickly. >> sure? >> most people do not
8:07 pm
understand what impeachment is all about. theyth think that it is a one-wd process. no. it's four steps. first, thers phony inquiry. second, then the house has to take a vote. trump called our bluff and said go ahead and take a vote, but what did nancy do? she backpedaled and then third the senate has to be the jury and fourth, then the senate has to vote two-thirds. it's four steps, most people think of the word impeachment like the word "fire" in a movie theatre. it's not. >> right. they don't understand that it is a four-step long drawn out process, and they are nowhere near having any facts to back it up. >> and that's why, herman, i call it a fake impeachment at the top of thech show. kayleigh how do you think this is going to play the next couple months? it's going to be a tough fight. what's your strategy? >> well look, first of all we're calling this what it is, a

coo against the sitting president of the united states by the deep state, selectively coordinating with adam schiff and the democrats and trying to take down the president. we were warned by chuck schumer the intelligence community, told us that january 3 of 2016 and boy was chuck right about that but here is what people do understand. >> they say chuck has been right ever. the only time, but one thing people do understand, herman, i think you'd agree with this is corruption. they understand when a vice president goes to a foreign country and your son walks out, with a $50,000 per month deal, and then you go over to china and the communist bank of china gives your private equity fund $1.5 billion while your dad is leading relations with that country that something is very wrong. people understand corruption, thanks to nancy pelosi, for bringing thisbr to light. >> guys i've got to let you go because we got to go to the next segment but could you imagine if ydon jr. walked out of air fore one with a suit case with $ 1.5 billion in it? i think he would be in handcuffs

the very next day. all right guys. thanks for coming on. >> it would be the only thing the media would be talking about thanks, jessie. >> joining me now, former utah congressman and fox newsox contributor jason chaffetz, author of power grab. wow. what a appropriate title for this time in history. all right, so we learned this week, jason, that adam schiff not only knew about the whistleblower. he met with the whistleblower, his team did and directed the guy to make the complaint, set him up with a lawyer, the lawyer erote thela complaint, and thene lied about it. listen to him lie about how he had no contact. watch. >> have you heard from the whistleblower? do you want to hear from the whistleblower? >> we have not spoken directly with the whistleblower. we would like to. >> oh, the new york times actually said he didn't and he admitted it. what do you think? >> well, the spokesperson came later and said well we need to clarify. it was crystal clear, exactly
8:10 pm
what he meant. he was misleading yet again. he lied for two years during the whole mueller investigation. he mislead and lied. remember cohen was going to come he coordinated with cohen, met with him an undisclosed number of times and this is a pattern for mr. schiff. he lies and he's deceitful but there's a reason why nancy pelosi has tapped him. it's the only committee chair in which she gets to solely pick that person, and this impeachment effort is being run out of pelosi's office and she has the right foil because adam schiff is willing to lie. >> andnd he's so hated that i just think she wants to put him as the face of it so that when it back fires she doesn't take the fall. let's all just remind the audience that adam schiff was calling a fake phone call trying to get naked pictures of donald trump who he thought was the ukraines. he coordinated with cohen, with fusion gps, before he had to
8:11 pm
testify behind closed doors. do youoo think the american peoe realize that this has been a set up, and an inside job by the democrats, do you think they see that? >> i think the more we learn, i think the more that will be exposed. remember, earlier in the week, we had this chance, this opportunity for adam schiff to have this hearing and instead of reading directly from the transcripts of the president, he had to embellish it, lie about it, inject his own words, he was called on it, later he was, you know, called out and said well it was just a pairity. if you don't have the evidence, you make it up. that's what adam schiff does and that's why he should be censored i don't leave, jessie he should ahave a security clearance ande certainly should not be the careful of that committee. he had to sex it up because he couldn't sell it on the substance alone. jason chaffetz there he is. go check out his book, power grab. man of the people.

all right >> meanwhile the investigation of the investigators is heating up. ag bill barr w talking with government officials in ukraine, italy, australia, and the united kingdoms,, trying to find out hw the whole russia hoax started, and putting a bunch of obama guys in the hot seat. wait until you see who they interview here. >> there has been some stunning reporting thein last 72 hours about attorney general barr's effort to travel the globe to investigate the intelligence that was atth the inception of e investigation. why? do you understand a motive? >> i don't and i'm supposedly going to be interviewed by mr. durham as part of this non- investigation. given that barr is now accompanying durham on these things it really makes me think that the hand of politics and of trump are now being used to massage what the ongoing review, quasi-investigation is, so i am concerned.
8:13 pm
>> joining me now the founder, dennis prager, whose new film no faith spaces is out later this month. all right, dennis? this is a very big deal, we're talking about. we're talking about the attorney general of the united states interviewing the former cia director, whose accused of spying and violating the constitutional rights of the opposingop party's political campaign, in the previous election, and the cia director is concerned about this. i mean, where do you think this is going? >> well i think it's important to note, the left is never comfortable, nobody is, obviously, but comfortable may not be the word. the left is not used to being investigated. >> precisely. they are used to always being on offense. >> precisely. >> donald trump is the first
8:14 pm
republican in my lifetime and i'm not a kid, who has gone on offense against the left. >> that's exactly right. you nailed it right down the middle, because for the first time, you have a republican in the white house who goes on offense, and o plays by the democrat's rules, and swings for the fences every time he wakes up in the morning, and they can't take it. they can't handle it, and i believe a lot of the impeachment process right now is based upon that fact, that they are worried about bill barr turning the tables on them, and they have to discredit the investigation, bloody up barr, and impeach trump in the house before this investigation is released. >> right. if you can throw up enough smoke and in fact if you can light enough fires, then people will not see what is actually at stake here. that is what they do. that is what they always do.
8:15 pm
also there's another thing. i've said this my whole life. histeria is to the left. what oxygen is to biological life, so that, do you realize if the world were run, or america were run by any normal rules, you and i and the rest of americans today would be living in as good a time as we have had since the beginning, the inception of our country. we are at peace. wewe are having prosperity. there is no major crisis. every single crisis is manufactured by the like. >> all right i>> love it. putting it all in perspective, dennis prager, no safe spaces everybody there he is. thank you. coming up, watters' world investigation into hunter biden, okay? we have the drug angle covered, the new china angle covered and

>> wild week in washington as president trump and joe biden continue to attack each other over everything. mr. trump suggests ukraine and china should investigate the former vp and his family. president trump: i would think thatat if they were honest about it they would start a major investigation into the bidens. very simple answer. they should investigate the bidens, because how does a bcompany that's duly formed and all of these companies and by the way, likewise, china should start an investigation into the bidens because what happened in china is just about as bad as what happened with ukraine. and biden totally changed his story about whether he spoke with his son about his son's business dealings.
8:21 pm
>> how many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings? >> i've never spoken to my son. to my son we've communicated he lives out in california. we communicated a couple of time , but look, there is zero, zero, zero evidence of any assertion being made. >> joining me now with an investigative look into hunter biden, air yell davidson, so one of the reasons biden had a change of story is because they found a picture of joe playing golf with his son and his son's buddy who happens to be on the same border of the ukraine gas company andom then the president tweets out this video, watch this that he put on twitter. >> have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings? >> i've never spoken to my son about overseas business dealings >> ♪ ♪ >> nickelback into

the political conversation, so, besides the ukraine let's start from the beginning. hunter biden has got some i guess thorny personal issues starting with his career in the navy. >> yes, so he initially was in the navy reserves and in 2014, he failed a drug test for that. they found a crack pipe in one of his rental cars he's been in-n-out of rehab and again we have to be very delicate when we talk about personal issues, addiction is a problem that plagues many people in this country, it can effect anybody but i do think that it does sort of lend itself to we're allowed to ask the questions is do we really necessarily want someone who desperately needs help, is engaging in erratic behavior do we want that person particularly close to the u.s. foreign policy because what hunter biden was doing was engaging with shady

institutions, shady people, who are hoping to at least influence u.s. foreign policy. i do believe that. one of the ways these foreign countries influence o foreign policy is then they give cushy things like board chair memberships or big investments to the family members of high- ranking american officials, and one of the new revelations lewe're learning about hunter is he cut a pretty sweet deal in china. we're not even talking about the billion five he took home on air force two when he went over there with his father. we're talking about a deal he did with john kerry, with his step-son orr son-in-law? >> yes, so john kerry's step- son and hunter biden formed or were working together on this chinese-backed investment fund and they teamed up with choice chinese company called aviation industry corporation of china, and they wanted to work with this company to help them purchase an american automotive

company. now, the biggest issue with this chinese company is that back in 2007 this company had actually stolen data from the department of defense and this was like top secret national security data, and essentially, this type of transaction should never have been approved and this was actually something that chuck grassley brought up in a letter to steven mnuchin, the secretary of the treasury. he said look, this deal -- >> it was approved their dad. >> right, exactly. >> john kerry and joe biden at the time and not only that, we know that joe's brother got a nice deal in iraq. >> yeah, so we have the whole iraq deal so essentially james biden, at one point, he joins thus company in november of 2012 , that was basically involved in residential construction in the middle east, and six months after he was hired to be an executive vice president of this company, he ends up landing a $1.5 billion contract, with the u.s. government. >> no experience. no experience. >> no experience doing any sort

we're talking about covering things up but one of the things that we'regs talking about herea lot is the homeless epidemic out there where you live in california. >> uh-huh. >> i don't know if you see it. maybe they cover it up but what do you think that's all about and how do we fix it? >> well, you know, to tell you the truth i'm not a guy who keeps up too much with anything. i hear bits and pieces of things i can tell you that the homeless crisis is pretty bad out there. i do see it, and i live close to , you know, like a mile away from an area that has quite a bit of it, and i don't know what they're going to do about it. a lot of people end up homeless in california because i mean, people who are homeless other places come there obviously for ther weather, and we've had that for quite some time out there, but now, its reached as you said , epidemic proportions, and

gosh, whome knows what the answr is. obviously they need to, you know , do something with some kind of housing, but i'm not a very political guy. well i am one but i don't talk about it much. >>gh [laughter] yeah, you know if you're in hollywood, i mean someone puts their head above and says something about the president or doesn't say something, and boom. social media just crushes them and the president, you know? came out there, raised some money and talked about building a wall and he said that california has to fix the homeless problem and everybody got upset because you know, this big guy coming in telling them they have to fix things or else he will fix it but one of the reasons that's appealing to people is because trump is very politically incorrect. he says what's on his mind and that's a good thing and a bad thing but a lot of people out in

your industry, they're now coming to the realization that political correctness might be hurting comedy, the film business, because everyone is so scared to offend people. is that something you're noticing? >> oh, absolutely. i think interviews are different than they used to be and it kind of cheats the journalist, the performer and the audience, because you know, these days, you have to think before you answer. you can't have just a fun, free wheeling interview any more like you used to be able to do, and but like i said, in terms of like the political thing, or anything to do with business and stuff, i'm not that educated and i rememberd years ago, they asd elvis presley what he thought about the vietnam war and he said well sir, to tell you the truth i'm just an entertainer, and you know, i think that's the answer these days, but you know
