steve: welcome back. attorneys representing the intelligence officer behind the whistleblower complaint confirmed yesterday that a second whistleblower emerged this time with first-hand knowledge of the president's phone call with the president of ukraine but with the call transcript made public is there anything else we're going to learn? joining to us discuss is former cia officer, lifelong democrat, brian dean wright. good morning to you. >> very good morning to you. steve: if the transcript is out there and we've seen the phone call, with, a lot of people are going i don't know exactly what this second whistleblower would say that is different from the first whistleblower? >> fantastic question and it begs the bigger question what kind of whistleblower is this? is this the whistleblower of james comey ilk? we know he leaked to force the selection of a special counsel. or is this more after leaker like the treasury department
