it was in a live look on capitol hill where lawmakers are behind closed doors on an impeachment inquiry. fiona hill expected to face questions about the presidents effort to get the ukraine to investigate his political rival, joe biden. we are also learning that president trump's ambassador to the european union is planning to testify that he does not know if presi trump was telling the truth about not demanding a quid pro quo in exchange for the military aid for the ukraine. gordon son who was set to testify on tuesday after the state apartment tried to block him from doing so. we have a team fox news coverage with mike emanuel. >> fiona hill has been behind closed doors for five hours and counting. hill was the senior advisor at the white house on russia and europe. the ukraine was part of her portfolio and left the white house before president trump's phone call this summer with a ukraine's president. there has been some criticism that so much of this probe has

the logos of many news organizations and also the faces of many of the president's political opponents. the video was shown at a conference held by the pro-trump group american priority at his doral property over the weekend. in a tweet the press secretary stephanie grisham denounced the videos saying "the video played over the weekend of the president donald trump has not yet seen but will see it shortly. based on everything he has heard it, he strongly condemns this video. the white house correspondents association also condemns the video. jonathan karl says, we have previously told the president that has rhetoric could incite violence. and they denounced this video and affirm that violence has no place in our society. that video was produced by a group called the geeks team, a website mean world to which the website contributes said the video is clearly satirical and

no reasonable person would believe that this video was a call to action or an endorsement of violence toward the media. the owner was briefly suspended from twitter but it's now back up. in a statement of priority, the video was not sanctioned by the conference in the first time they became aware of it was when they were contacted by "the new york times" which first reported on this. "the new york times" which they point out would not report on a antiviolence panel that was held at the conference. american priority saying in a statement, we find it shocking that "the new york times" would not report on any of the sanctioned events in the article including our paneled conversation literally condemning political violence while claiming to be upset over a meme that was not sanctioned or shown on stage or approved. this is the second time that a doctor video has featured the president, that was the other one from a world wrestling video

lead the investigation. those funds have already been approved and that is something that you heard the family and also community activists calling for saying the police department is not capable of investigating itself. activists say they also want criminal charges filed against the officer, holding him accountable for his actions and that today police chief told us that that part of this is almost complete. and, we could expect an announcement on that as early as tomorrow. >> trace: casey stegall, thank you. police in north carolina arresting three workers at an assisted living home accusing them of running a fight club. it's a type of operation that they were running with the senior citizens who have dementia. it happened in winston-salem, north carolina, and according to court papers, the workers encouraged and took video of two women fighting, even after one of them screamed for help. so far, no comment from the

workers. phil keating's report ohmic reporting for us, what are these conditions like? >> it's heartbreaking and cool, especially when you consider these are some of society's most fragile people trying to live out their golden years and often can't help themselves. this happened at the danby house assisted living facility, a full-service facility with more than 80 men and women living there. some of whom do require round-the-clock care and attention. the three women arrested are accused of running this so called a fight club, arranging physical fighting between the senior citizens and in one case making a 70-year-old woman fight a 73-year-old woman, both reportedly suffering from dementia. the winston-salem journal quoted documents obtained from the

have been treated and released and one man remains hospitalized in stable condition. >> anything yet john is in on what might have caused the collapse? >> that's still under investigation. osha investigators are on the scene but things are moving slowly, as long as there are those concerns about the instability of the structure as well as the active search and rescue going on, the investigation takes second priority. the builder issued a statement explaining multiple internal and external investigations but we are still in the infancy stages. as we have not yet had access to the building. it's being handled like there's a plane crash except for physical and technical indicators that may provide clues to the cause. company officials added that they are in shock and mourning the loss of life and overall of the injuries. >> trace: thank you.

spiel on the suspect a gunman accused of opening fire in a wedding in new hampshire may have been out for revenge. just weeks before the shooting, investigators say the groom's son and murdered the suspect's

stepfather. police say wedding guests tackled the suspect after he shot the bride and a bishop during the ceremony. laura ingalls reporting live from the newsroom. >> inside the new england pentecostal church as horror effect. a shooter opened fire at a wedding saturday morning. and that's the steps on and shot and killed october 1st. that suspect in that case is the son of the groom. so this all unfolded just as the groom's wedding was getting underway with such left the bishop of the church and the bride with gunshot wounds. both are recovering from their injuries. the wife of one of the church as deacons who is helped stop the shooting called him a hero.

>> my husband eventually called and he said that the young man had come into the church, and sat down and was there for a couple minutes and then stood up and started working towards the altar where the wedding was going on. he then heard the shots and he kind of jumped into action and he tackled the person. >> holloway was taken into custody at the scene and has been charged with multiple felonies including attempted murder and assault in addition to a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. he will be in court tomorrow. >> the funeral for the suspect stepfather was supposed to be at the very same church after the wedding. >> friends and family members of luis garcia who was murdered october 1st showed up to find on the yellow crime scene tape can police officers and ambulances. and that's two hours after the wedding had to be canceled.
