want to work, and we know there's a lot of addiction on the streets. we know there's a lot of people with mental health issues. do you think certain policies are driving the homeless epidemic and what do you think those are? >> if you have a tolerance for addiction and not clamping down san francisco gives so-called homeless people a -- will off them a guarantee 15 an hour job, and people that are more homeless in california because it is warm but aren't that many in san diego it is the government of l.a., san francisco, further north, gat, and portland -- that tolerates. but right, because there's different policies in san diego, and there's a very ping forgiving or almost encould remembering type of policy in san francisco. where there's more homeless people, when they get the get a bus ticket or handout do they ever go and get the job they've been offered?
