candidate that might indeed get the nomination. steve: the big question is,. ainsley: anything illegal. steve: exactly right. that's what ultimately we would like to know. lindsey graham says because there was never a vote, is he going to have a senate resolution that essentially condemns what's going on in the house. ainsley: congressman ratcliff who was in the meeting. who has heard all the testimony has said there has not been one person who said that ukraine knew that the money was being delayed. therefore there is no quid pro quo. if there were, the president would have had to call ukraine and say look, you investigate joe biden, if you don't, i am withholding the money. steve: that's one of the reasons the president is so frustrated, his advisors say. and, in fact, he tweeted something out that has gotten a lot of attention. because he uses the word lynching. he tweeted out so some day, if a democrat becomes president, and the republicans win the house, even by a tiny margin, they can impeach the president without due process or fairness or any legal rights. he is talking about the house should vote on it.
