i would have used a different word. but we are all adults. its answer analogy. the way democrats are running impeachment feels like a mob action done in the dark without due process. democrats are telling witnesses they can't have attorneys. they are threatening witnesses. republicans aren't aloud to call witnesses. president trump can't see the evidence presented against him. republicans can't see the transcripts of the testimony or listen to the tapes. there is an impeachment going on and the american people don't get to sight. it's being done in secret rooms in the basement of the capitol. they leak part of the testimony to the media and spin to it make look trump bad. republicans are coming out of these hearings and saying this

is fake news. the mainstream media reporting that he provided evidence of a quid pro quo involving military aid is false. neither he nor any other witness provided testimony that's ukrainians were aware that military aid was being withheld. >> john ratcliffe destroyed this witness. there is no quid pro quo. jesse: a president is being impeached in secret and his party has no rights. this whole process is a threat to the republic. donald trump is expressing frustration when he used the phrase lynching. it was used before in the 90s a lot. >> even if the president should be impeached, history is going to question whether or not this was just a partisan lynching org whether or not it was something that in fact met the standard,

the very high bar set by the founders as to what constitute an impeachable offense. jesse: this is what biden said. trump this week. impeachment is not lynching. it's part of our constitution. to even think of making this comparison is abhorrent, it's despicable. peter doocy asked him about it. >> when you called president trump despicable for comparing impeach to the lynching, did you know there was a tape of you saying that. >> yes, i did, and i apologized for it. i didn't it's as a dog whistle. he's use it as a dog whistle. jesse: have you in the only liberals hear dog whistles. >> i don't vote for this lynching in the people's house.

because off the record doesn't mean anything to the press. they break it. we have people fired at the white house because they have broken off the record. in terms of transparency, that's a joke. they want to shine sunlight and spotlights into the darkest corners of government but they are letting all these impeachment inquiries and hearings happen behind' closed doors. their answer to that is they know donald trump so well they seem to know what context he is and they throw around the word racist and that's all that matters to him. prior to getting into politics, i did think people who talked about the mainstream media sound a little nuts. but now that i am in politics and i see it with my own eyes, i see it with my own eyes and the american people are not being

told. jesse: you brought up earlier the comment the president made about never trumpers. i think the never trumper republicans on respirators are more dangerous for our country than the do-nothing dem exrapts watch out for them, they are human scum. who was he referring to in terms of never trumpers. they are all over the place answer they are exactly inside the administration. >> it would take up way too much of my time to name those people. i will let the president do that. but there are people of inside of his government actively working against him. they are actively working against the american people. this is a president who continues to dliferl results and there are people -- continues to deliver results and there are people working against him. jesse: i talked to a white house
