and pete buttigieg and kamala harris at the end. what do they need to do to move up? >> they need people to know what they stand for and that is what all these candidates need to do to get their messages into repeatable soundbites. at this point for buttigieg and harris, hard for people to state easily what they stand for. if you vote for me what are you going to get? until they do have that knowledge they will stay where they are. >> the authenticity is important and how do you make that come across in a debate? >> something buttigieg and harris do quite well. they come across as they seem to be and make no bones for their histories etc.. part of the challenge is being able to just your demeanor and delivery so that you hit the right note.
